Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and reporting all essential manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager leads the company’s overall extraction, infusion, processing setup, staffing, equipment purchasing, processing protocols, strategy, and day-to-day production. All duties are performed while supervising the team of Manufacturing Technicians, ensuring adherence to all safety and compliance protocols on the production floor. The Manufacturing Manager reports to senior company management and works closely with other Department Heads.

General Duties (Not Exhaustive of all Duties)
- Coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, from product preparation, extraction, infusion, packaging, labeling, maintenance, and inventory.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for all manufacturing processes, material and product handling, labeling, tracking, and quality control.
- Set department goals around efficiencies, yields, and production costs.
- Understand the function, assembly, and operation of each manufacturing machine onsite.
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Manufacturing Technicians to follow the standard procedures of the company and local and state regulations.
- Organize and oversee all duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
- Ensure all batch production records and labels are created following State and local standards and correctly tracked in METRC.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and internal company specifications.
- Coordinate with local, State-approved laboratories to perform regular and required testing of manufactured products.
- Document all lab results necessary for State regulatory compliance.
- Obtain and maintain inventory of materials and equipment supplies.
- Develop programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards of raw materials, chemical intermediates, and products.
- Draft and present quarterly reports on new and cutting-edge extraction techniques and technologies to the Board of Directors
Daily Tasks: (Not Exhaustive of all Tasks)
- Receive and organize inventory of raw biomass material.
- Manage Raw Material Intake Calendar.
- Manage the blend selection of raw biomass material.
- Manage the troubleshooting of equipment, processes, and material flaws.
- Ensure product diversity through proper production scheduling.
- Schedule Manufacturing Technicians as needed.
- Ensure that all staff is wearing required protective equipment and properly handling all substances.
- Schedule of third-party providers to maintain and fix equipment.
- Conduct and document safe disposal of post-extracted material.
- Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate production schedule with Procurement and Sales Managers to ensure availability and prevent product stagnation.
- Cooperate with the Compliance Manager to conduct periodic reviews of procedures and operations.
- Consult with the Safety Manager to ensure proper safety protocols are established and followed in the Standard Procedures and daily operations.
- Keep office area tidy to maintain a functional work environment
- Work with team members to develop, learn, and implement new systems
- Cooperate with the Safety Manager to ensure a safe work environment by participating in safety programs and training and conducting laboratory safety audits.
Technology and Other Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of cannabis products manufacturing machinery and technology, including extractions, infusion, and cartridge production.
- Must be highly functional on a modern PC.
- Proficient in Word and Excel, 2015 or newer.
- Able to type 50 WPM or faster.
- Proficiency with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive), security, and sharing knowledge. Ability to manage email.
- Able to convert documents to PDF format, troubleshoot document resolution issues.
- Familiarity with network printing, scanning and sending documents, driver installation, and troubleshooting.
- Must be smartphone fluent.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or technical certification in associated fields is highly desirable but not required.
- Working knowledge of computer programs as described.
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.

- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.

You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.

JOB SUMMARY

As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. As the Regional Site Quality Director, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facilities across the Western Region including (Arizona and California). Associated quality activities involve sampling and inspection of finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manufacturing:
- Monitor and maintain all relevant Cresco Labs standards for safety and good manufacturing practices
- Preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction procedures in adherence to a schedule, including but not limited to hydrocarbon extractions, mechanical extractions, and other extraction methodologies as directed
- Pre and post processing of material involved in extraction product streams
- Upkeep, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and communicate issues related to lab equipment and general facilities
- Inventory and maintain material in extraction product streams
- Perform one-of and R+D project tasks under management direction for department development
- Perform internal and 3rd party sampling procedures
- Documentation
- Properly track data and other relevant information in real-time on production paperwork and other necessary physical and digital tracking forms and documents
- Effectively communicate issues related to quality, equipment, processing schedules, material and safety observations and concerns
- Supporting other facility workers as needed
- Cleanliness:
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes

JOB SUMMARY
The Facility Director is responsible for all operational activities within the Mendota, California facility. More specifically, this position is directly responsible for all Manufacturing, Processing, Laboratory, Extraction, Food and Beverage Production, Packaging, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials Management, and Logistics at the site. The Facility Director ensures standardization of all departments to the corporate center of excellence (COE) initiatives, drives consistent delivery of finished products for our customers through key metrics such as schedule adherence and cycle time, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement where employees and staff are empowered to elicit changes improving the company's bottom line. This position will report directly to the Regional President of California, and eventually to the Vice President of Operations in California, upon hire.

