Title: RSA "retail service advisor" Shift Lead
Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Shift Leaders ensure that all operational requirements are being met as they oversee RSA interactions and transactions with customers. Title: RSA "retail service advisor" Shift Lead
Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old

Must possess an OMMA medical cannabis certification

Budtender Shift Lead Responsibilities:
Our budtenders are responsible for assisting patients and customers in all aspects of the purchase, education of cannabis and may include training new or temp staff. The majority of time is spent performing inventory duties below as well as ensuring the dispensary is well-kept, running properly and guests are serviced properly and efficiently.
- Ensure stations are ready to go at venue opening time
- Maintain fully stocked and clean stations at all times
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization checklist is completed
- Maintain proper cash-handling procedure at all times
- Ensure all customers are greeted as they arrive and wished farewell on upon their departure

Cannabis Inventory Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Organize the inventory storage
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Work on the purchasing with purchasing manager
- Manages returns & Expired product and keeps adequate records of such items
- Manages receiving orders in Metrc when required
- Audit the POS system and makes sure the Inventory is always matching while reporting to GM and Purchasing manager
- Manages product descriptions & pictures when inputting orders in POS
- Reporting and correcting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records when required. (Metrc and in Treez POS)

- Focus on Merchandising and Inventory Management.Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentations, signing standards and monitor inventory levels. Keep the showroom clean and orderly. Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales. Assist with receiving orders, checking manifests, preparing inventory for sale, and accurate data entry in POS and METRC. Adhere to established inventory procedures and organizational standards.
- Focus on Compliance and Safety.Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
- Focus on Accountability. Plans and assigns daily goals, tasks and assignments. Effectively communicate job expectations. Foster teamwork. Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures. Hold staff accountable for customer service standards, cash handling, attendance, task completion, and professionalism. Report any violations to General Manager/Assistant Manager.

What you will do
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing and talented team! The Lead Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the Cannabis Patient Center (CPC) team in a retail environment.

We are currently seeking a shift lead full-time budtender to join our team at Green Goods in Las Cruces, NM. This position reports directly to the store manager.
The shift lead budtender is an integral part of the Green Goods dispensary team. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with patients, is knowledgeable about cannabis, will provide excellent customer service, works well with colleagues, and contributes to the overall atmosphere of a Green Goods dispensary. Grow Life Medical Marijuana are seeking qualified applicants who are self-motivated, task-oriented and goal driven with outgoing personalities and exceptional customer service skills to join our team with room for promotion. We are excited to fill positions for our new location at 115 E Garden of the Gods.
Must Haves:

- Possess knowledge of many items on the medical marijuana market (including but not limited to concentrates, edibles, topicals, cartridges, etc).
- Have an eye for organization and cleanliness
- Be available for hire or training shifts immediately
- Take direction and constructive criticism from management to become better

- Ability to obtain MED Badge or current badge holder
- Previous customer service experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- ID Check + Data Entry
- Providing knowledgeable, friendly and informative customer service
- Cultivate trusted patient relationships that help to ensure customer loyalty
- Prepare Products for Sale
- Conducting Inventory Audits
- Keeping dispensary neat and clean (including bathrooms)
- Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
Required skills:
