Position Summary/Objective The Post-Harvest Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all functions related to drying/curing, trimming, and packaging and harvesting. This allows an inventory to be constructed which can be utilized by the Supply chain team and the Production Operations Manager.

Position Summary/Objective
The Greenhouse Cultivation Manager (GCM) works alongside the Operations Cultivation Manager (OCM) to ensure efficient and effective management of a ~50,000 square foot greenhouse operation. The GCM is responsible for maintaining environmental targets in all grow zones via programming of the Priva automation system; optimizing irrigation at all growth stages; implementing and executing the IPM program; assisting the Facilities team with maintenance of all mechanical components in the greenhouse; coordinating all aspects of commercial-scale greenhouse growing to drive optimal crop health at all growth stages; and maintaining SOPs and other support documents for these functions. This set of responsibilities is focused on the growing environment and crop health and allows the GCM to be focused on these specific goals. The OCM will work hand-in-hand with the GCM and will be responsible for developing and implementing the production planning; scheduling and directing all labor activities including propagation, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting; training all employees; and maintaining SOPs and other support documents for these functions.
The GCM ensures that the facility produces superior quality crops in the most succinct timeline possible. In order of magnitude, the GCM operates the facility according to the legal requirements of local and state authorities; then to the operating directives set forth by Standard Operating Procedures and the officers of the company; then to the ability to conduct workflow in observation of each departments' strengths and weaknesses. The GCM, in different but specific ways, is responsible for implementing best practices in irrigation, IPM, environmental manipulation, facility maintenance, sanitization, and record retention.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detail oriented and collaborative GCM to provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to the company's Pennsylvania market to maximize Ethos PA's sales, margin, and profit. Responsibilities

Position Summary/Objective
The Greenhouse Cultivation Manager (GCM) works alongside the Operations Cultivation Manager (OCM) to ensure efficient and effective management of a ~50,000 square foot greenhouse operation. The GCM is responsible for maintaining environmental targets in all grow zones via programming of the Priva automation system; optimizing irrigation at all growth stages; implementing and executing the IPM program; assisting the Facilities team with maintenance of all mechanical components in the greenhouse; coordinating all aspects of commercial-scale greenhouse growing to drive optimal crop health at all growth stages; and maintaining SOPs and other support documents for these functions. This set of responsibilities is focused on the growing environment and crop health and allows the GCM to be focused on these specific goals. The OCM will work hand-in-hand with the GCM and will be responsible for developing and implementing the production planning; scheduling and directing all labor activities including propagation, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting; training all employees; and maintaining SOPs and other support documents for these functions.
The GCM ensures that the facility produces superior quality crops in the most succinct timeline possible. In order of magnitude, the GCM operates the facility according to the legal requirements of local and state authorities; then to the operating directives set forth by Standard Operating Procedures and the officers of the company; then to the ability to conduct workflow in observation of each departments' strengths and weaknesses. The GCM, in different but specific ways, is responsible for implementing best practices in irrigation, IPM, environmental manipulation, facility maintenance, sanitization, and record retention.

Position Summary/Objective
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions related to drying/curing, trimming, and packaging. This allows an inventory to be constructed which can be utilized by the Supply chain team and the Production Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Train and manage all post-harvest technicians on post-harvest duties -Monitoring environment of drying areas and containers

-Follow cGMP and Safety standard
- Verify and maintain all checklists, logs, and documentation pertaining to harvested and packaged product
- Schedule and prepare product for 3rd party lab testing

- Ensure product is in compliance at all times.
- Follow process and progression of product to protect against diversion
- Maintain inventory of all consumables and requisition new materials in a timely manner
- Participate in all employee performance evaluations
- Maintain sanitary conditions that meet SOPs in all post-harvest areas at all times
- Inspection of work areas, equipment, and uniforms
- Updating standard operating procedures
- Ensure all green waste is disposed of properly
- Other duties as designated by Production Operations Manager
- Oversee scheduling, timecards and monitor attendance
Post-harvest operations signal near completion of the production cycle. The manager in this department is responsible for making sure there is no delay in making space and containers available for each successive harvest. Atmospheres of the drying areas are normalized daily to achieve the desired moisture content of product as quickly as possible. The manager ensures that each post-harvest employee can handle and package product without contamination, thus also ensuring a low level of waste or loss.
Reports to the Production Operations Manager.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications

Position Summary/Objective
The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product. The Post-Harvest Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Post-Harvest Technicians are an integral part of the post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and products, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation and post-harvest team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the accuracy and care in trimming buds and weighing and packing eigths, as well as the handling of finished plants during harvest, and the proper disposal of waste are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all trimmed and packaged product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Post-Harvest Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

Position Summary / Objective
The Production Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Fairless Hills, PA production facility including all operational aspects of cultivation and processing. This leader will also be focused on achieving operating and financial performance targets. The Production Operations Manager is a detail-oriented, operational leader and ensures the smooth and cost-efficient flow of site production through effective management, and operating budget. Responsibilities
- Manage operational and personnel aspects, across cultivation and processing areas, of the Fairless Hills, PA production facility with support of the Company’s subject matter experts in cultivation, processing departments, which include supply chain management, safety and quality and compliance
- Lead planning and execution of production schedules to achieve business objectives
- Manage employee staffing, including assessment of resources needs. Lead the development of our teammates through training and coaching.
- Proper documentation to maintain compliance and achieve business objectives.
- Assess and measure performance of KPIs. Communicate results and progress regularly. Develop and implement corrective actions.
- Maintenance, functionality and capability of the production facility and its equipment.
- Provide leadership in determining equipment, materials, and resources required to meet production demand and necessary inventory
- Ensure disciplined operation consistent with company policies, established standards, and best practices. Communicate development of new best practices to deploy amongst other production sites in the company.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Position Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing the stock and flow of all inputs and products in the Company’s Grower-Processor location in Pennsylvania. This position will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Director of Production, and cultivation/production teams and will coordinate often with outside suppliers and service providers and ensures the organization and housekeeping of warehouses. Responsibilities
· Maintain all facilities equipment, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and infrastructure throughout site to ensure efficient operation and productivity targets
· Understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
· Manage facility vendors, service agreements, repair schedules to keep operation running with proactive systems maintenance; develop a preventative maintenance schedule and integrate with site functions
· Effectively manage the repair, maintenance, and safety budget while minimizing down time and assuring facilities are maintained to Good Manufacturing Practice
· Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Production to ensure site adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and is legally compliant with all OSHA, state, federal, and local regulations
· Develop and oversee an accident prevention plan to include fire, safety, evacuation, laboratory, and facility SOPs
· Develop and oversee vendor management plan and process
· Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
· Provide logistical support for production functions, including supply procurement and distribution logistics; oversee the order process and inventory management
· Work with leadership to develop community outreach strategies for site location
· Lead facility initiatives and specific projects assigned by the Director of Production
· Report directly to the Director of Production
Qualifications
Education:
· High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
· Combination of education and experience will be considered
Work Experience:
· 5+ years of facility maintenance management experience
· Understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
· General knowledge of equipment and facilities upkeep, with a focus of industrial, MEP, plumbing, and Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
· Experience or considerable exposure to a manufacturing or construction environment

Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including propagation, cultivation, and harvest, as well as the post-harvest activities related to curing, trimming, packaging, and storing finished product. The Cultivation Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Cultivation Technicians are an integral part of the cultivation and post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and crops, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the care with which clones are taken and maintained, plants are up-potted, how trellis is applied, pests are identified and reported, finished plants are harvested, and waste properly disposed of are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Cultivation Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. It is also a phase of the production cycle which requires daily interaction to prevent excessive moisture loss or conversely allowing any molds or bacteria to proliferate. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Cultivation Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including propagation, cultivation, and harvest, as well as the post-harvest activities related to curing, trimming, packaging, and storing finished product. The Cultivation Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Cultivation Technicians are an integral part of the cultivation and post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and crops, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the care with which clones are taken and maintained, plants are up-potted, how trellis is applied, pests are identified and reported, finished plants are harvested, and waste properly disposed of are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Cultivation Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. It is also a phase of the production cycle which requires daily interaction to prevent excessive moisture loss or conversely allowing any molds or bacteria to proliferate. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Cultivation Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detail-oriented and collaborative Cultivation Technician to support the company’s cultivation and post-harvest activities. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated subject matter experience. Previous cannabis production experience is not required. This position will be located at our Fairless Hills, PA production facility and will report to the Processing Manager.
Responsibilities
· Provide analysis of botanicals and botanical extracts
· Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Prepare samples through various wet chemistry methods, including
§ Preparation of microbiological media
§ Aseptic sample preparation including bacteria, yeast, and mold culturing and total plate counts of microbial growth
· Maintain strict inventory records of all submitted samples and consumables inventory
· Maintain laboratory notebook with thorough record keeping and data collection
· Ensure consistency and efficiency of product through quality control testing and procedures

Position Summary/Objective
The Processing Manager is a hands-on role overseeing all areas of cannabis product production, from extraction to finished goods, to ensure that products are manufactured and packaged on schedule, within quality standards, meeting cost objectives and shipping on-time to the customer. This leader will also be focused on achieving certain operating and financial performance targets. The Processing Manager is a detail-oriented, operational leader and ensures the smooth and cost-efficient flow of company production through effective management, configuration, analysis and reporting. This role will support implementation of process changes, system enhancements, proactively analyze business needs, and execute short, mid, and long-term plans to meet business objectives. This position will also have responsibility for leading and executing certain initiatives and workflows for the Company’s Fairless Hills, PA facility.

