Job Summary:
The Cultivation Manager will work with the Director of Operations to manage the day-to-day operation of a medical marijuana cultivation facility. The Cultivation Manager is responsible for orchestrating the upkeep of growing cannabis daily tasks including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, trimming, grow room cleaning and maintenance overseeing the Cultivation Team. The Cultivation Manager will maintain records and cultivation data is appropriately and accurately logged in the company?s software tracking system in compliance with Company processes and state regulations
Accountabilities:
· Provide any necessary support to the Director to ensure cultivation duties are efficiently and timely completed in a manner consistent with the Red White and Bloom?s Standard Operation Procedure for each duty. · Create and maintain cultivation schedules and overseeing the plant life cycle from seed to sale · Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, OSHA safety, company standards and best practices. · Monitor and adjust watering schedules, adjust nutrient feeding as required by plant health. · Manage daily scouting of all rooms, schedule and management of IPM protocols. · Advise, confirm and ensure staff implement quarantine protocols for any identified issues and implementing and executing action plans. · Sanitation, hygiene, physical barrier inspections and any preventative measures to be implemented · Duties will involve essential Cultivation operations and may be expanded over time. · Continuously train cultivation team on company standard procedures, best practices, identification of IPM and plant health issues · Monthly responsibilities include harvesting and big leafing, hanging sticky cards, monitoring correct inventory tracking, preparing rooms for flip, and assisting with safety meetings. · Responsible to follow all applicable operational guidelines, comply with verbal directives, and practice and/or implement all safety, security, sanitation, policies, procedures, rules, skills, and the like presented during training, by management, in Standard Operating Procedures, or otherwise when performing job duties. · Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and requesting consumable inventory resources needed for plant production. · Clearly communicate goals and benchmarks, work with cultivation team to meet or exceed benchmarks and goals for cultivation · Responsible for maintaining a professional, clean, and efficient work environment. · Create and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting structure to provide to investors and upper management regarding, but not limited to, health, yield, staffing, etc · Responsible for managing staff to stay organized and on task throughout the day. · Responsible for limited data entry to track and forecast plant inventory, as well as consumables inventory, throughout the perpetual cycle.

This Harvest Tech position is responsible for executing their daily role within the harvest department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. - Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. · Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery and by hand to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently. · Operating the wet trim machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity. · Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. · Hanging the cannabis material properly, consistently. · Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels. · Support the communication and secure transport of product from the Trim room · Proper use of accurate weighing of product and data entry input. · Clear understanding of workflow throughout the trim department. · Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. · Execute the daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Harvest department. Job Summary:
The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest. They will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes cloning, transplanting, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will care for vegetative and flowering plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company?s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation manager.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle.
- Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms
- Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations
· Ensure accurate plant inventory including strain names per tray and count of plants · Keep documented logs and notes of room metrics and plant care actions for company records
- Analyze data of current and past grow cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards
- Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away

Job purpose

Job Summary:
This Harvest Tech position is responsible for executing their daily role within the harvest department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. The Lead Solventless Technician is responsible for all solventless extraction processes. Job Summary:
The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest. They will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes cloning, transplanting, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will care for vegetative and flowering plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation manager.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle.
- Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms
- Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations
· Ensure accurate plant inventory including strain names per tray and count of plants · Keep documented logs and notes of room metrics and plant care actions for company records
- Analyze data of current and past grow cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards
- Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away
- Use PPE as required: gloves, lab coat, tinted eye protection
- Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by the Cultivation Manager

Job Summary:
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for all dispensary duties and responsibilities including interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management as well as interacting with local service providers. Master Grower Job Summary:
The Master Grower oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by Management. Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality. Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies. Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to SOP policy. Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to the SOP policy, as well as any other tasks required. Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity. Responsible for managing cultivation staff, cultivation schedules and cultivation processes. Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
Accountabilities:
- Provide any necessary support to the Director to ensure cultivation duties are efficiently and timely completed in a manner consistent with the Red White and Bloom’s Standard Operation
Procedure for each duty.
- Duties will involve essential Cultivation operations and may be expanded over time.
- Daily responsibilities include plant work, and specifically (but not exclusively) big leaf and bottom stripping in flower rooms, training staff, pest and disease identification, problem- solving issues, ensure disinfecting of flower/vegetative rooms, optimizing the crop for yield and quality, and general cleaning.