- Accountable for P&L performance for the Mendota, CA site.
- Raise the bar with operations management staff by driving key KPIs cross-functionally such as:
- Schedule Adherence
- Cycle Time
- % Yield across the different departments
- Dispensary Acceptance Rate
- Inventory Days on Hand (DOH)
- Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize Cresco's shareholder value through support of financial latest estimates (LE), ensure compliance to the corporate COE initiatives, and drive cross-departmental efficiencies.
- Lead the distribution and transfers of material both in WIP and Finished Good phased between Mendota, Carpinteria, Santa Rosa, West Sacramento, and La Habra
- Partner with corporate managed counterparts in Quality, Security, Safety, HR and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained to state regulatory, OSHA, and Cresco quality and HR standards
- Own packaging inventory management and replenishment in servitude to customer service and fill rate of finished goods
- Create strategies to improve the efficiencies between Operations and Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Accounting and HR
- Responsible for partnering with HR for workforce planning, internal transfers/promotions,
- and overall hiring efforts
- Manage the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Approve/deny internal costs and reimbursements; i.e. employee engagement and development, lunches, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- College degree: A. or B.S. from accredited university; MBA a plus
- At least 5-7 years in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations with production totaling over $100MM annually; union experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO/BRC preferred; cannabis industry experience a plus
- Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment; California medical marijuana experience a plus
- Effective solutions-based attitude and team-focused management style; Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated project management coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Compliance, Safety, HR, and Security without direct authority

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Kitchen Agent to join our Mendota, CA facility. The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Head Chef and Packaging Supervisor. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
- Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary.

JOB SUMMARY
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand within cost and capacity parameters across multiple locations, including growing facilities, DC/cross docks and copackers. The Master Scheduler is a key contact for all functions across the broader organization by providing regular production and packaging plans consistent with capacity and Sales and Operations (S&OP) forecasting. This role will collaborate with management at both the site level and corporate level, to gather and use information in order to develop a scheduling and inventory plan that will meet critical business goals for cost and service.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Generate both short-term and long-term production plans into a master schedule, daily, by facility, by resource, using systems and processes that support the organization's cost and service goals within available capacity.
- Point of contact for all scheduling related questions and concerns
- Maintain data in systems to facilitate inventory and capacity management, customer demand, and operational metrics.
- Able to build systems and processes from scratch, working with management to implement
- Identifies opportunities for optimizing raw, WIP and finished good inventory levels
- Able to explain gaps to targets and remediation plans.
- Ensure full transparency to production plans by generating reports for upper management and facility front line personnel.
- Assist with projects that support inventory reporting and accuracy, allocating materials and movement of orders in short supply situations.
- Provide support for other operations functions as assigned and maintain competency in all processes and systems.
- Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics against established targets, reviewing performance and capabilities to perform root cause analysis and offer corrective action.
- Work cross functionally with operations and other departments to resolve capacity challenges and production issues, offering alternative plans and solutions to meet site needs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment, including production planning and scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials management required.
- Experience with using supply planning software, both operationally and understanding the concepts behind the tool
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25% within California, with occasional travel out of state
- Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and be responsible for the team performing all Manufacturing extractions, post processing activities and manage testing of formulated products. The Manufacturing Manager will maintain the safety of the organization and ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of production areas. The Manufacturing Manager instills quality control measures to produce high quality products. The Manufacturing Manager must monitor and maintain the production facility in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Manufacturing operations are safe for our employees
Manages ethanol and butane extraction processes
Products are manufactured correctly, meeting all quality requirements prior to release
Products are delivered on time to internal and external customers
Operations are efficient and meeting the required productivity
Compliance with all applicable regulations and inspection readiness at all times
Oversee and participate in batch manufacturing of all formulated products including but not limited to cartridges, capsules, lotions, tinctures, patches, syringes, and bulk oils
Review executed batch records and calculation sheets
Report weekly and monthly metrics/KPI for delivery, quality, productivity and safety
Manage third party testing and review test results against specifications
Manage internal testing capabilities and laboratory spaces and equipment
Escalate critical safety/quality/delivery issues to corporate and site management
Complete ADP tasks for all Lab personnel
Hire and train Manufacturing staff
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and submit order requests
Represent Lab in weekly site management meetings and sales/ops meeting
Lead development activities related to new products, and optimization and scale-up of existing products and processes as directed
Create and reinforce a positive culture within the Lab team consistent with Cresco
core values
Coordinate with the Manufacturing & Extraction Supervisors to meet production goals
Lead business development tours. This can include investors, regulatory bodies, vendors etc.
Manage Manufacturing equipment maintenance execution/reporting
Co-chair weekly Lab Meetings and attend weekly Sales/Production Conference Calls
Perform all other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
1-2 years of cannabis hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction experience.
1-2 years of cannabis formulation and oil post processing experience.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Proficiency with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Chemistry/Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering education preferred.

