Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up-to-date and stocked online and in-store menu. Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Ensure all online menus are up to date and all current inventory is available for patients to shop from. All product information is complete and accurate online and on in-store menus.
- Identify and communicate areas to improve stock levels to ensure product availability is maintained
- Process deliveries in a timely manner getting product to the floor as quickly as possible upon delivery arrival
Delivery Intake
- Receive deliveries and ensure the product is received accurately in the inventory tracking system
- Process all third-party deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary. Verify count is accurate and reject any packages/deliveries with discrepancies
- Create new items in the inventory tracking system for third-party items
- Process all OMG deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary
- Assign flower to the correct price tier in the inventory tracking system, repackage and create new items in the inventory tracking system
- Communicate any discrepancies to OMG management
- Coordinate all returning manifests and required paperwork to third-party vendors
Inventory Management & Compliance
- Support the Dispensary Manager to ensure the dispensary has the proper inventory controls in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Grateful Greenery is an indoor year-round OLCC licensed Tier II cannabis farm in Fall Creek looking to fill a position for a METRC Manager for our trim shop. We are a family owned producer on a beautiful farm with a tight-knit crew, dedicated to cultivating the highest quality product for the Oregon market and having fun while doing it! We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, reliable, and positive candidate to join our amazing team in a full-time (40 hours) capacity. This position will be for 5-6 days per week and may on occasion involve weekend shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The METRC Manager is responsible for ensuring METRC compliance and reporting on all levels of farm production from seed to sale. This role will also provide compliance support to METRC users within cultivation, office, and trim shop. The METRC Manager also oversees the completion of all tasks in the trim shop.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, managing a small team of trimmers, inventory management, ordering trim room supplies, creating packages in METRC, creating transfer manifests, entering new clones into METRC, trimming, bucking, sorting, cutting and hanging plants for drying, weighing, disposing of waste material, cleaning of tools, trimming equipment and area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Function as in-house METRC property expert and trainer for the team
- Ensure plants are harvested, dried, packaged and accurately reported into the METRC cannabis tracking system in a timely and legal manner
- Ensure plant waste and dead plants are reported and disposed of in a legal manner
- Ensure new plants are accurately recorded into METRC and tagged in a timely manner
- Track and record all plant movements and transfers between farm licenses
- Oversee quality control and trade samples to ensure METRC compliance
- Prepare and update manifests for deliveries and labs
- Communicate with customers to create orders
- Ensure compliance and reconcile deliveries and returns in METRC daily
- Maintain physical documentation of all transfer manifests
- Flag METRC compliance gaps or risks for management in a timely manner and troubleshoot solutions
- Partner with the preroll lead to ensure proper storage, packaging, and daily inventory reconciliation of flower and preroll product against METRC
- Taking inventory of product, packaging materials, and other trim room supplies
- Keep live inventory of plant and package tags, preroll labels and joint tubes
- Ensure employees are properly identified and visitors are checked in
- Coordinate with OLCC-approved lab agencies to ensure testing of plant material prior to sale and communicate timelines with preroll lead and owners
- Interact and cooperate with OLCC inspectors for 100% compliance every time
- Manage and maintain scales and ensure registration and proper renewal by ODA standards
- Provide updates and education to all members of the staff on METRC compliance issues or new regulations and laws
- Oversee completion of tasks in the trim shop
- General facility cleaning (we all pitch in)

Michigan Supply and Provisions is hiring a Compliance Manager for our Lansing, MI location.The Compliance Manager oversees activities and reviews, evaluates and reports compliance issues and concern. Job Summary
This METRC Manager will be responsible for Kiva's overall data hygiene and mandatory reporting to California’s state mandated track and trace database, Metrc. This position will require communication and coordination with manufacturing, distributing, and accounting departments to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant reporting to the state.
As a Kiva METRC Manager, you will
- Administer Metrc software for three facilities
- Ensure that all data reported to Metrc is timely, accurate, and compliant. Data categories include:
- o Receiving
- o Manufacturing
- o Testing
- o Transferring
- o Storing
- Develop systems, procedures, and methods to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Metrc system across all company divisions
- Reconcile discrepancies between Kiva’s data and Metrc
- Regularly attend Metrc classes as available and maintaining certifications
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BCC and CDPH cannabis regulations
- Audit Inventory Control Forms in conjunction with Metrc to identify discrepancies
- Perform weekly and bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is 100% accurate and satisfies physical representation per state rules and regulations
- Report and identify Root Cause for discrepancies after an audit has been performed to evaluate what issues had occurred
- Develop methodologies to make all of the above more efficient and reliable on an ongoing basis
