Job Summary:
At Sunsoil, our harvest crew members will assist in the process of harvesting hemp in one or both locations: Hardwick and Hyde Park. The crew will be given oversight by Sunsoil management and lead employees. This employment offer is non-exempt, seasonal and full or part time dependent upon the needs of the business as well as applicant’s availability. - Package dried hemp into bags
- Daily cleaning - sweeping drying barn floor and removing and consolidating dried hemp branches
- Field maintenance – removing drip lines, remove remaining plants that were left behind at harvest, general field cleanup

High Tops is currently hiring for 1-2 FT employees for our Gypsy Harvest Team. This team travels to our three smallest grows (generally not in the same day - you'll be at one location for one week then move to the next location the following week).
YOU MUST BE BADGED. Not getting your badge. No expired badges. You must have a valid Colorado MED Industry badge (no exceptions, sorry!).
Job description:
- Harvesting: Cutting down plants, working around the trellace, and either hanging them up or wrapping them and watering them for a later cut date.
- Weighing and documenting: All plant and waste weight needs to be weighed and documented according to company policies and med regulations.
- Leafing and processing of the plants
- Hand Trimming: After the product goes through the twister, all product is hand trimmed and checked for quality control
- Cleaning: floors, bathrooms, etc
- Whatever else is asked by management and owners
The Schedule: Typically is Monday-Friday 8am-5p. Sometimes you have to stay late to ensure you don't have to be there on the weekend. We also have another trim crew that is Sat-Tues 8a-6p with some overtime on Wednesday and Thursday. We are flexible with making adjustments if one schedule works better for you than the other.
We are looking for people who:
