This individual will operate a laboratory for the company, procure materials, oversee operations, hire and train staff, develop laboratory standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with state regulations for the medical marijuana industry.
Primary Responsibilities of this Position
- Consult with external constituents on branding, marketing and building brand awareness with our vendors and customers for sustainability in the marketplace.
- Create and maintain laboratory Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for commercial production and extraction processes to ensure regulatory compliance and profitability.
- Ensure product quality and production consistency through Quality Controls oversight.
- Enforce safety, sanitation and defined laboratory procedures.
- Confirm that batch production records and product labeling complies with State of Ohio standards.
- Train employees on lab procedures and ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained.
- Manages the weighing, packaging and labeling of products; in addition to tracking batch numbers, lot numbers and product expiration dates.
- Coordinate the company’s compliance with local and state product testing protocols to ensure product purity and document testing results.
- Create, monitor and adjust all production schedules as needed.
- Research and develop new products for the company.
- Improve processes for enhanced consumer safety, quality and efficient manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security and inventory management.
- Responsible for planning, controlling and managing activities related to inventory management, product distribution, inbound shipments, product storage and product rotation.
- Conduct inventory audits to assess product levels versus sales and recommend any needed adjustments.
- Recommend measures to improve product handling and quality of service

- The position will be required to function in a manufacturing facility and warehouse environment. The individual will be exposed to the following conditions:

Qualifications for the Position
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering or 3+ years of cannabis extraction experience
- Must pass FBI/BCI background check on a continual basis
- 3+ years of experience managing a licensed cannabis extraction laboratory
- 3+ years of experience with medically infused production, hydrocarbon production, as well as LPG, CO2, alcohol and solvent-less methods
- 5+ years of experience in consumer product development in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience operating short path distillation, rotary evaporation and Apeks Supercritical extraction equipment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Travel required

Facilities Maintenance Technician
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
- Responsible for assisting and learning end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
- Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Manager and grow house to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing; or completion of a Technical school program with a certificate is strongly preferred.
- 2 years testing and troubleshooting experience of machinery.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).
- This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift and or move more than 40 lbs.
Preferred Qualification:
- EPA Certification Preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas EPA Certification Preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer etc.).

Summary: The Lead Harvest Associate is responsible for organizing resources and leading the harvest operation, drying and curing cannabis, cleaning and sanitizing dry rooms, maintaining and cleaning equipment, performing daily environmental checks, flipping bays, debucking plants, collecting terpenes and collecting samples for 3rd party testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Always wear appropriate PPE and follow all GMP guidelines
- Train staff of standard operating procedures and maintain training records
- Harvest terpenes, accurately remove flower from Biotrack and records results of terpene extraction. terpene
- Maintain departmental metrics
- Monitor processes and ensure proper documentation of all room care logs, batch information and moisture levels. Ensure harvest wet and dry weights are accurate.
- Record Harvest weights in Biotrack and create PO's for product transfer in Biotrack THC.
- Ensure routine temperature and humidity checks are complete and record on environmental log; report any conditions that are "out of spec" to management
- Identify plants/racks with pest pressure or seeds and segregate from clean materials and place in the appropriate dry rooms
- Ensure postharvest plant material is properly handled for drying and/or curing and that material is distributed evenly on baker's rack shelves for drying or hang plants for curing
- Check moisture levels of each discrete harvest each day and record those results on the appropriate forms
- Place dried/cured flower into appropriate containers, ensure the proper number of humidity control packets are in the container and burp and gently mix each day
- Clean all work areas, materials and equipment including trimmers, bins, barrels, racks
- Prepare work areas for a Harvest including but not limited to bucking stations, bins and stickers out, emptying the bays of tables and setting up trimmers
- Assist in Flipping plants from veg to flower rooms
- Clean and sanitize harvest area, dry rooms including all equipment and baker's racks with approved cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Monitor Flower moisture and ensure that the moisture is between 12-14% for flower sent to packaging and 10 % or less for flower sent for extraction.
- Operate, maintain and clean equipment such as trimmers and speed drying ovens so that they remain in optimal operating condition.
- Assist the harvest team in debucking, flipping and room sanitization when necessary
- Perform other duties as directed by management

