This position mainly supervises Bud Manicurists to assure appropriate quality and size of bud is being attained, staff are being given equal product, rules and procedures of the department are being upheld, the department maintains proper cleanliness following all PPE protocol,weights and measures of product are properly taken and documented, and supervisory documentation for payroll hours, commission, and absenteeism are being completed. Many shifts start between 6:30am -7am and end between 3-5pm Monday through Friday.

· Be able to work as a team but remain set apart from the team to allow the professional distance allowing rules to be enforced without bias.
· Be confident enough to set boundaries that maintain protocol set by the Harvest Manager.
· Listen and be compassionate enough to help staff solve work related issues if they arise
· Be physically able to participate in the labor that comes with the job such as carrying 25lb totes of product up sets of stairs, run product through a sifter, assist in clean up procedures such as trash removal or carrying stacks of totes up and down stairs, move large racks of product from one room to another, or climb a ladder.
· Have computer skills enough to fill in an excel database.
· Be 21 or over and able to qualify for IIC and RIC card that requires no outstanding court payments, and no cannabis or fraud related history in past 5 years.
· Have math skills to take and document weights & review timecards
· Have a good sense of timing to handle a schedule of work tasks that change through the week, and assure staff have time to clean up workstations before the end of shift.
· Be organized- There are often multi step directions given to the Trim Room Supervisor, the supervisor may be asked questions while they are in the middle of another task, there are schedules to follow, and forms to be filed. Being able to take good notes and keep track of regular forms will help greatly.

The average packaging day
The packaging department shift starts at 7:30 am. Most staff in the department get to work packaging products for outgoing orders, this could be edibles, cartridges, pucks, or flower product. The product will need to be weighed, packaged, and labeled correctly. Staff work as a team at one large lab table but on their own individual tasks at their own stations. Staff are expected to package both quickly and accurately. Some staff do not stay at this packaging station but instead work either with our pre-roll filling machine, creating labels, or delivering product to stores. These tasks are dependent on need. The group takes 2, 15 minute paid breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunch. The average work day ends at 4pm.

The person who fills this position would also be trained in transportation routes so that they can act as a substitute delivery driver between our stores when needed.
The Harvest department is in charge of tear down and manicuring of our flower. The packaging department fills all of our different products into their legally approved containers in preparation for transport to our stores.

- No one is to enter the trim room without a uniform before/after their shift.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing. Wipe down your table.
- Bin dry product and prepare for trimming.

Core Responsibilities

These are Full-Time positions in a high-volume, fast paced production driven environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication as well as the ability to multi-task to stay on track. Full-Time schedules consist of 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime to meet business needs. Affordable benefits offered within 90 days: medical, dental, vision, accident and life.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for taking part in the proper harvest of dry marijuana flower product, including hanging dry flower on lines in dry room during harvest and bucking dry flower from stem during bucking production. This is the last step in the growing process before processors trim and send to recreational stores. Supports and adheres to company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job.
- Hangs fresh flower on nylon lines during harvest, determining which pieces of fresh flower to hang.
- Climbs ladder and ties nylon lines.
- Transfers flower from room to room.
- Bucks/debones flower from stem.
- Determines how much flower is needed to fill a tote.
- Cleans and sanitizes dry room.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
- Must be 21 years old or older
Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Experience in trimming, bucking or growing
- Ability to be detail oriented and focus on one task for a long period of time
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit or stand for up to 8 hours, pull/push, climb, carry up to 25 pounds, talk, hear and grasp.
- Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell.
- Occasionally stoop/crouch, or crawl.
- Clearly see 20+ feet, have peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to see up close with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness). Must have ability to adjust focus.
Workplace Environmental Conditions
While performing the essential duties/responsibilities of this job, the employee will be:
- Noise Conditions: exposed during a shift to constant or intermittent moderate to loud noise levels.
- Injury Exposure: occasionally exposed to workplace hazards or to potential injuries.
- Atmospheric Exposures: exposed to dusts, fumes, vapors, or mists that could affect the occupational health of the employee.
- Toxic Chemicals: may be exposed to some toxic or caustic chemicals.

Job Position Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitoring environmental factors to maximize production and prevent failures.
· Responsible of the daily care of our crop from seed to harvest.
· Preparing and loading tables according to standard operating procedures.
· Focusing on all tasks given by the General Manager.
· Producing the highest quality medicine.
· Manicuring and spreading plants according to standard operating procedures.
· Maintaining and cleaning all equipment and materials.
· Comply with all company policies, safety procedures and State of Maine’s rules and regulations.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Must be 21 years or older
· High School or GED
· Must be a Maine resident
· 1 year in the cannabis industry, botany, or horticulture. (required)
· Possess a passion for the industry
· Required standard math skills for things such as measuring, inventory, projections, etc.
· Must participate in a background check.
· Strong focusing skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Great personality traits such as a positive attitude, communication skills, working effectively as a team and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
· Physical qualities needed for standing for extended periods, walking, lifting and bending.