The Seed Farm is a program of Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Seed Farm is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of farmers. Working closely with partners such as Lehigh County and Penn State Extension, our organization trains new farmers and assists them in establishing sustainable farm businesses.
The Assistant Grower is responsible for helping the Farm Manager grow product and maintain 2.5-acre diversified vegetable farm. The Assistant Grower is responsible for manual field work, and preparation and delivery of product for Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.
Job Duties:
Following the plans and direction of the Farm Manager in the day to day workload of 2.5-acre diversified vegetable farm, surrounding fields, incubator farm sites, and other infrastructure.
Manual field work, including planting, hoeing, hand-weeding, irrigation set up and management, pest and disease scouting and management, etc.
Harvest, washing, and packing for weekly CSA and wholesale accounts; delivery to CSA drop-off and wholesale accounts.
Assist with on-farm workshops and field days as needed
Tractor work and maintenance, including tillage, weed cultivation, and mowing.
Assist Farm Manager with on-farm demonstrations and lessons.
Occasionally oversee volunteers and CSA workshare participants.
The Assistant Grower can expect to engage with program participants, volunteers, and farm visitors of all ages.
Hours
This position comes with a seasonally variable schedule, ranging from 20 hrs/week in April and May to 40 hrs/week in June-Sept back to 20 hrs/week in October and November. Weekly schedule can be arranged with approval of Farm Manager, and may include weekend hours. The typical workday begins as early as 6 a.m. and can last until 3 p.m.
Minimum Requirements:
- One full season of organic or low-input/sustainable vegetable production experience preferred
- Tractor experience as related to diversified vegetable farming preferred
- Commitment to and experience in sustainable practices including weed, pest, disease and water management
- Basic carpentry, equipment maintenance, and small engine repairs skills preferred
- Ability to work in any weather condition
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

CORE JOB DUTIES
Manufacturing:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
- Responsible for product processing and product formulation
- Lab bench work and product filtrations
- Assist in packaging department as needed
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

Job Overview
Reporting to the COO, the Regional Vice President (RVP) is the senior leader responsible for the overall operation of Cresco Labs California across multiple disciplines and locations. This individual will be accountable for galvanizing a team under a common growth and operations platform, and ultimately assist the platform in delivering growth and improvement in operational efficiency across cultivation, manufacturing and distribution operations in the state. The RVP will work to continuously ensure the organization is delivering operational excellence, while also identifying innovative and creative services and solutions to expand our branded products in the market, working closely with internal and external partners. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for determining the overall strategy, priorities and direction for operations within the area. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), NHP (Natural Health Products) or healthcare organization with a go-to-market approach that leverages direct deliver distribution channels.
A successful candidate will have had prior success developing the strategy for a company or division, creating financial plans and budgets, responsibility for P&L, executing a growth plan that maximizes revenue and EBITDA, sales management, large-scale distribution leadership, managing and developing people, working in an environment that engineers to order, and championing the brand and developing a culture of excellence.
As the leader of California, talent planning, talent management and professional development will be a core mandate of the role. In addition, the RVP will be responsible for division communication, providing leadership updates across the California region to corporate leadership and external stakeholders.
This position can be based out of any of our California locations, including Carpinteria, Mendota, Santa Rosa, or Sacramento, with heavy travel throughout the California region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all operational and strategic facets of the area with full P&L responsibility, driving change and implementing new business processes by building cross-functional partnerships with sales, finance, marketing, supply chain, compliance, and customer service.
- Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs such as R&D, facilities, and equipment improvements. Monitor budgets for performance to plan.
- Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Develop short and long term operational strategies in partnership with senior team members and provide the leadership necessary for the successful design, development, and execution of that strategy to achieve measurable outcomes in a timely, cost effective manner.
- Lead and manage a highly productive, motivated and driven team through strong communication, empowerment, reward and coaching techniques. •Achieve the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans and subsequently communicate the business' strategy to C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible, successful experience in a high-growth CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), NHP (Natural Health Products) or healthcare organization, including 7+ years managing a large team across multiple sites
- Proven leadership and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp a large, complex, matrix-oriented global business at a base level and use this understanding to set overall strategy and drive business process improvement.
- Strong business planning skills to execute strategic projects with implications for business areas with rapidly evolving business processes. Must possess a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues.
- Experience in new product development, particularly consumer products subject to government and regulatory scrutiny
- Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization.
- A proven track record of results including earnings growth, working capital reduction, SG&A control and operation productivity
- Proven ability to select top talent and create a productive environment that promotes initiative, innovation, continual learning and development of key personnel for future advancement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including clients, front line managers and C-level leaders.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the region and as-needed to other locations throughout the country.

JOB SUMMARY
The Edibles Packaging Agent is responsible for full support of packaging for Cresco Labs medically infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Head Chef and Packaging Supervisor. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