Curaleaf is hiring a Quality Control Associate for our Gummy manufacturing process. The Associate will be responsible to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with site and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The Quality Technician will oversee the entire process for Gummy products and be responsible for compiling and verifying batch records and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.
- Advise operators of problems and follow up to ensure resolution; troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Investigate and participate in correction activities as directed.
- Assist (or responsible?) with calibration, preventative, and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Continuously monitor processes to ensure sampling is appropriate to the product; color, flavor, weight, size, and appearance of the finished product meets specifications.
- Oversee QC for changeovers from one product or batch to another; ensure equipment and product continues to meet all specifications.
- Works with and trains new employees in all facets of Gummy manufacturing operation.
- Ensure work areas are maintained, organized, and in compliance with sanitary requirements.
- Accurately complete documentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; responsible for maintaining traceability in seed-to-sale and information management systems.
- Perform duties related to sampling and testing as required by production and staffing needs.
- Provide guidance on placement of operators and others on the production line.
- Possesses knowledge of the sanitation, safety, and requirements for food processing, handling, and storage in manufacturing of Gummy products.
- Responsible for CIP operation throughout all equipment used in the process to manufacture Gummy products.
- Understand the interface between the Gummy Kitchen operation and the equipment operation.
- Maintain HACCP for all products and processes manufactured onsite.
- Lifts containers of in-process, finished, or waste products and transports within the facility as necessary.
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Responsible for destruction of designated Gummy products.
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality and change management.
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Degree preferred in analytical chemistry or similar/related field
- Certification: None
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of one year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing process
- Analytical instrumentation experience preferred
- Analytical experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities is required
- Prior lead experience preferred
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Working knowledge of the Gummy manufacturing process, typically resulting from a minimum of one-year experience in related jobs (e.g., gummy, candy or confectionery manufacturing) is preferred

The Packaging Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf SOP's and all applicable required procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the OH Regulations.
- Works in a quick and efficient manner and strives to consistently increase productivity.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the extraction room while performing all duties.
- Work with Dispensary Operations in planning and preparation of product for patient sales.

Lead IPM Technicians are largely responsible for managing and overseeing a team of 2 to 4 IPM Technicians. The Lead IPM Technicians are responsible for the application of preventative agents to preserve the quality of our product. Experience and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IPM Technician as direct reports.
- Proper use and maintenance of applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection.
- Daily monitoring and scouting for pests and disease.
- Maintaining up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
- Proper mixing of pesticides/preventative agents/caustic cleaning agents.
- Operating and maintaining Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers.
- Applying IPM products to plants.
- Applying beneficial insects to plants.
- Coordinates scheduling of applications with Cultivation Supervisor.
- Follows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects.
- Follows all safety protocols.
- Upholds quality standards; conducts and documents follow-up inspections.

Qualifications:
- Experience with management of direct reports.
- Must be 21 years of age at the time of hire.

- Must be able to wear all associated PPE for the duration of your shift.
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and maintain the standard for a proper fit and seal.

- Replace stained or damaged ceilings, flooring, cove base, wall protection, ceramic tiles, etc.
- Adjust, fix or replace all hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, bathroom partitions, windows, etc
- Change light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts, switches, receptacles, and reset circuit breakers.
- Replace faucet washers and change toilet seats.
- Patch and paint walls.
- Repair roofing, blacktop, cement, masonry and block.
- Remove or relocate snow, de-ice grounds.
Tour buildings and grounds.
- Document all facility deficiencies through daily travels.
- Complete assigned Preventative Maintenance slips.
- Repair or report deficiencies.
Complete daily Work Orders.
- Respond to Emergency Work Orders including clearing clogged toilets, sinks, drains, water leaks, loss of power, unsafe facility conditions, etc.
- Complete urgent and routine work orders including uncrating, moving, assembling, and installing free standing and wall hung equipment, etc.
- Forward work orders that are to be completed by specific trades.
Required Education and Experience
Required Education: High School/GED. Certificate of completion of a vocational school in building maintenance or a certificate from a certified school, in building maintenance.
Required Experience: Three to five years' working experience in building maintenance.
Additional Technical Requirements
- Experience in working within a building maintenance environment including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills.
- Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, schematic drawings.
- Experience in the use of all industrial hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and customer oriented.

