Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tracking each stage of the plant's life cycle, from clone intake, to harvest, processing, and packaging through METRC
- Communicating with the compliance department to ensure all inventory is up to code at all locations.
- Preparing inventory reports, and reviewing them with management weekly.
- Responsibilities will include both office manager tasks as well as METRC track-and-trace management from clone to flowering to harvest to transfer to distribution.
- Performing bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is accurate and satisfies physical representation.
- Managing 4 separate licensed cultivation entities, with the potential for more in the future.
- Create and maintain database within spreadsheets by license in order to maintain records of tag sequences, strains, plant counts, harvest

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will manage the financials in accordance to GAAP and will work together with bookkeeping staff, will also help reconcile and maintain all intercompany activity, investor equity accounts as well as loan/debt management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting - Manage the month end close process for multiple entities, provide monthly Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare monthly department level reports, coordinate with the various managers a review of their financial information to ensure accuracy and spending within plan.
- Review and manage consolidated financials for all company entities.
- Budgeting and Planning - Creation of annual plan including quarterly budget by department. Assist, prepare and monitor actual performance against the current budget and business plan.
- Equity Management - Insure the proper recording of all equity activity for all partners/investors contributions and distributions.

Responsibilities include:
- Direct and assist the company in attaining established financial goals. Monitor the overall financial health using established metrics.
- Maintain accurate period end closing forms and prepare financial statements in a timely manner.
- Direct general and cost accounting, budgetary controls, and data processing functions using established policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective accounting, financial forecasting, analysis, financial systems, cash flow, and compliance.

We found that in the new legal adult-use cannabis market, luxurious, high-quality cannabis quickly became too costly for all cannabis consumers to enjoy. Elyon Cannabis is looking for a skilled accounts payable clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Skills
- Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk (or accounts receivable clerk)
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
