Job Mission:
The Retail Associate position will serve as an integral member of the daily operations team of the dispensary.
The employee in this role will serve as the face of the dispensary, interacting with customers, cashiering, assisting with retail inventory, displays, working curbside or Intake. Retail Associates are friendly, compassionate cannabis professionals who guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting and purchasing cannabis products, such as flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals.

The Promotions Coordinator role will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery for Retail and Centralized Distribution. Job Mission:
The Warehouse Packaging Associate is responsible for helping assist in the preparations of orders for shipping. The Warehouse Packaging Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and arrange containers on pallets. The employee will check the product for any damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected. The employee must be able to perform duties in accordance with standard operating instructions, and ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free. The warehouse Packaging Associate will also perform basic maintenance, conduct physical inventories and report quality variances.
Employees will report to their department manager.
Essential Functions:
- Packing away incoming stock, taking/checking inventory and reporting shortages.
- Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Packing orders as requested by management.
- Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, as well as signing pick tickets to confirm.
- Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to the shipping area.
- Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping.
- Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks and forklifts.
- Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Assisting in maintaining security of the warehouse.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, financial statements, in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. - Support and participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, weekly soft closes, a routine monthly close, a solid understanding of account reconciliations, cash postings, inventory, and COGS.

Job Mission:
The Payables Clerk role will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, maintenance of accounts payable records, and journal entries as assigned. Payables Clerk will also assist with accounts receivable invoicing, processing, reporting and reconciling, and overall assist with month end close assignments. The employee in this role must possess the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to produce a high volume of work under a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Create invoice and send to vendor; enter invoices in Quickbooks for Co-Packing.
- Create and enter 710 and FlorX entries; understand the relationship between business units.
- Enter FlorX third party sales and collect payments.
- New vendor set up, collect W9.
- Analyzes vendor invoices to PO/metrics, and enters in Quickbooks.
- Scan / Store invoices into google drive
- Process Payments (check / cash)
- Provide AP reports to management
- Communicate with internal and external clients/vendors regarding payment status.
- Assist with the month-end close process as directed
- Obtain receipts for all debit card usage and input into Quickbooks
- Posting of intercompany entries related to payments made as directed
- Create and process invoicing for box top, billboards and shared marketing
- Enters deposits into Quickbooks

- Reconcile Quickbooks to Distru / Leaflogix for monthly sales

Job Mission:
The Retail Sales Lead is primarily responsible for supervising all Retail Sales Associates and ensuring a positive, excellent customer service experience. The Retail Sales Lead is responsible for proactively identifying personnel or customer service issues. Job Mission:

Job Mission:
The Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate documentation and physical movement of various raw cannabis goods within the raw inventory storage area. The employee must possess the ability to work accurately, independently and efficiently, often needing to switch between multiple inventory assignments in order to ensure orders are stored in a timely and compliant manner. The employee in this role must possess the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to produce a high volume of work under a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Essential Functions:
- Execute daily inventory assignments including pulling, moving and storing product
- Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, care of perishable products is properly executed, inventory and cycle count process is being upheld, finished goods are received/stored properly, processed and made ready for sale in a timely manner.
- Inspect product for damage, discoloration, and contamination. Ensure all cannabis products meet or exceed state and local compliance standards.
- Assist inventory team with gathering, reading and storing documentation of inventory including shipping manifests, invoices, counts, and other general inventory paperwork
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisor
- Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions for continuous process improvement
- Clean, stage and tag product for outgoing orders.
- Loads (lift, maneuver) and moves (push, pull) product though warehouse and into/from trailers.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, financial statements, in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. Job Mission:
The Brand Ambassador will serve as an expert in the brands we offer and will increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products at dispensary locations and event venues. The
Brand Ambassador will assist with development of an overall sales and customer service training program. Job Mission:
The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely manual packaging of semi-finished cannabis goods and raw materials into a finished product (consumer packaged goods), including but not limited to weighing of materials to within a .05g positive tolerance, dosing or pouring into containers, labeling multiple times and packing into shipping cases. The employee must demonstrate the ability to hand-roll Blunts and be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their technique to maintain a steady pace while maintaining quality. The employee should be knowledgeable in the use of scales, stuffing of cones, and have an attention to detail while also meeting daily quotas.
The employee must possess the ability to work accurately and efficiently, often needing to switch between multiple packaging assignments in order to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner. Job Mission:
The Retail Associate position will serve as an integral member of the daily operations team of the dispensary.
The employee in this role will serve as the face of the dispensary, interacting with customers, cashiering, assisting with retail inventory, displays, working curbside or Intake. Job Mission:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, financial statements, in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. - Maintain the integrity of accounting information in Sage/Intacct.
- Understand complex transactions by translating contractual agreements to compose journal entries related but not limited to: promissory notes, settlements, convertible notes, mergers and acquisitions, and opening new retail store transactions.
- Support and participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including, weekly soft closes, a routine monthly close, a solid understanding of account reconciliations, cash postings, inventory, and COGS.
- Support and participate in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
- Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations

