The GM will serve as the initial point of contact and central organizer for the Owner(s), and any Greenhouse Managers, Processing Managers, Compliance Managers, Pesticide Leads, and Maintenance. GM will also act as the primary contact for regulatory officials, county and state inspectors, contractors, and service providers. The right candidate will be smart, analytical, hardworking, and immensely creative to organize and manage many different functions.
Greenhouse General Manager Primary Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the writing and implementing of plant scheduling, including providing projections, and coordinating with the Company for product needs and standards. Ability to keep the facility running on a strict schedule, and compliantly, is paramount.
- Oversee multiple divisions of staff and hiring; Greenhouse, Processing, Maintenance, and Administrative. GM will staff and train all positions, including stepping in to fill vacancies.
- Able to lead with confidence, able to communicate orders and needs effectively; oversee operations on a short, medium, and long-term directive.
- Ensuring compliance of operation to MED, CDA, EPA, OSHA, GMPs, County regulations, and Best Practices. Please refer to the Colorado MED website for publication of current Medical rules.
- GM must be able to pass the state background check, and maintain employee key-badge licensure.
- Keeping up to date with changes to Company and MED regulations and processes.
- Uninterrupted success in passing all on-going state required product testing.
- Maintain property cleanliness and facility sanitation.

- Interface with inspectors, County and State officials, including keeping good relations with the direct neighbors and surrounding community and community organizations.
- Answer for emergency situations, alarms, structure issues, and down equipment.
- Writing and adherence to budgets, ordering, facility maintenance and repairs.
- Understanding of basic principles of chemistry (organic and inorganic) for nutrient science and formulation, pesticides, and solvents/sanitizers.
- Ability to identify, research, and treat any number of plant pathogens. Within 90 days of employment, GM is expected to hold and maintain a CDA private applicator’s license. GM will train workers and handlers, will write schedules and implement an IPM regiment, and is ultimately responsible for ensuring spraying is performed regularly and correctly.
- Project Management and planning, Supervision of internal remodel/rebuild projects, and oversight of contractor-construction. Additional in-state travel for training, audits and site inspections, and troubleshooting for sister facilities.

Position Summary: Working inside the dry building, members of the Trim Crew (Level I and Level II) are responsible for post-harvest plant trimming. Trim Crew members are responsible for hand and dry-machining cannabis buds, recording weights, and quality controlling product before packaging. Position Summary: Working in the greenhouse,members of the Harvest Crew (Level I and Level II) are responsible for pre-harvest plant maintenance and harvesting the crop. Harvest members are responsible for leafing, lolloping plants, removing trellis, and cutting and weighing plants. A typical day or week will include doing all of these tasks. This is a position for active people, who prefer to be moving on their feet, and don’t mind getting a workout while they work.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the leafing, lolloping, and harvest schedules with greenhouse and dry/cure teams
- Ensuring good plant maintenance all the way through the crop for big beautiful buds!
- Group will accurately cut and weigh plants, as well as record range and harvest waste
- Loading harvested plants to move from cultivation greenhouse to the dry/trim room

Position Summary: Under direction from the General Manager, the Dry/Cure Tech I is responsible for handling post-harvest cannabis material. He or she shall be responsible for the post-harvest processing of plant material, daily oversight and care of the product through the drying and curing process, running standard production machinery, and assisting with general packaging of products within our production facility.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Looking to hire a dedicated Cannabis workers for seasonal work that could become a permanent position. XP preferred but not mandatory. Applicant must pay attention to details and follow instructions, must have their own working vehicle, must be medically able to do the job, must not be allergic to common farm inputs, must not be on probation, must be hard-working, punctual, up-beat, easy-going and have a good attitude. Also - you must have a current Key Badge which enables you to work in the Colorado Cannabis industry. We will occasionally hire applicants who don't have the Badge though, so go ahead and tell us about yourself!
In the past year, Penrose Management has undergone a remarkable makeover! Our infrastructure has been rebuilt and our tools have been updated. Our farm is now a clean mean green machine with almost no pests or pathogens. Our harvest weight is up, our flower terpenes, oils, resins and pigments have improved, we are breaking sales records. Our staff is very cross-trained and gets special training for career advancement. They have received several raises in the past year and we allow them great flexibility in their schedules. Which is why we rarely hire!
The positions we are looking to fill will be mostly full-time with some short weeks where you are on-call and overtime as needed. We need two basic types of workers:

The starting pay will be $13 but we are willing to consider paying more for an uber-experienced employee with mad skills.
