The PM Shift Cannabis Trimmer will assist with the trimming of cannabis plants post harvest. The job can be described as fast-paced highly repetitive, with a great deal of manual labor while working in various temperatures from 60 to 80 degrees. The ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. The Cannabis Post-Harvest Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, process optimization and coordinating the activities of post-harvest teams in accordance with corporate SOPs and all occupational safety and health standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, state and local regulations. This position is responsible for meeting budget requirements assigned by the Chief Horticulture Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize direct, control and coordinate all activities for workers in cannabis post-harvest departments including harvest, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and product transfer.
- Continual improvement and process optimization of all post-harvest departments. Creation and maintenance of production/efficiency reports.
- Planning and organizing cannabis drying/curing and packaging schedules, ensuring proper quality control and compliance every step of the way.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of post-harvest personnel (quality inspectors, quotas, workers etc.)
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all nonexempt personnel and temporary employees as well as exit interviews for post-harvest personnel.
- Monitor labor and production to ensure the required efficiencies are in place.
- Maintain labor percentages within agreed upon budgets.

ROLE:
The Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for the harvest of the plants, which will include de-leafing, cutting down of the plants, hanging the plants and spraying the plants and transferring the harvested plants to the drying room. ROLE:
The Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for the harvest of the plants, which will include de-leafing, cutting down of the plants, hanging the plants and spraying the plants and transferring the harvested plants to the drying room. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and healthy environment within the zone for the plants and for fellow associates and will remove the spent pots and clean the area of harvest. The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for spraying the plants after being trained in spraying techniques and being trained in the use of pesticide spraying. Cultivation Attendant must execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment and strive to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Effectively and efficiently wash and clean pots and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, cloners, and walls in the facility.
- Capable of completing all relevant repetitive tasks regularly and consistently with a high level of attention to care.
- Cooperate and assist other cultivation leads and associates in the areas of climate, irrigation, growing techniques, production trials, labor savings techniques, and in any areas where assistance is required and as requested by other growers, maintenance, and management.
- Monitor harvest operations in coordination with the Harvest Lead to provide the best quality of product.

- Continuous observation of crops and equipment under the direction of the leadership team.

- Ensure proper crop irrigation by consistently monitoring and calibrating all grow scales, over drain trays, EC, and pH sensors.

- Update greenhouse graphs as advised by leadership.
- Monitor and ensure that disinfection procedures are implemented and followed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or old (Per State requirements) and pass a thorough and comprehensive state and federal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain (with company assistance) a valid Dispensary Agent Cultivation Card.
- This position will require local training as necessary to acquire the skill set needed to achieve a strong understanding of common grow room processes and equipment, including electrical systems, lights, and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, HVAC, dehumidifiers, etc.

PM Shift Packaging Clerk

AMMA’s PM Shift Packaging Clerk position is primarily responsible for the packaging and labeling of finished product in addition to: inventory cycle counting, tracking and distribution of product, quality control for packaging and finished products, tracking waste and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires significant attention to detail, as there are multiple different batch numbers per product that must be sorted through and counted in addition to ensuring that product labels are filled out correctly and are compliant with state regulations.
PM Shift Hours: 2:15pm - 12:45am
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
- Maintains database of current product inventory and adjusts balances as needed.
- Packaging of finished products.
- Labeling of finished products with a strict attention to detail.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Makes sure the inventory is stocked and organized at all times.
- Maintains full knowledge of systematic processes, like bin movements, adjustments in and out, product research, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Past inventory experience preferred.

The PM Shift Cannabis Trimmer will assist with the trimming of cannabis plants post harvest. The job can be described as fast-paced highly repetitive, with a great deal of manual labor while working in various temperatures from 60 to 80 degrees. The ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. Role and Responsibilities
The Cannabis Post-Harvest Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, process optimization and coordinating the activities of post-harvest teams in accordance with corporate SOPs and all occupational safety and health standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, state and local regulations. This position is responsible for meeting budget requirements assigned by the Chief Horticulture Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize direct, control and coordinate all activities for workers in cannabis post-harvest departments including harvest, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and product transfer.
- Continual improvement and process optimization of all post-harvest departments. Creation and maintenance of production/efficiency reports.
- Planning and organizing cannabis drying/curing and packaging schedules, ensuring proper quality control and compliance every step of the way.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of post-harvest personnel (quality inspectors, quotas, workers etc.)
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all nonexempt personnel and temporary employees as well as exit interviews for post-harvest personnel.
- Monitor labor and production to ensure the required efficiencies are in place.
- Maintain labor percentages within agreed upon budgets.
- Interface with Inventory, Logistics, Laboratory, Dry/Cure and Packaging to optimize production flow through post-harvest operations.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines required by upper management and needs of dispensaries.
- Monitor harvest/post-harvest procedures to resolve issues.
- Assess projects and determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Ensure production requirements are analyzed and work is assigned based upon the capacity to achieve production schedule and departmental objectives.
- Provide other departments with production completion forecasts monthly. Develop daily, weekly and monthly plans.
- Oversee and direct department cleanliness, sanitation, and order.
- Understand and adhere to organizational and department policies and procedures.
- Maintain a working knowledge and adherence to Cannabis Control Commission, OSHA, Food Safety and company policies and procedures and ensuring the constant improvement of the team’s knowledge base, including safety awareness.