The employee in this role will perform routine and enhanced cleaning and sanitation of the retail lobby reception, dispensary floor, manufacturing, production, and office areas as well as routine cleaning, sanitation and stocking of the restrooms, parking lot and outside areas. The employee in this role must demonstrate reliable attendance, the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to complete assigned tasks in a fast paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the Director of Security and Facilities.
Janitor Direct Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect restroom walls, sinks, door handles and commodes. Empty all trash containers, refill toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers in restrooms located in the Employee Breakroom area and Retail areas of the facility.
- Remove and empty trash cans as needed.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect Employee Breakroom including mopping, cleaning and sanitizing tables and removing trash from the Employee’s Breakroom.
- Thoroughly sanitize all door handles and other high touch points, hourly or more frequently if needed.
- Do a general cleanup of all packing room floor areas and ensure removal of all trash.
- Sweep all parking lots, including the back of the plant, and empty/remove all trash.
- Ensure that all chemicals are properly stored and labeled.
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Provide timely feedback and/or suggestions for continuous process improvement.
- Wear employer provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all safety and security policies, especially as it relates to the handling of hazardous chemicals and prevention of communicable diseases.
- Other general labor duties as assigned.

Job Mission:
The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for facilitating software training and implementation of the Leaflogix systems. The employee in this role will perform routine and enhanced cleaning and sanitation of the retail lobby reception, dispensary floor, manufacturing, production, and office areas as well as routine cleaning, sanitation and stocking of the restrooms, parking lot and outside areas. The employee in this role must demonstrate reliable attendance, the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to complete assigned tasks in a fast paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the Director of Security and Facilities.
Janitor Direct Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect restroom walls, sinks, door handles and commodes. Empty all trash containers, refill toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers in restrooms located in the Employee Breakroom area and Retail areas of the facility.
- Remove and empty trash cans as needed.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect Employee Breakroom including mopping, cleaning and sanitizing tables and removing trash from the Employee’s Breakroom.
- Thoroughly sanitize all door handles and other high touch points, hourly or more frequently if needed.
- Do a general cleanup of all packing room floor areas and ensure removal of all trash.
- Sweep all parking lots, including the back of the plant, and empty/remove all trash.
- Ensure that all chemicals are properly stored and labeled.
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Provide timely feedback and/or suggestions for continuous process improvement.
- Wear employer provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all safety and security policies, especially as it relates to the handling of hazardous chemicals and prevention of communicable diseases.
- Other general labor duties as assigned.

Janitor Required Education, Skills and Experience:

Social Media Customer Care Representative (Retail)
Assisting the company with social media and customer service support for all Grupo Flor retail cannabis dispensaries. The employee in this role must be thoughtful and creative, with the ability to appropriately shift priorities throughout the workday and on short notice, communicate effectively and efficiently with others, and produce a high volume of quality work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This employee will have a large degree of autonomy and needs to be able to prioritize and communicate with collaborators in the company to serve social media and customer service related goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Engages with customers across various social media sites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and other consumer communication platforms (e.g. website chat, email inbox, text club platform, Google Business App)
- Tracks and responds to customer reviews across platforms (e.g. Yelp, Weedmaps, Google Reviews) in an efficient and timely manner.
- Works closely with the curbside and delivery teams to proactively communicate with customers regarding issues with online orders (e.g. pickup reminders, explanation of delivery timeframe, inventory discrepancies and alternative product recommendations) through our eCommerce platform.)
- Supports the development of customer loyalty and satisfaction by answering questions and addressing consumer issues in a timely manner.

