JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team. Our Materials Supervisor will be responsible for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished good products.

- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution operations and processes.
- Enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
- Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all materials processes are running efficiently.
- Manage scheduling and procurement to ensure material availability to meet weekly and daily pack out schedules
- Manage cycle count and physical inventory cadences to ensure inventory accuracy
- Plan and organize material handling and warehousing functions to best utilize resources, optimize material flows, and mitigate stock out risk requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Develop and present monthly metrics
- Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence
- Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities, both within cannabis and CPG environments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 2-3 years' experience in warehouse supervisory or related field
- Must have experience with inventory control and reporting
- Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs
- Knowledge of analyzing and managing processes

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

JOB SUMMARY

The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen leadership including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.

- Assist other kitchen team members with daily production of products using commercial machinery
- Understand and execute batch production as assigned by Kitchen leadership - learn and perfect recipes.
- Display knowledge of dosing methods for accurate potency and homogenization.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause damaged edibles ensuring quality control.
- Train in food safety / sanitation and maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Assist, when needed, in labeling, wrapping and tracking edibles for final sale.
- Maintain a clean and safe production facility.
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc.
- Complete the sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace, production and packaging equipment, cookware and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Keep a log of maintenance performed
- Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required

- Maintain Landscaping vendor
- Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)

- Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Agent to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Agent will be responsible for performing cycle counts in the warehouses and vaults, order picking, and maintaining material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention of detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Agent will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.
Core Job Duties
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of finished goods, packaged goods, personal protection equipment, and miscellaneous facility items in electronic systems
- Ensures bulk material & finished goods are physically & electronically accurate within inventory system
- Maintains accurate records of inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts
- Identifies count discrepancies for escalation during check-in and weekly count processes
- Picks outbound order fulfillment orders
- Replenishes and controls finished goods in vaults
- Operates lift equipment as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERINCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel

JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Processing Agent is an essential role for processing harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills

Cresco Labs is seeking a Receiving Lead to join our Indiantown, FL facility. This individual will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory of supplies within our warehouse. This role will also establish a new shipping facility including design and layout, organizing supplies, and implementing systems to ensure efficient distribution of products.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manage daily procedures including receiving, inspection, repair, stock replenishment and customer quality complaints
- Responsible for ownership of performing cycle-counts; success will be measured by inventory accuracy
- Prepare bills of lading for LTL shipments and ensure correct quantities against work orders
- Operate sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, reach truck, order picker and RF unit during all receiving processes
- Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities
- Generate and process receiving paperwork using company WMS system
- Enter applicable data in WMS for receiving and product availability/location within facility for put away
- Maintain outside processing materials record and report through scan and email all processing documents with corresponding emails for 3PL
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations regarding the shipping, receiving and storing of fuels and chemicals
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Prior experience in warehousing or inventory control position, required
- Understanding of relevant warehousing and inventory techniques, required
- Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products

Cresco Labs is seeking a Materials Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will direct the material functions in a high volume, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for the overall control and movement of materials, including planning, procurement, storage, distribution, scheduling, and inventory of raw materials and finished good products.

- Oversee all processes and programs as it relates to inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution operations
- Manage scheduling and procurement to ensure material availability to meet weekly and daily pack out schedules
- Develop methods and policies that contribute to the most efficient, safe and economical movement of materials throughout our facilities and network
- Ensure adherence to compliant inventory movements, transfers and record keeping
- Plan and organize material handling and warehousing functions to best utilize resources, optimize material flows, and mitigate stock out risk
- Participate in facility and state sales and operational forecasting, establishing future pre-production plans
- Manage cycle count and physical inventory cadences to ensure inventory accuracy
- Develop and present monthly metrics
- Participate in network inventory management, including product lifecycle, turns, aging stock, redesign impacts, and obsolescence
- Mentor and develop individuals across Supply Chain functions
- Investigate and pursue benchmark opportunities, both within cannabis and CPG environments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 5+ years' experience in Materials Management, Inventory, Distribution or Supply Chain leadership
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing processes
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including senior leadership
- Systems familiarity, including ERP & WMS
- Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs
- Intermediate user of MS Office suite
- APICS certification a plus
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred

The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals (developed in accordance with the Cultivation Center Business Plan and registered qualifying patient needs) are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department-approved laboratory. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.

Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation agents in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
- Coordinates with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality
- Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications, and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for RMD locations
- Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, aboveground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid
- Waste recycling, customer waste management, indoor air quality, integrated pest management, employee training, and disaster preparedness
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- OSHA certified in Safety Training-preferred
- Experience managing a large-scale cultivation operation (preferably not cannabis-related) that has a clean history of compliance
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences
- Demonstrated personnel management experience
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Experience in a position requiring critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations of Cresco Labs

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Garden Lead to join our growing facility. The Garden Lead works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye to cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Coordinates with the Garden Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for cultivation facility.
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Receiving Lead to join our Indiantown, FL facility. This individual will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory of supplies within our warehouse. This role will also establish a new shipping facility including design and layout, organizing supplies, and implementing systems to ensure efficient distribution of products.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manage daily procedures including receiving, inspection, repair, stock replenishment and customer quality complaints
- Responsible for ownership of performing cycle-counts; success will be measured by inventory accuracy
- Prepare bills of lading for LTL shipments and ensure correct quantities against work orders
- Operate sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, reach truck, order picker and RF unit during all receiving processes
- Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities
- Generate and process receiving paperwork using company WMS system
- Enter applicable data in WMS for receiving and product availability/location within facility for put away
- Maintain outside processing materials record and report through scan and email all processing documents with corresponding emails for 3PL
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations regarding the shipping, receiving and storing of fuels and chemicals
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Prior experience in warehousing or inventory control position, required
- Understanding of relevant warehousing and inventory techniques, required
- Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Agent to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Agent will be responsible for performing cycle counts in the warehouses and vaults, order picking, and maintaining material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention of detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Agent will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.

- Conduct weekly cycle counts of finished goods, packaged goods, personal protection equipment, and miscellaneous facility items in electronic systems
- Ensures bulk material & finished goods are physically & electronically accurate within inventory system

- Identifies count discrepancies for escalation during check-in and weekly count processes
- Picks outbound order fulfillment orders

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a highly organized Harvest Manager to oversee day-to-day functions of the harvest areas. This includes overseeing everything from the time the plants are de-leafed and cut to the time they are cured and transferred. The Harvest Manager will report to the Director of Cultivation and will work closely with operations as well as manage all harvest agents to ensure that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the harvest production goals are met.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.

- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and be responsible for the team performing all Manufacturing extractions, post processing activities and manage testing of formulated products. The Manufacturing Manager will maintain the safety of the organization and ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of production areas. The Manufacturing Manager instills quality control measures to produce high quality products. The Manufacturing Manager must monitor and maintain the production facility in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Ensure Manufacturing operations are safe for our employees
- Manages ethanol and butane extraction processes
- Products are manufactured correctly, meeting all quality requirements prior to release
- Products are delivered on time to internal and external customers
- Operations are efficient and meeting the required productivity
- Compliance with all applicable regulations and inspection readiness at all times
- Oversee and participate in batch manufacturing of all formulated products including but not limited to cartridges, capsules, lotions, tinctures, patches, syringes, and bulk oils
- Review executed batch records and calculation sheets
- Report weekly and monthly metrics/KPI for delivery, quality, productivity and safety
- Manage third party testing and review test results against specifications
- Manage internal testing capabilities and laboratory spaces and equipment
- Escalate critical safety/quality/delivery issues to corporate and site management
- Complete ADP tasks for all Lab personnel
- Hire and train Manufacturing staff
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and submit order requests
- Represent Lab in weekly site management meetings and sales/ops meeting
- Lead development activities related to new products, and optimization and scale-up of existing products and processes as directed
- Create and reinforce a positive culture within the Lab team consistent with Cresco
core values - Coordinate with the Manufacturing & Extraction Supervisors to meet production goals
- Lead business development tours. This can include investors, regulatory bodies, vendors etc.
- Manage Manufacturing equipment maintenance execution/reporting
- Co-chair weekly Lab Meetings and attend weekly Sales/Production Conference Calls
- Perform all other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-2 years of cannabis hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction experience.
- 1-2 years of cannabis formulation and oil post processing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Chemistry/Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering education preferred.
- Experience in data entry and management.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Plant Care:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen leadership including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assist other kitchen team members with daily production of products using commercial machinery
- Understand and execute batch production as assigned by Kitchen leadership - learn and perfect recipes.
- Display knowledge of dosing methods for accurate potency and homogenization.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause damaged edibles ensuring quality control.
- Train in food safety / sanitation and maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Assist, when needed, in labeling, wrapping and tracking edibles for final sale.
- Maintain a clean and safe production facility.
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc.
- Complete the sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace, production and packaging equipment, cookware and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Experience in a production-heavy kitchen, is a plus