The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for cloning, transplanting, pruning, manicuring, de-leafing, and harvesting plants. The Cultivation Attendant will maintain a clean and healthy growing environment for the plants and a clean and safe environment for fellow associates. ROLE:
We are looking for a hard-working individual to help run our advanced hydrocarbon extraction system. Individuals will be expected to safely and effectively extract raw cannabis material to produce cannabis concentrates (e.g., shatter, sugar wax, etc.) for legal medical and recreational consumption.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Performing individual duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Carrying out all extraction processing in an efficient manner that also complies with OSHA regulations and SOP’s and all applicable laboratory procedures.
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed AMMA’s specifications and patients’ expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout AMMA’s process
- Continually strive to improve AMMA’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over and be issued an agent card to work for a cultivation center.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction, formulating, and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality. Experience with closed loop BHO (butane, propane, mix gas) systems and ethanol extraction preferred, including large scale production sugar wax, crumble, and shatter.
Physical Requirements: Include standing, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds by themselves and 75+ pounds with a buddy, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving, and adjusting process equipment.

ROLE:
TheLaboratory Extractions Manager oversees all scientific operations and personnel, including, but not limited to hiring, training, and professional development. This job includes significant administrative and regulatory compliance duties as well as new product development and a desire to "think outside the box" when needed.
Responsibilities:

The Cost Accountant will work under the direction of the Regional Controller and the Corporate Controller to carry out the fiscal accounting functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Inventory reconciliations for multiple locations including reviewing adjustments, reconcile to the subledger and assist with observations of period and annual inventory audit and physical counts.
- Reconcile inventory and suggest controls and procedures for assuring continued accuracy improvement.
- Ensure accurate capture and coding of WIP and Cost of Goods Sold related to cultivation and manufactured products.
- Partner with the Controller to formulate and continuously enhance accurate costing methodologies, including suggestion for improving yields and reducing costs.
- Build databases to collect and analyze costs in order to communicate and suggest improvements in order to maximize overall company profitability.
- Prepare inventory reserve analysis.

ROLE:
The Inventory Supervisor should be a detail-oriented individual who can analyze manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution processes to identify areas of opportunity and provide solutions to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy. The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the on-going cycle count program along with appropriate process and control activities of the perpetual inventory. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Compliance Attendant shall be a reliable, skilled individual who is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures, OSHA standards, AZDHS, and other state and local regulations. The Inventory Compliance Attendant’s role is flexible and varies from day to day. Successful inventory compliance attendants can identify solutions independently and work with minimal supervision; be proactive and proficient with communication, organization, and time management skills and enforce a compliant, professional, positive, and free of substance abuse workplace.

What you will do
- Plant Experience preferred
- As a team the harvest crew cuts and clears flower rooms
- Harvesting Plants with efficacy
- Performing multiple harvests, a weekLifting bins up to 30+lbs
- Cutting and Removing plants from trellis netting
- Harvest crew cleans the harvested flower room (Sweep/Mop/Disinfect)
- Harvest crew oversees the drying and curing
- Prepares the product for processing
What we need
- Background in cannabis industry encouraged
- Ability to lift 30+lbs Ability to work on your feet for long hours
- Good communications skills with managers and co-workers
- Meticulous, consistent attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Gives/Receives constructive criticism with an open mind
- Punctuality is mandatory
- High tolerance to plant allergens

Five day work weeks that include weekend shifts
- SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Sunday-Thursday & Tuesday-Saturday
- Weekday Hours 6am-2:30/3pm (Occasional Over-time)
- Weekend Hours 7am-3:30/4pm (Occasional Over-time)
- At least 21 years old
