- Safely uses and stores cleaning materials ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Disposes of cannabis waste properly.

As a Field Service Technician you are a part of our outstanding technical department that not only services companies onsite, but also able to provide phone and remote access support when needed. This position will require the individual to help setup, dial in, program, and perform F.A.T’s (Factory Acceptance Testing) when the project requires it. Acting as a first line response to customers you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with your focus being troubleshooting and finding the right solution for each customer. This position requires traveling domestically as well as internationally to customer locations for commissioning & installations and will require availability in the event an emergency should come up. You will be required to possess a valid passport.

- Follow Parallel Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations.
- Safely uses and stores cleaning materials ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Disposes of cannabis waste properly.
- Performs cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replace lining of trash cans.
- Cleans & services restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Restocks supplies.
- Notifies Facilities Management of any necessary repairs.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing tasks including locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Who are we?
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is the agency responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in Oregon by administering the state’s Liquor Control Act and regulating the sale of recreational marijuana in Oregon through the Control, Regulation, and Taxation of Marijuana and Industrial Hemp Act.
The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Recreational Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs.
What will you do?
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all revenues generated from Oregon Wine Board licensees are deposited legally and within prescribed time frames to State of Oregon Bank accounts. This position requires working closely with agency staff to resolve any problems or discrepancies concerning these revenues.
What are some of the supporting duties?
- Log and approve bonds for license renewals, verifying licensees are in compliance with all required statements and schedules.
- Use Oregon Privilege Tax Online system (OPTO) as needed to help with analyzing bond renewals.
- Assist in the posting of Oregon Wine Board; review documents and verify data entry to accounting system, and determine if incorrect or invalid entries were made in reporting system.
- Compare data and analyze source documents to identify and resolve actual and potential discrepancies; follow up with licensees to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by division management.

What do you need to qualify? Minimum Qualifications:

Curaleaf is a growing medical cannabis company dedicated to the needs of its patients. We are searching for an Environmental Service Technician, or Sanitation Technician, to add to our team members who want to be part of a growing department that is critical to ensuring robust quality for the customers we serve. The EST will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment, general upkeep, and incineration and disposal of excess plant materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantles, cleans, and reassembles production and cultivation equipment.
- Uses chemicals in proper concentration according to company guidelines.
- Properly labels and maintains all chemicals.
- Ensures PPE stations are adequately stocked.
- Periodically cleans walls, offices, restrooms, storage areas and furniture.
- Routine heavy cleaning
- Moving heavy equipment & furniture
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Other duties as needed/required to meet goals
Required skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capacity to take direction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment is preferred but is not required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide efficient and expert IT support to our employee user base. An excellent Service Desk Technician must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and apply their comprehensive technical knowledge to deliver frontline IT support services both remotely and in-person. They must be committed to a high level of quality in ticket handling and effectively utilize the ticketing system in performing IT Incident and Request Management activities daily. As a Gaming Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Install, maintain and repair Lucky Lincoln products (video game terminals and redemption terminals).
- Preventative maintenance and configuration of computer/security networks.
- Transporting of company assets and equipment to licensed establishments and LLG’s warehouse.
- Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
- Various warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, inventory control, etc.

- Interact with establishment/venues along with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Description:
The role is responsible for executing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply. As a Gaming Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Install, maintain and repair Lucky Lincoln products (video game terminals and redemption terminals).

- Transporting of company assets and equipment to licensed establishments and LLG’s warehouse.
- Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.

Job Description:

The IT Help Desk Technician will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. Managing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. This person will be hands-on with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

As a Technician II, you will be in responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces inside the flower/veg hydroponic grow rooms, including trays, fans, floors, walls, air filtration units, etc. You will also be responsible for the marijuana waste & disposal process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical and adult use marijuana regulations
- Efficiently operate a dishwasher while complying with safety standards.
- Clean and dry Cultivation tools, (irrigation parts, tray plugs), etc. and Harvest tools (shears, tubs, trim bins, etc.)
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing Grow Rooms. Areas include CNV & Flower, Mezz NV & Flower.
- Dismantles, cleans, sanitizes, and reassembles machinery in production areas while following safety and security guidelines (wall & floor fans, and air filtration units).
- Responsible for collecting, weighing, shredding, and disposing of all Marijuana Waste in the facility.
- Operating machinery, such as the MJ Waste shredder.
- Communicate with Environmental Services, Cultivation, IPM & Trim staff members; ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized in a timely manner to promote an increase in efficiency, while keeping digital cleaning & sanitation logs in compliance with state regulations.
- Safely uses and stores cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Knowledge of chemical use. Safety data sheets must be updated as new chemicals are being used.
- Knowledge of proper PPE practices.
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator for certain tasks.
- Notifying ES Shift Leads for need of repairs within the grow rooms/wash bay area.
- 0-2 Years of experience in Custodial and/or Environmental Services duties preferred
- Upbeat and high energy professional.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret directions in English.
- Ability to calculate and document weight and % measures.
- Ability to interpret and calculate dilution rates for chemicals.

Duties
Some of your primary duties will include:
- Address all incoming Service Desk requests received by email, telephone and in-person to ensure the appropriate assistance is received in a timely manner and effective resolutions of end-user issues are achieved.
- Serve as agency TIER 1 and TIER 2 support for customers and to work with our external partners.
- Utilize Service Manager and adhere to incident management and service request processes and procedures to create, review, categorize, and prioritize tickets.
- Follow and maintain standards related to recording, tracking, and appropriately documenting tickets.
- Apply functional and technical knowledge, effectively use resources, and demonstrate sound judgment to resolve or escalate tickets as appropriate.
- Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on basic equipment operation.
- Troubleshoot and use the Knowledge Base to identify and resolve non-complex or common IT hardware, software, telephony devices, wireless devices, and audio/visual equipment-related issues.
- Follow procedures in order to complete routine tasks without help such as testing, installing, maintaining, supporting, and/or averting hardware/software system failures on client applications, hardware and software products, network infrastructure equipment, or telecommunications software or hardware.
- Serve as a customer service point of contact and liaison for ITS. Cultivate and maintain positive and productive relationships with WSLCB employees, leadership, vendors, and external customers.
- Build rapport and good working relationships with IT personnel to promote and maintain a productive, collaborative working environment.
- Conduct post-resolution follow-ups and customer service surveys and generate reports to support continuous efforts to evaluate and improve the services provided.
- Stay current with new/emerging technologies and/or systems.
- Participate in required and other job-related training.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of recent information technology experience in information technology-related activities such as testing, installing, maintaining, supporting, and/or averting current hardware/software system failures on client applications, hardware, or software products.
OR
- Equivalent education/experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related program.
- Demonstrated experience creating knowledge documentation for a range of IT skill levels.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including communications, facilitation, effective meeting management, agenda development, and strong verbal and writing skills.
- Other IT Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.)

Job Description:
The role is responsible for executing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply.
