Position Summary: Working inside the dry building, members of the Trim Crew (Level I and Level II) are responsible for post-harvest plant trimming. Trim Crew members are responsible for hand and dry-machining cannabis buds, recording weights, and quality controlling product before packaging. Position Summary: Working in the greenhouse,members of the Harvest Crew (Level I and Level II) are responsible for pre-harvest plant maintenance and harvesting the crop. Harvest members are responsible for leafing, lolloping plants, removing trellis, and cutting and weighing plants. A typical day or week will include doing all of these tasks. This is a position for active people, who prefer to be moving on their feet, and don’t mind getting a workout while they work.
Candidates should enjoy working with a small group who know how to work together, and can step up to meet goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the leafing, lolloping, and harvest schedules with greenhouse and dry/cure teams
- Ensuring good plant maintenance all the way through the crop for big beautiful buds!
- Group will accurately cut and weigh plants, as well as record range and harvest waste
- Loading harvested plants to move from cultivation greenhouse to the dry/trim room

Position Summary: Under direction from the General Manager, the Dry/Cure Tech I is responsible for handling post-harvest cannabis material. He or she shall be responsible for the post-harvest processing of plant material, daily oversight and care of the product through the drying and curing process, running standard production machinery, and assisting with general packaging of products within our production facility.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Coordinate with the harvest team in scheduling harvest, scheduling and space requirements, processes, and plant care.

· Support for harvest and trim team.

· Overseeing bulk packaging, transfer, and storing in product vault
· Preparation of product for retail and wholesale markets
· Assure daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, facility maintenance, and work schedules
· Oversee accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of products within the production facility. This includes, but is not limited to: finished flower, pre-rolls, cartridges, concentrates, edibles, and other marijuana infused products
· Maintain that all production areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times according to standard operating procedures
· Understand and apply the use of Metrc, our seed to sale tracking program

· 3+ years’ experience processing cannabis or other botanicals

· Must have reliable transportation, with the ability to come on time each day.

Medical Cannabis Farm Seeking Cultivation and Trim Workers

Also - you must have a current Key Badge which enables you to work in the Colorado Cannabis industry. In the past year, Penrose Management has undergone a remarkable makeover! Our infrastructure has been rebuilt and our tools have been updated. Our farm is now a clean mean green machine with almost no pests or pathogens. Our harvest weight is up, our flower terpenes, oils, resins and pigments have improved, we are breaking sales records. Our staff is very cross-trained and gets special training for career advancement. They have received several raises in the past year and we allow them great flexibility in their schedules. Which is why we rarely hire!
The positions we are looking to fill will be mostly full-time with some short weeks where you are on-call and overtime as needed. We need two basic types of workers:

The starting pay will be $13 but we are willing to consider paying more for an uber-experienced employee with mad skills.
