ResponsibilitiesA Cannabis Sorter is responsible for manually separating bulk cannabis into marketable categories based on size, quality, product and waste.
Duties
- Diligently sorting raw cannabis for foreign or non-marketable material
- Unload and intake totes and cannabis product paying strict attention to detail
- Take photos for our live menu and effectively communicate with management
- Create and print labels for totes and products
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment, including thorough cleaning and upkeep
- Accurate weighing bulk cannabis in various increments from grams to pounds
- Accurately inventorying bulk cannabis according to category and company standards
- Sorting, sifting and separating bulk cannabis into multiple product categories
- Correctly sealing and labeling all packages
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to do data entry into required inventory fields
- Good communication skills needed
- Detail oriented & capable of performing quality control checks on raw goods
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines

Compliance/METRC Manager will lead METRC integration and compliance across the Green Ox network. Interface with Green Ox’s Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams to design and innovate on processes to ensure data integrity and METRC compliance throughout the scope of Green Ox’s operations. The role requires a mix of project management, quantitative analysis, and supply chain knowledge.
Principal Accountabilities
- Working knowledge of BCC regulations and ability to strategically implement and monitor compliance.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Identify, prioritize, plan, and execute improvements in an organized, efficient, and effective manner.
- Work closely with Green Ox’s supply chain team to manage and monitor data to ensure METRC data integrity and compliance.
- Develop, refine, and implement METRC and Compliance SOP’s.
- Manage inventory tracking and optimize inventory control procedures.

Basic Function
The Processing Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day trim work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support for all trim associates, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures including managing and tracking trim. Responsible for highest possible standards of work in trim, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with State regulations and company standards.
Principal Accountability
- Oversees day to day operations in trim
- Set up and manage daily tasks for trim staff
- Manages proper bucketing, burping, curing, hydrating, and ideal moisture content at all stages
- Maintains Data Tracking spreadsheets and SOP logs
- Monitor & manage proper dry, cure, and trim room environmental conditions
- Participates in staff recruitment, training, evaluations, reviews, and discipline
- Responsible for assigned staff time-sheet approvals
- Coordinates product treatment as needed
- Accurately and consistently maintains the tracking of each Harvest Batch and movement via the internal tracking system. Ensuring all record keeping requirements are always met.
- Oversees and tracks waste to document on the buck and trim log
- Edit cure room and dry room inventory as necessary
- Oversees daily trim room break down and clean up procedures are followed and documented as required
- Open & close shifts based on department workflow
- Allocate supplies and product to trimmers throughout workday

- Monitors trim to flower ratio

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver agreed-to results by presenting, promoting, and selling to existing and prospective licensed customers in the defined territory using compelling arguments.
Develop personal skills to grow with Green Ox as the business grows.
Planning
- Analyze the market opportunity in the assigned territory
- Create plans to meet weekly and monthly sales goals with new and existing customers
- Track prospects and sales through the sales funnel
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinated sales effort with team members and with other departments
- Draft creative / adapted sales tools to increase performance standards
Execution
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and other KPIs within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Generate new leads by cold calling / emailing new prospects
- Develop and manage revenue pipeline by converting leads to prospects and then to customers
- Assist customers by implementing sell-through programs
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Development
- Learn the terminology, products, and processes used in the cannabis industry
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements

We are looking for a Inventory Management Technician to join our Production Team; you will carry out quality control standards ;intake raw material; enter and track material quantities into METRC & DISTRU software system;create batch records and unique identifiers; troubleshooting and resolving METRC related problems;maintaining logs and record books; implementing and executing seamless transfers; updating and maintaining a live product menu; run reports and inventory audits; draft and execute purchase orders & invoices; monitor and maintain accounting principles in Quickbooks & maintain software programs.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Intake And Process raw cannabis material
- Document Information by creating and maintaining accurate batch records
- Input data into ERP system
- Photograph and upload raw and retail ready product into Live Menu
- Prepare METRC deliveries & Transfers
- Navigate METRC (CCTT) and execute common commands for a given project
- Resolve Problems by examining and evaluating data, and selecting corrective steps
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
- Enhances communication and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Follow and implement document filing procedures and accounting protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related services from an accredited college or university
- Experience Working in a High Throughput Production Product Facility preferred
- Record Keeping, Data Tracking, Spreadsheets, Software Troubleshooting & Maintenance.
- Supply Management chain management
- Proficient hands on METRC training
- Significant ERP or CRM experience
- Minimum 2 years Quickbooks
- Must Have reliable transportation
