Job Summary
Retail Inventory Manager is responsible for day to day inventory operations, intake, and support at the retail storefront. They ensure daily inventory counts, product intake, and oversee inventory associates in packing orders. They also ensure products are received within California Track and Trace system (METRC) and POS system, and have appropriate labels before being transferred to the inventory area and sales floor.

- Operates in adherence to the Bureau of Cannabis Control.

Job Qualifications

- Stores all Biomass stock in the packing room which includes “burping” bins of Biomass, and ensures it is not exposed to excess light or heat, and freezing of Biomass stock when necessary.
- Prepares Biomass stock for extraction which includes: inspecting all available lots for irregularities that involves recording individual lots under a microscope and understands the proper trichrome development along with the different qualities of Biomass stock, preparation, and packing tightness affects quality and yield of extractions based on initial quality observations.
- Communicates with management and interprets work orders to properly prioritize Biomass stock for extraction.

- Stores all Biomass stock in the packing room which includes “burping†bins of Biomass, and ensures it is not exposed to excess light or heat, and freezing of Biomass stock when necessary.
- Prepares Biomas stock for extraction which includes: inspecting all available lots for irregularities that involves recording individual lots under a microscope and understands the proper trichrome development along with the different qualities of Biomass stock, preparation, and packing tightness affects quality and yield of extractions based on initial quality observations.
- Communicates with management and interprets work orders to properly prioritize Biomass stock for extraction.
- Tracks all Biomass stock inventory in designated tracking sheet(s) and packaging sheet(s); tracks the weights of each tube while properly splitting lots in BIOTrack.
- Works with Dabstract Administrator to split lots, product conversions, and tracking in BIOtrack software.
- Assists in post processing activities and the setup, breakdown, and regular operation of the extraction room(s) as needed.
- Tracks and records waste product in compliance of state guidelines.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating the growing and harvesting of cannabis, this includes watering, cloning, planting, pruning & cleaning. The Plant Analyst observes leaf structures and leaf markings while checking for diseases, pests, or anything abnormal. Supports and adheres to company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

- Cannabis growing experience helpful but not required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands including using hands to finger, handle or feel, walk, sit, twist, turn, pull/push, reach, climb, carry up to 50 pounds, talk, hear and grasp.