The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.

- Safely transport medication to dispensaries

- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary

- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Maintain driver logs

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational activities of multiple cross-functional departments within the facility. More specifically, this position is directly responsible for the sites Processing, Laboratory, Extraction, Food Production, and Packaging departments.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a full-time Trimmer who will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is complaint and ready for sale or processing. Cannabis bud trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. You must also be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency, organization and extreme attention to detail; is resourceful and able to work independently and within a team environment.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and separate fan leaves, stems, and sugar leaves.
Breakdown flowers from the stalk and separate waste.
Adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana.
Efficiently de-fan plants prior to trimming flowers.
Record weights and keep accurate documentation.
Maintain sanitary and/or regulatory requirements.
Maintain a steady pace and/or quota based on weight.
Ensure the quality of buds in preparation for retail sale.

Complete side tasks and medicine processing projects.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Trim Lead that oversee trimmers and will be responsible for ensuring the trimmers operate efficiently, while maintaining compliance and producing high quality product ready for sale or processing. You will be responsible for ensuring your team of Cannabis bud trimmers are precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they are maintaining a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assume all duties of and with opening and closing procedures, basic supervision of staff and trimming processes.
Motivate and inspire Trimmers to meet & exceed goals.
Lead, coach, and train staff on Company Standards and Operational Procedures.
Assist in employee coachings and trainings. Provide constructive feedback to help improve trimmers quality and throughput.
Provide expert guidance to staff including operations, & product.
Maintain and enforce a culture of compliance for all activities with strict adherence to the Florida Statues for THC and CBD products, as well as regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies such as OSHA.
Perform trimmer tasks as a working Trim Lead and ensure Trimmers perform the tasks as well.
Operate with integrity and honesty.
Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
Responsible for properly maintaining daily logs for cleaning, scale calibration, contaminants, filter change outs as well as product distributed and received from trimmers, attendance and trimmer reports for EOD.
Perform other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis preferred.
Previous experience supervising and leading 5-15 employees.

