Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.
Cloning: Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.
Harvesting: Cutting plants; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools. Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. Essential Functions:
Budtenders are the face of our business and will be responsible for ensuring every customer is given the time and attention needed to select our best cannabis strain or product for their experience. Budtenders are required to see to it that business operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as with state regulatory standards at all time. This position reports to the Manager of the dispensary.
Job Qualifications:
- Understands that customer service is the top priority and ceases performing tasks when customers are present and in need of assistance
- Makes eye contact, smiles and promptly acknowledges and greets each guest entering the dispensary and in the waiting area
- Determines each customer’s need and answers questions concerning strains or products. If necessary, partners with management to ensure the customer’s experience is met.
- While serving customers, recommend additional and complementary products and/or strains based on the information provided by the customer or item already selected for purchase
- Informs customers of current promotions and events while in the store
- Contributes to the dispensary’s overall goals and meets or exceeds individual goals
- Helps to eliminate and/or reduce potential theft of product by providing exceptional gues service and maintaining awareness while on the sales floor

Essential Functions:
The Maintenance Supervisor duties include, but is not limited to, the upkeep and maintenance of all production facilities and dispensaries. The position will include working with third party contractors for special projects or repairs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect all facilities to identify problems and maintenance needs
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as necessary
- Inspect and maintain building systems (i.e. heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The HR Manager is responsible for providing advice and counsel to all employees and managers in accordance with company policies, practices, systems, and processes while also ensuring compliance with federal and state legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with business leadership in the planning and implementation of human resources initiatives and policies for the organization
- Acts as subject matter expert in all employee relations issues including, but not limited to, complaints and allegations, terminations, employment legal proceedings, requests for reasonable accommodations, worker’s compensation claims, and employee leave of absence processes
- Process bi-weekly payroll including, but not limited to, review and approval of time cards, entry of earnings, and deductions as applicable
- Works with external benefits brokers to administer all employee benefit programs including open enrollment period and terminations
- Responds to benefit inquiries from employees or outside carriers on plan provisions, benefit enrollment questions, status changes, and any other general questions
- Collaborates with HR generalist, departmental managers, and operations managers on all current and proposed staffing efforts
- Administers annual employee review process in accordance with end-of-year bonus and pay increase processes
- Generates scheduled and ad-hoc reports pertaining to payroll and human resources
- Assists in the creation of learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Designs and executes culture building initiatives and employee events
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications & Preferences:
- 5 – 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Possess knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

Essential Functions:
The Maintenance Supervisor duties include, but is not limited to, the upkeep and maintenance of all production facilities and dispensaries. The position will include working with third party contractors for special projects or repairs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect all facilities to identify problems and maintenance needs
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as necessary
- Inspect and maintain building systems (i.e. heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Coordinate third party contractors for special projects or repairs
- Responsible for the overall condition and appearance outside of all facilities, including but not limited to, maintenance to landscape, trash pick-up, and snow/ice removal to walkways
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Other related duties as assigned
