Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the One Plant FL retail store located in Boynton Beach, FL. This position will provide support and oversight for all dispensary staff, including training & development, adherence to standard operating procedures, and communicating with One Plant FL leadership team. As General Manager you will ensure the best possible patient experience consistent with brand standards; you will have full profit/loss responsibility of your store and will be responsible for continuous quality improvement planning.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a best in class customer experience in accordance with 3 Boys Farm/One Plant standards.
- Full P&L ownership; analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions in order to achieve store financial goals.
- Identify opportunities and implement processes for growth acceleration.
- Motivate and inspire Store staff to meet & exceed Store sales and KPI targets.
- Lead, coach, and train Store staff on Company Standards and Operational Procedures.
- Recruit, hire and retain a high performing team.
- Succession planning to ensure a clear career path for all associates.
- Develop store leadership through training, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual performance reviews.
- Provide expert guidance to all Store staff and clients, including customer service, strategy, operations, & product.

- Responsible for regular and random inventory counts and daily inventory compliance procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5+ years of Retail General Management experience
- Previous experience managing and leading 5-15 employees
- Previous success managing a location with P&L responsibility
- Experience in hiring, evaluating and training employees in customer service and retail operations

Position Summary:
One Plant is seeking a dynamic thought leader to serve as our Senior Director of Operations. You will provide strategic leadership to our manufacturing operation to ensure profitability and the highest quality product. This includes directing operations’ planning to ensure our products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and compliant with regulations. The primary functions within the Operations organization include Cultivation, Production Planning, Lab Operations, Trimming, Packaging & Distribution. This role has team and site leadership for Indiantown’s Manufacturing facility with a total population of approximately 150 employees. As Senior Director of Operations you will partner with One Plant’s key leaders to develop strategies and capabilities which best position One Plant to continue to gain market share and meet the strategic objectives of our shareholders and Executive team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess current SOPs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to increase output.
- Establish key indicators for operations that align with Retail Operations to ensure key deadlines, budgets, and customer service objectives are met.
- Aggressively implement LEAN and Continuing Improvement programs to achieve cost and quality objectives.
- Ensure completion dates for products are met with consistency and compliant with all quality requirements.
- Work closely with Director of Cultivation to develop plans to maximize efficiency for products.
- Work with department Managers to manage workload and workflow, providing guidance and knowledge of how to continuously improve operations with specific measuring indicators.
- Prepare Work Instructions and Procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently.
- Manage, maintain, advance, and improve the use of company Biotrack & Alleaves system -to improve productivity and loss ratios.
- Ensure cost-effective daily operation of all departments and personnel including equipment use, maintenance, and procurement.
- Build strong vendor relationships and reduce costs wherever possible.
- Train personnel which includes developing the method of training. Training may be “on-the-job” and/or through written materials.
- Ensure employees are working in a manner that keeps with established safety standards through proper training.
- Evaluate performance of production departments which includes making sure that hiring, advising, disciplining and terminating of staff is happening based on developed policies and procedures, constantly changing business needs, and through communication, documentation, and training methods.
- Write and review Performance Evaluations with your department Managers and ensure that they do so for their staff.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief of Commercial Operations and the Executive team.
- Work with the executive team to create short and long-term improvement plans.
- Ensure Indiantown facility is neat, clean, safe and all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and specifically with leading manufacturing teams, production timelines, conflicting priorities, quality control, and multiple departments that work together to deliver quality and consistency in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Cannabis experience a plus.
- Six-Sigma Certification preferred.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn state specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Create and execute patient orders in seed-to-sale software and the OMMU registry.
- Maintain a patient log
- Follow up with patients post order to gather and communicate feedback on products and service.
- Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to Customer Care Manager(s), Director of Retail Operations, Delivery Manager, and other managers and executives that may require such information.
- Apply and ensure the accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders.
- May be required to visit other 3 Boys/One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to their direct report.
- Bilingual and multi-lingual are encouraged to apply, but not required.

- Responsible for regular and random inventory counts and daily inventory compliance procedures.
- Accurately reconciles daily cash drawers and nightly cash deposits and weekly armored pickups.
- Availability weekdays, weekends, Holidays, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5+ years of Retail/Hospitality Management or comparable experience
- Previous experience managing and leading 5-15 employees
- Previous success managing a location with P&L responsibility
- Experience in hiring, evaluating and training employees in customer service and retail operations
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and non-verbal
- Strong organizational skills. The ability to multi-task, think critically, be proactive and take initiative to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
