POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION
Post-Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post-Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Post-Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:
- Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
- Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
- Trim several different cultivars per harvest and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
- Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
- Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
- Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
- Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.
- Work at a station with dedicated tools and space to trim efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
- Work in a controlled environment that requires the use of some PPE, including gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and dust masks.
- Work with the TEAM to clean, organize, and sanitize the post-Harvest and shared areas.
- Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces (including bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, etc.). TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.

The Cannabis Trimmer will assist with the trimming of cannabis plants post-harvest. The job can be described as fast-paced highly repetitive, with a great deal of manual labor while working in various temperatures from 60 to 80 degrees. The ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. The ability to work in an assembly line fashion with high level of attention to detail is a must. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role. QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 and obtain State issued Facility Agent Card.
- Reliable transportation.

POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION
Post Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Post Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:
- Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
- Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
- Trim several different cultivars per harvest, and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
- Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
- Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
- Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
- Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.
- Work at a station with dedicated tools and space to trim efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
- Consistently trim a minimum of 2 pounds of flower on a daily basis while maintaining quality standards.
- Work in a controlled environment that requires the use of some PPE, including gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and dust masks.
- Work with the TEAM to clean, organize, and sanitize the Post Harvest and common areas.
- Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces (including bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, etc.). TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.
- Adhere to our smoke-free campus policy.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes required during the week or weekends.

Job Descricption:
Post-Harvest Technicians will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales, pre-rolls, and packaging. Successful candidates will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities’ cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Duties include the following:
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Adhere to the departmental, site, and corporate safety policies.
- Assemble secondary packaging.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for harvesting, debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for pre-rolls and/or flower sales
- Hand trimming.
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain required standards.
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment.
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless-steel racks and shelving.
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to internal SOP and state regulations
- Strong emphasis on documentation according to state regulations

Position Summary/Objective
The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product. The Post-Harvest Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Post-Harvest Technicians are an integral part of the post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and products, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation and post-harvest team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the accuracy and care in trimming buds and weighing and packing eigths, as well as the handling of finished plants during harvest, and the proper disposal of waste are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all trimmed and packaged product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Post-Harvest Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

Role and Responsibilities
The Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician will be responsible for completing daily operations, planning, organizing, controlling, process optimization and coordinating the activities of post-harvest teams in accordance with corporate SOPs and all occupational safety and health standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, state and local regulations.

Position Summary/Objective
The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product. The Post-Harvest Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Post-Harvest Technicians are an integral part of the post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and products, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation and post-harvest team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the accuracy and care in trimming buds and weighing and packing eigths, as well as the handling of finished plants during harvest, and the proper disposal of waste are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all trimmed and packaged product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Post-Harvest Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

Position Summary/Objective
The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product. The Post-Harvest Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Post-Harvest Technicians are an integral part of the post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and products, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation and post-harvest team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the accuracy and care in trimming buds and weighing and packing eigths, as well as the handling of finished plants during harvest, and the proper disposal of waste are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all trimmed and packaged product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Post-Harvest Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

JOB SUMMARY*
The Post-Harvest Trimmer will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants, with a primary emphasis on trimming the final product.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION
Post Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Post Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:
- Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
- Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
- Trim several different cultivars per harvest, and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
- Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
- Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
- Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
- Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.
- Work at a station with dedicated tools and space to trim efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
- Consistently trim a minimum of 2 pounds of flower on a daily basis while maintaining quality standards.
- Work in a controlled environment that requires the use of some PPE, including gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and dust masks.
- Work with the TEAM to clean, organize, and sanitize the Post Harvest and common areas.
- Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces (including bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, etc.). TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.
