As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients. Nature’s Medicine Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires significant attention to detail, as there are multiple different batch numbers per product that have to be sorted through and counted.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- AM shift- responsible for daily stock count, and research following the count.
- PM shift-responsible for pre-counting product at end of shift.
- Makes sure the retail floor is stocked and looks great at all times.
- Does spot checks on categories of product in the vault, making sure that systematic quantities are matching the physical quantities we have.
- Maintains full knowledge of systematic processes, like bin movements, adjustments in and out, product research, etc.

Job Description:

The Cannabis Technician will assist in from the harvest of the plant to sale. The job can be described as fast-paced highly repetitive, with a great deal of manual labor while working in various temperatures from 60 to 80 degrees. The ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. They should have the ability to manage high stress, high urgency situations and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.

The Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for the harvest of the plants, which will include de-leafing, cutting down of the plants, hanging the plants and spraying the plants, and transferring the harvested plants to the drying room. The job can be described as fast-paced, highly repetitive, with a great deal of manual labor while working in various temperatures from 60 to 80 degrees. Nature’s Medicine Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients. This role requires significant attention to detail, as there are multiple different batch numbers per product that have to be sorted through and counted.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Role:
The Lead Inventory Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day inventory management for the retail facility, ensuring proper inventory levels are always maintained. The Lead Inventory Clerk position is responsible for the direct oversight of all inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients. The Lead Inventory Clerk will be responsible for hiring, training and maintaining the inventory staff.

Role:
The Lab Attendant will be responsible for the daily care of the lab, which will include cleaning the floor and work area. Lab Attendants will also be responsible for cleaning all machines and utensils used on a daily basis and sterilize utensils according to Food Safety regulations. Lab Attendants will be responsible for preparing for the following days production and preparing the tubes for extraction. Lab Attendants must be aware of the Lab SOPs and be aware of the hazards in their environment. Lab Attendants must meet and strive to exceed goals set by management. Lab Attendants must cheerfully execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment. Lab Attendants will strive to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Lab Attendants must be aware of and execute food safety standards as they pertain to the zones in the greenhouses.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Tube packing
- Alcohol extraction techniques
- Butane extraction techniques
- Oven tending
- Waste disposal, properly and according to AZDHS standards
- Gas testing
- Cleaning of machines
- Machine maintenance, checking, cleaning
- Environment cleaning and maintaining a clutter-free area of work
- Food Safety precautions and standards
- Lift twenty-five pounds overhead. Lift fifty pounds waist-high and walk twenty feet
- Maintaining chain-of-custody for product as it is converted to concentrate
- Maintain OSHA and Safety compliance
- Working knowledge of SOPs as they pertain to the lab
- Share ideas with manager and team, speak to individuals and groups

The Store Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations for the store, which include effective performance management in coordination with the People & Culture team, execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and the patient order fulfillment processes. The Dispensary Manager oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control in compliance with all regulatory requirements for the state in which the dispensary is located.
Along with the leadership qualities that the role entails, you will also be assisting patients by answering their questions, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. The Store Manager is responsible for ringing up patients, correctly inputting coupons and ensuring the patient has the best experience possible to build positive patient relationships to assist with the retail team when needed.
