This position is open to internal and external applicants.
**This position will not start until late August.
The Role's responsibility:
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about the evolving medical cannabis industry that are detail oriented and take pride in their work.
- You will be responsible for Packaging different cannabis products into their final container.
- Maintaining a clean work environment basic overall understanding of Metrc.
- Assisting in extraction process when necessary.
- Work individually at an adequate pace.
- Applying labels to final containers.

Responsibilities:
Reports to Trim Lead.
- Complete cleaning logs daily.
- Harvest plants- cut down, weigh, pull leaves and hang in dry room.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow SOP’s regarding use and changing of gloves, hairnets, beard-nets, shoe covers.
- Trim product- separating finished product, trim, stems/waste.
- Clean and Sanitize equipment and room throughout the day and at days end.
- Mulch green waste and mix with coco
- Assist with deep cleaning throughout the facility
- Trim cannabis to meet company aesthetics, producing the highest quality product efficiently.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
This position is eligible for Full benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) after a 90-day probationary period.

The Cannabis Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software tracking system in compliance with our client's processes and state regulations
Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision,)
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs twice a day
- Using various gardening tools
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones
- Washing pots/trays/lights, etc. returning them to the appropriate Clean Room
- Harvesting and trimming flowering plants.
- Staking weak plants.
- Examining plants for signs of pests or disease.
- Trellis and lay down flower plants
- Sweep mop and sanitize floors
- Complete daily cleaning logs
- Keep head house tidy and organized
- Take trash out to the dumpster
- Separate green waste and record by table
- Mulch green waste and mix with coco
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Knowledgeable on regulations related to the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
- Experience with inventory control methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management,
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and experience working with senior level executives.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Budtender is the most consumer-facing role on the dispensary team, acting as salesperson and patient educator in assisting clients make their best buying decisions. This position is poised as an in-house expert and must be able to convey the combination of awesome customer service and current knowledge and passion about all things cannabis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide top-notch service to dispensary customers by actively listening to their needs and requests; identifying products that will effectively address them, and educating them on various strains, products, consumption methods, and other facts about cannabis, as appropriate.
Work to meet or exceed retail sales quotas by being aware of daily-weekly specials; promoting new items as directed; upselling, and encouraging the purchase of non-cannabis merchandise.
Accurately prepare customer orders and work in close coordination with individuals fulfilling orders.to avoid errors and deliver products in a timely and consistent manner.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and transparently and enter all transactions into the dispensary POS system in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked retail sales floor by monitoring merchandise; restocking inventory, and cleaning sales area, if needed.
Work with the security personnel to ensure a safe environment by being alert and aware and immediately reporting any suspicious persons or activities to the General Manager or manager on duty.
Participate, as directed, in special marketing and promotion activities to increase awareness of the dispensary and its products.
Continue cannabis education and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one (1) year of prior retail and/or customer service experience; cannabis, restaurant, bar at plus
Demonstrated customer service skills including, but not limited to, communication skills; positive outlook; friendly demeanor; active listening skills, and ability to read people through both verbal and non-verbal cues.
Basic knowledge and passion for cannabis and its impact in addressing medical concerns.
Ability to receive an Agent ID card through the DHSS process
COMPENSATION: $12-$13.00/hour plus benefits and appreciation bonuses (at 30+ hours/week)