POSITION SUMMARY
One Plant is seeking a Chemist to join our Lab team in Indiantown, FL. The Chemist will be responsible for testing equipment as well as assisting in the extraction process of medicinal cannabis. The chemist will test samples for identification, purity, and contaminants. The chemist will also maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area, as well as maintaining the quality control measures to ensure high quality product while carrying out day-to-day tasks such as prepping, extracting, and packaging.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Harvester Lead will support the Harvest Manager in overseeing all Trimming/Storage tasks in a large-scale cannabis production farm. Position Summary:
One Plant is seeking a dynamic thought leader to serve as our Senior Director of Operations. You will provide strategic leadership to our manufacturing operation to ensure profitability and the highest quality product. This includes directing operations’ planning to ensure our products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and compliant with regulations. The primary functions within the Operations organization include Cultivation, Production Planning, Lab Operations, Trimming, Packaging & Distribution. This role has team and site leadership for Indiantown’s Manufacturing facility with a total population of approximately 150 employees. As Senior Director of Operations you will partner with One Plant’s key leaders to develop strategies and capabilities which best position One Plant to continue to gain market share and meet the strategic objectives of our shareholders and Executive team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess current SOPs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to increase output.
- Establish key indicators for operations that align with Retail Operations to ensure key deadlines, budgets, and customer service objectives are met.
- Aggressively implement LEAN and Continuing Improvement programs to achieve cost and quality objectives.
- Ensure completion dates for products are met with consistency and compliant with all quality requirements.
- Work closely with Director of Cultivation to develop plans to maximize efficiency for products.
- Work with department Managers to manage workload and workflow, providing guidance and knowledge of how to continuously improve operations with specific measuring indicators.
- Prepare Work Instructions and Procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently.
- Manage, maintain, advance, and improve the use of company Biotrack & Alleaves system -to improve productivity and loss ratios.
- Ensure cost-effective daily operation of all departments and personnel including equipment use, maintenance, and procurement.
- Build strong vendor relationships and reduce costs wherever possible.
- Train personnel which includes developing the method of training. Training may be “on-the-job” and/or through written materials.
- Ensure employees are working in a manner that keeps with established safety standards through proper training.
- Evaluate performance of production departments which includes making sure that hiring, advising, disciplining and terminating of staff is happening based on developed policies and procedures, constantly changing business needs, and through communication, documentation, and training methods.
- Write and review Performance Evaluations with your department Managers and ensure that they do so for their staff.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief of Commercial Operations and the Executive team.
- Work with the executive team to create short and long-term improvement plans.
- Ensure Indiantown facility is neat, clean, safe and all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and specifically with leading manufacturing teams, production timelines, conflicting priorities, quality control, and multiple departments that work together to deliver quality and consistency in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Cannabis experience a plus.
- Six-Sigma Certification preferred.

SUMMARY

Cannabis bud trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. They also must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains, so as not to cheat their employer or customers. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.

One Plant is looking for responsible Trimming/Packaging Associates- 2nd Shift to fulfill positions of trust within our company. These highly-trusted individuals will be responsible for trimming, packaging, and labeling products in our processing center. You will be an integral representative of the company responsible for teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency of the in-house operations to increase profitability and client satisfaction.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- This is a Full-Time, second shift position: shift hours are M-F 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- Trim and package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using equipment to trim, fill, package and label cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / vials with liquids / oils / etc.
- Apply and ensure accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders
- Demonstrate a good attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic
- Be a team player
- Ongoing training on various machines and equipment
- Read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions
- Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or weekend hours
- Requires use of personal protective equipment including eye wear, gloves, respiratory protection equipment and/or hearing protection
- Work is performed in manufacturing and lab settings with biohazards/various chemicals
- Must keep work environment clean at all times
- Ability to work with various levels of noise
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous cannabis trimming experience would be beneficial, but not necessary
- Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Employees are expected to comply with company appearance clothing guidelines. Full-time employees work eight or more hours per day and workdays can vary, typically not including corporate holidays.

SUMMARY
One Plant is looking to hire a full-time employee that will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is complaint and ready for sale or processing.
The right candidate will demonstrate proficiency, organization and extreme attention to detail; is resourceful and able to work independently and within a team environment. Cannabis bud trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. They also must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains, so as not to cheat their employer or customers. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.
DETAILS
· Identify and separate fan leaves, stems, and sugar leaves
· Breakdown flowers from the stalk and separate waste
· Adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana
· Efficiently de-fan plants prior to trimming flowers
· Record weights and keep accurate documentation
· Maintain sanitary and/or regulatory requirements
· Maintain a steady pace and/or quota based on weight
· Ensure the quality of buds in preparation for retail sale
· May be assigned other job duties as necessary.
· Operate with integrity and honesty.
· Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
· Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas.
· Complete side tasks and medicine processing projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
· Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills.
· Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.

· Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
· Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