Summary: The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technicians may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Associates and perform similar duties, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements

Our Cultivation Technicians, or Cultivators, effectively engage in all aspects of the horticultural production of quality Cannabis flower, such as propagation, fertigation, canopy manipulation, plant health care, trimming, and harvest. In addition, Cultivators are required to be effective and diligent in the cleaning and sanitation of their tools, equipment, and workspace in order to comply with our high quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Grow, harvest and track cannabis flower precisely and efficiently
- Safely and effectively assemble, disassemble, use, operate, clean and maintain equipment, tools, materials, production systems and facilities, and follow hygiene protocols
- Monitor and document plant health and growth, along with physical and biological environmental conditions, such as temperature, water, light, CO2, nutrients, pH, pests and beneficial organisms
- Demonstrate reliability, integrity, courtesy, and a positive attitude
- Effectively communicate issues to the management team to ensure smooth operations within the department and company
- Document, assess, evaluate and enhance your work performance and horticultural professionalism

Summary: The Lead Cultivation Associate position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters

The objective of the Inventory Coordinator is to assist the Fulfillment Supervisor with the fulfillment team and deliver of product for retail sale. The Inventory Coordinator will act as part of the team to achieve sales goals and connect our products with patients across the state of Ohio.

The HPLC Lab Technician carries out day-to-day tasks including: testing, prepping, extracting, and packaging. The HPLC Lab Technician must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the state of Ohio and standards set by the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation of analytical systems
- Operate spectrophotometer and viscosity meter for QC
- Assist in production; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant material and supplies for supercritical CO2 extraction: emptying of extraction vessels.

- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment

Job Qualification Requirements:

- Experience with Agilent equipment using ChemStation

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.

Curaleaf is hiring a QC Associate for our Gummy manufacturing process. The Associate will be responsible to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with site and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The Quality Technician will oversee the entire process for Gummy products and be responsible for compiling and verifying batch records and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
The Quality Control Associate will work cross-functionally to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure products are developed successfully and in accordance with all specifications, SOP's, and GMP's. This includes a complete understanding of the operation and maintenance for all equipment and HMI controls critical to Gummy manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring finished Gummies meet formulation specifications, food safety guidelines, and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility and to confirm established product quality requirements are achieved across all stages of production.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to site and regional leaders and document accordingly.
- Advise operators of problems and follow up to ensure resolution; troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Investigate and participate in correction activities as directed.
- Assist (or responsible?) with calibration, preventative, and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Continuously monitor processes to ensure sampling is appropriate to the product; color, flavor, weight, size, and appearance of the finished product meets specifications.
- Oversee QC for changeovers from one product or batch to another; ensure equipment and product continues to meet all specifications.
- Works with and trains new employees in all facets of Gummy manufacturing operation.
- Ensure work areas are maintained, organized, and in compliance with sanitary requirements.
- Accurately complete documentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; responsible for maintaining traceability in seed-to-sale and information management systems.
- Perform duties related to sampling and testing as required by production and staffing needs.
- Provide guidance on placement of operators and others on the production line.
- Possesses knowledge of the sanitation, safety, and requirements for food processing, handling, and storage in manufacturing of Gummy products.
- Responsible for CIP operation throughout all equipment used in the process to manufacture Gummy products.
- Understand the interface between the Gummy Kitchen operation and the equipment operation.
- Maintain HACCP for all products and processes manufactured onsite.
- Lifts containers of in-process, finished, or waste products and transports within the facility as necessary.
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Responsible for destruction of designated Gummy products.
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality and change management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

Job Description
As the Purchasing Coordinator, or Buyer, you will be accountable for the planning, inventory management, and procurement for a specific site. The role will work both internally and externally to ensure that all elements of the Supply Chain are covered in order to maintain efficient operations and stock levels based on the facility's needs. This position is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, planning and scheduling the movement and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, services, supplies, finished goods and related materials through the production and inventory process. This includes maintaining stock thresholds, placing orders, reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and identifying new opportunities as they arise. You must work with vendors consistently to build strong relationships, resulting in lasting partnerships and favorable deals for the operation. This position will support our operations in Johnstown, OH and will have minimal travel required for training and onboarding into the position.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with third party vendors
- Identify and recommend business opportunities with a multitude of account options
- Negotiate pricing and terms of business inputs
- Planning, forecasting and purchasing in order to manage inventory levels and maximize service to the customer while hitting inventory level and working capital targets
- Manage all Procurement & Inventory Control of all controlled substances as well as non MJ Freeway items
- Manage Purchasing of all inbound excipients and components (both hardware and packaging) needed for continuous production across all product lines
- Maintain exceptional communication with personnel within the receiving warehouse and pick pack departments
- Sourcing third party and wholesale products as required to enhance product portfolio
- Working closely with the finance and operations teams across all OPEX and CAPEX needs
- Assisting in hitting working capital target by achieving target stock levels, inventory turns and service levels
- Continuously improving performance standards and processes in conjunction with the site and departmental goals
- Generate PO's and align invoices with packing slips to ensure accurate and timely payments which includes accurate coding of invoices for the finance team
- Identifying project opportunities within the site or across the business removing organizational barriers to deliver continuous improvement
- Analyze data and forecast requirements with vendors as well as maintain safety stocks
- Work with corporate purchasing team to provide accurate lead times and procurement updates
- Set-up, plan, and coordinate with vendors for accountable service and negotiate with suppliers as required
- Coordinating the receipt and shipping of all goods to maintain service metrics
- Track and trace freight and inbound deliveries
- Ensure returns are managed in a timely manner
- Maintain and create detailed reports
- Responsible for general administrative functions
- Data Entry and Reporting within Supply Chain for the sites
- Proactively taking part in departmental meetings to ensure up to date communication is provided to the team

Compliance:
- Assure that all operations adhere to business and industry license requirements

The Lab (Processing) Technician assists the Lab Manager to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including: testing, prepping, extracting, and packaging. The Lab Technician must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the state of Ohio and standards set by the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation of analytical systems
- Operate spectrophotometer and viscosity meter for QC
- Assist in production; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant material and supplies for super critical CO2 extraction: emptying of extraction vessels.
- Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment; Processing concentrates and extracts
- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment
- Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment such as analytical systems, pumps, microscopes, balances, rotary evaporator, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment
- Creating dilutions, HPLC diagnostics and repair, calibration
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed
- Storing supplies and equipment, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate
- Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware
- Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filing
- Assist in packaging of final products as needed
- Assist in the training of other technicians
- Work with state licensed third party testing lab to ensure QC
- Performs related duties as assigned
Compliance:
- Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state and federal regulations
- Maintain analytical and other laboratory waste with registered waste disposal company while following state regulations

Job Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred/ 1-2 years' experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting required
- QA/QC Experience with HPLC and GC analysis
- Experience with Agilent equipment using ChemStation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statues
- Capacity to work independently and/or with vendors, perform troubleshooting and solve complex problems

The MRP Inventory Planner monitors the supply of materials to meet the production
schedules and minimum stock levels, ensuring operational and production continuity. Able to deliver
efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements and coordinate the flow of
work and materials. Maintains a strong relationships internally and externally including the DOO to
ensure supply of materials and labor meets requirements. Work under general supervision, reviewed by
DOO. Decisions and results have an impact on the function and his/her success.
Responsibilities:
- With guidance from Supply Planning Director, develops production and inventory management
- Identify current and potential shortages, develop, and execute recovery, advise interested
- Release manufacturing orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate
- Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials and packaging
- Coordinate material movement between vendors, dispensaries, warehouse, and production
- Assist in the development, implementation, analysis, and coordination of the master production
- Setup and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations
- Periodically evaluates safety stock levels to ensure customer service levels and net working
- Reports monthly to members of the S&OP process the current stock position and any periods of
- Develop, track, and improve key performance metrics consistent with business objectives
- Assist in providing the site capacity plans on a 4-week and 13-week basis

As a Greenhouse Technician with Curaleaf you are responsible for performing manual labor to assist with the upkeep, stocking and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis. - Will begin to cut trellis the day/night before for any given harvest day. (can land on a weekend)
- Maintain close supervision on all strains that are cut and placing on racks by strain by bay
- Begin clean-up once all strains have been placed on racks in dry room
- All recorded information will then be transferred to Bio-track
- Help in all other areas of the greenhouse as directed, cleaning & organizing of work space required

The Packaging Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf SOP's and all applicable required procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the FL Regulations.

- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the extraction room while performing all duties.
- Work with Dispensary Operations in planning and preparation of product for patient sales.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
- At least one year of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our cultivation/manufacturing facility in South Florida. This position will report to the Director of Project Management of Curaleaf FL and will manage/conduct all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the Director of Project Management to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum five years' facility maintenance management experience.
- Machine shop experience strongly preferred.
- General knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance, particularly MEP, including commercial Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- First Aid/CPR or EMT certification is desirable.
- Experience with asset management software is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Proven ability and experience in developing a strong rapport with industrial/agricultural team members.

As a Greenhouse Technician with Curaleaf you are responsible for performing manual labor to assist with the upkeep, stocking and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis. This includes but is not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning and transplanting under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state-regulated system and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Will begin to cut trellis the day/night before for any given harvest day. (can land on a weekend)
- Maintain close supervision on all strains that are cut and placing on racks by strain by bay
- Begin clean-up once all strains have been placed on racks in dry room
- All recorded information will then be transferred to Bio-track
- Help in all other areas of the greenhouse as directed, cleaning & organizing of work space required