Job Mission:
The Retail Associate position will serve as an integral member of the daily operations team at retail dispensary located in Oakland. The employee in this role will serve as the face of the dispensary, interacting with customers, cashiering, assisting with retail inventory, displays or working curbside. Job Mission:
*The Packaging associate is responsible for ensuring the timely manual packaging of semi-finished cannabis goods and raw materials into a finished product (consumer packaged goods), including but not limited to weighing of materials to within a .05g positive tolerance, dosing or pouring into containers, labeling multiple times and packing into shipping cases. The General Manager - Dispensary position will have overall operational responsibility for all day-to-day dispensary activities at Grupo Flor’s new dispensary in West Hollywood. Job Mission:
The Cannabis Consultant position is an integral member of the daily operations team at our retail dispensary locations operated by East of Eden Cannabis Co. Cannabis Consultants are friendly, compassionate cannabis professionals who guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting and purchasing cannabis products, such as flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals.
Essential Functions:
- Greet and acknowledge each customer as they enter and/or exit in a friendly, positive manner
- Serve as a point-of-contact for all customers at East of Eden Cannabis Co.
- Assist with daily retail operations at East of Eden Cannabis Co. dispensary to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Cashier using Point of Sale systems and be proactive in assisting customers who are using devices to shop and compare.
- Sell cannabis products and merchandise through customer service techniques and professional selling skills, including sharing of product knowledge and up-selling.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for both digital and physical customers by listening and responding to customer needs
- Perform sales support functions such as timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors
- Assist with product and order fulfillment as needed
- Assist with store upkeep, including occasional light cleaning of surfaces and debris
- Attend product training classes and seminars and other training as needed
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required
- Clean, professional appearance and hygiene are required
- Professional, effective communication is required
- Other duties as required

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent in experience is required
- Minimum 2 years customer service, retail or sales experience required
- Prior experience as a bud tender, brand ambassador or similar role preferred

Job Mission:
The Packaging and Rolling Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely manual packaging of semi-finished cannabis goods and raw materials into a finished product (consumer packaged goods), including but not limited to weighing of materials to within a .05g positive tolerance, dosing or pouring into containers, labeling multiple times and packing into shipping cases. The employee must demonstrate the ability to hand-roll blunts and be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their technique to maintain a steady pace while maintaining quality. The employee should be knowledgeable in the use of scales, stuffing of cones, have an attention to detail while also meeting daily quotas. The employee must possess the ability to work accurately and efficiently, often needing to switch between multiple packaging assignments in order to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner. The employee in this role must possess the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and be able to produce a high volume of work under a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the Production Team Leader.
Packaging Associate Direct Responsibilities:
- Execute daily packaging and Pre-Roll assignments within a given target
- Execute on-time delivery of Customer orders
- Ensure a high level of precision when measuring and pouring product when executing the Company prescribed process
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisor
- Ensure the highest level of integrity to avoid product loss and maintain a professional work environment
- Complete repetitive tasks to meet daily quotas while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Provide timely feedback and/or suggestions for continuous process improvement
- Clean and sanitize work area
- Wear employer provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to all safety and security policies
- Other general labor duties as assigned
Packaging Associate Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or the equivalent in work experience
- 1-3 years in packaging experience; ideally in a cannabis manufacturing or distribution role
- Ability to learn and demonstrate cannabis product packaging techniques quickly and efficiently
- Ability to adhere to a packaging schedule, specifications and quotas
- Ability to follow directions directions given orally and/or in writing
- Reliable and punctual attendance