As the Application Support Specialist, you will provide SharePoint 2013 site administration, support for the agency's SaaS and COTS Solutions, and work with vendors to assist in the resolution of complex systems problems.
Your primary duties will include:
- Responsible for assisting in the administration and maintenance of SharePoint site and sub-sites.
- Manages the permissions, groups and access to SharePoint sites.
- Provide Tier 2 support for users of agency SharePoint sites.
- Serves as point of contact for division SharePoint users.
- Provide guidance to business units on structure of their sites.
- Responsible for account creation and maintenance for Marijuana Seed-to-Sale Traceability, Dynamics GP, DocuSign, Box, and Airlift services
- Assist with administration, maintenance, and support of SaaS and COTS solutions Laserfiche and Drupal.
- Record, track, and document problem-solving processes, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leads.
- Create knowledge base articles to assist in problem resolution.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, and/or e-mails regarding service connectivity and performance problems.
- Create or modify features in existing solution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Working level knowledge in the following areas:
- Creating and maintaining SharePoint document libraries, lists and collections.
- SaaS and COTS (non Microsoft) enterprise-wide multi-tier applications.
- Active Directory with specific focus on user and group permissions.
- Information technology system maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, of computer systems applications or databases.
And awareness of:
- Business intelligence application administrator managing the data sources and environments.
Preferred/Desired:
- Applied experience in the design of user interfaces and the design, creation and organization of SharePoint site collections that support the individual business units of the agency.
- Advanced technical knowledge configuring and maintaining SaaS and COTS solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. Professional and courteous in all interactions, great interpersonal skills.

Position Summary/Objective
The Director of Production is responsible for leading the Company’s Pennsylvania production facility including all operational aspects and employees in collaboration with the Company’s subject matter experts in cultivation, processing and product manufacturing, supply chain management, safety, and quality and compliance. This leader will also be focused on achieving certain operating and financial performance targets. The Director of Production is a detail-oriented, operational leader and ensures the smooth and cost-efficient flow of company production through effective management, configuration, analysis and reporting. This role will support implementation of process changes, system enhancements, proactively analyzing business needs, executing short, mid, and long-term plans to meet business objectives, and building key internal and/or external customer relationships. This position will also have responsibility for leading and executing certain initiatives and workflows for the Company’s Pennsylvania and Massachusetts production facilities working closely with the President and operational leader of both the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts market.
The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience. Previous cannabis production experience is not required. This position will be located at our Fairless Hills, PA location of our production facility, will report to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, and is expected to eventually report to a Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with plant and Company leadership to achieve scheduled production and monitor for adherence to plan
· Manage operational and personnel aspects, across cultivation and processing areas, of the Fairless Hills, PA production facility with support of the Company’s subject matter experts in cultivation, processing departments, which include supply chain management, safety and quality and compliance
· Plan and schedule production schedules
· Manage employee staffing
· Implement training requirements
· Reviewing all checklists, logs, and documentation for each product line
· Assess and measure performance of critical factors and various to KPIs

Qualifications
Required Experience, Education and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
· Combination of experience and education will be considered
· Experience in cannabis industry not required, GMP and Food/Safety experience preferred
· Ideally 8-10 years of experience in production or operations management, of teams of more than 20 people
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices a plus
· Well-versed in production procedures and means to optimize; continuous improvement mentality a plus

Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including propagation, cultivation, and harvest, as well as the post-harvest activities related to curing, trimming, packaging, and storing finished product. The Cultivation Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.
Cultivation Technicians are an integral part of the cultivation and post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and crops, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. No detail is too small, and a strong understanding of all the components needed to carry out each task is necessary for success. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace. Specifically, the care with which clones are taken and maintained, plants are up-potted, how trellis is applied, pests are identified and reported, finished plants are harvested, and waste properly disposed of are at the forefront of the technician’s priorities.
Cultivation Technicians have the distinction of participating heavily in quality control over all product the facility furnishes for stores and vendors. It is also a phase of the production cycle which requires daily interaction to prevent excessive moisture loss or conversely allowing any molds or bacteria to proliferate. There are many levels of quality control that multiple departments participate in, but the short time spent with the post-harvest team is crucial, considering its frequent handling and contact with multiple containers and surfaces. The Cultivation Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness s/he exhibits in this position; primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling.

Position Summary/Objective
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals (developed in accordance with the Ethos Business Plan and registered qualifying patient needs) are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department of Health-approved laboratory. The Cultivation Manager is a detail-oriented, operational leader with strong business management experience.
All cultivation personnel answer to the Cultivation Manager. The Cultivation Manager ensures that the facility(s) produces superior quality commodities in the most succinct timeline possible. In order of magnitude, the Cultivation Manager operates the facility according to the legal requirements of local and state authorities; then to the operating directives set forth by Standard Operating Procedures and the officers of the company; then to the ability to conduct workflow in observation of each departments’ strengths and weaknesses.
The Cultivation Manager, in different but specific ways, is responsible for implementing best practices in propagation, vegetation, flowering, irrigation, IPM, post-harvest, quality control, inventory, testing, transport, facility maintenance, sanitization, record retention, and plant waste disposal.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detail-oriented and collaborative Cultivation Manager to provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to the company’s Pennsylvania market to maximize Ethos PA’s sales, margin, and profit.
