- Load and unload vehicles for product transportation
- Review and ensure accuracy of orders and on-time delivery
- Transport and execute wholesale deliveries and deliveries to other Solar locations
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork/manifests with correct information, package quantities, dates, and times
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Ensure safe transport by following all rules of the road
- Follow safety and security procedures for material transfers
- Operate between Order Fulfillment and Logistics teams
- Work closely with Fulfillment Supervisor and Wholesale Manager on establishing and revising, as needed, compliant transportation procedures
- Work with Packaging team during downtime

Qualifications
- Experience in high volume packaging and/or logistics preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facility

- Ability to read and write in English

The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is the agency responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in Oregon by administering the state’s Liquor Control Act and regulating the sale of recreational marijuana in Oregon through the Control, Regulation, and Taxation of Marijuana and Industrial Hemp Act.
The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Recreational Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. What will you do?
You will act as the primary support resource for OLCC’s geographic information system (GIS) as well as a resource for data extraction, analysis, and visualization. This resource will work with various stakeholders both within and outside the agency in supporting staff with location data, development and maintenance of geodatabases; the development of maps, web-based applications, extraction and analysis of data; and other data needs.

Construction
- Creating, planning, managing, and administering GIS activities, application design, and geodatabase development.
- Analyzing, updating, performing quality control, and developing methods and procedures to ensure existing GIS data and datasets are accurate.
- Utilize various ArcGIS extensions and tools to provide necessary analysis as requested.

The Role
LeafLink's Onboarding team seeks an Onboarding Specialist to lead customers through onboarding to LeafLink's logistics services. In this role, you will own project management and related success criteria. You will direct customers through technical and operational enablement with a special focus on customer workflows. You will serve as the main Logistics point of contact for implementations through the first crucial few months to get the client into a steady state of operational efficiencies.

The
Pesticide Management Division within the Department of Agriculture protects the public interest, health, and welfare of the people of the state of Washington by providing cost efficient and effective services for the regulation of pesticides, dairy nutrient management and fertilizers. Within the Pesticide Management Division, the Registration Services Program oversees the registration of fertilizers and pesticides.
The Registration Specialist (Agricultural Chemical Specialis
t) position serves as a pesticide and fertilizer registration specialist and the registration subject matter expert on products labelled for use on Cannabis/Hemp. This position performs technical review, approves, or denies applications for pesticides in accordance with FIFRA and State Pesticide Laws and Rules. The position also reviews, approves, or denies fertilizer products based on State Fertilizer Laws and Rules. This position will directly report to the Registration Services Supervisor.
Note: This position is approved for telework and may be located at a home office or at a WSDA regional office.

- Follows established criteria; performs technical reviews of pesticide product labels to determine eligibility for inclusion on the lists of pesticides allowed for use in the production of cannabis and hemp.
- Maintains the list of pesticides allowed for use in the production of cannabis and hemp.
- Ensures that current labels meet criteria and are currently registered.
- Works with Liquor and Cannabis Board and Department of Health to create a quarterly bulletin and updated list of products allowed in the production of cannabis.
- Publishes list to agency website and submits list and bulletin to Listserv coordinator.
- Works with WSDA Hemp Program to create a quarterly list of products allowed in the production of hemp.
- Works with WSU PICOL to ensure the search criteria in PICOL matches the current quarterly lists.
- Responds to stakeholder inquires on pesticide registration questions related to cannabis and hemp.
- Works with the Toxicologist on potential issues that may arise when reviewing pesticide labels used on Cannabis/Hemp.
- Creates and provides presentations on pesticide labeling topics on cannabis/hemp to grower stakeholder and other agencies.
- Acts as program liaison with Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and Washington State Department of Health on Cannabis/hemp related issues.
- Provides assistance to stakeholders and outside states related to Cannabis/Hemp.
Qualifications
Who should apply?
Professionals with:
Associate degree including at least 25 semester or 40 quarter hours in a natural or physical science, AND four (4) years of professional experience in a natural resource, environmental or health regulator agency, in the pest management field or fertilizer industry.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree including 25 semester or 40 quarter hours in a natural or physical science; AND two (2) years of professional experience in a natural resource, environmental or health regulatory agency, in the pest management field, or in the feed or fertilizer industry.

The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) is seeking a Program Support Specialist to assist with: Industrial Hemp and Cannabinoid Product registration, including label review, verification of quality assurance testing and compliance.
- Pursuant to Utah Code §§ 4-41a-107 and 26-61a-111, this job includes duties that may arise from or directly relate to the Utah Medical Cannabis Act. Duties may require conduct which is in violation of the criminal laws of the United States with respect to the manufacture, sale, or distribution of cannabis. As a condition of employment, candidates who are selected to fill this position will be required to sign an Acceptance of Duties Under the Medical Cannabis Act Acknowledgment Form.

Do you have what it takes? **
We’re ideally looking for a teammate with some relevant work experience in warehouse, distribution, and/or manufacturing operations. It would be super if you had experience operating forklifts, and even better if you are scared of heavy loads! Position
We are seeking individual to be our Logistics Specialist. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have prior experience in high volume packaging, and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently with their hands in a fun, fast paced, strictly regulated environment. The Logistics Specialist will report directly to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor.
Minimum of 21 years of age.- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
- This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload vehicles for product transportation
- Review and ensure accuracy of orders and on-time delivery
- Transport and execute wholesale deliveries and deliveries to other Solar locations
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork/manifests with correct information, package quantities, dates, and times
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Ensure safe transport by following all rules of the road
- Follow safety and security procedures for material transfers
- Work closely with Fulfillment Supervisor and Wholesale Manager on establishing and revising, as needed, compliant transportation procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in high volume packaging and/or logistics preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facility
- Must possess a high attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English

Position Overview
Under general supervision, performs complex technical functions within the Medical Cannabis Program; including the interpretation of medical cannabis program guidelines for program eligibility and policies; communicates those to certifying physicians, qualifying patients, and designated caregivers.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs review of Medical Cannabis applications and renewals received for required information under the guidelines of the Medical Cannabis Program.
- Provides data management in support of the statewide Medical Cannabis Registry by entering patient information into the Medical Cannabis Registry database to further process applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the entered information from application submissions.
- Responds to daily inquiries regarding program policies from certifying physicians, patients and designated caregivers.
- Distributes educational information, which contains explanations of program policies and rules, to interested parties.
- Maintains registry information for all qualifying patients and caregivers.
- Maintains both the document files and the electronic registry file for each qualifying patient applicant to the Medical Cannabis Registry Program.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years college with courses in health education, physical and biological sciences.

Job Summary:

Duties:
· Completion of BOL with proper information such as weight, freight class, NMFC codes, using ERP system.
· Scheduling carriers
· Working with Third Party Logistics Companies for customer routed freight
· Providing domestic and international freight quotes
· Gathering shipment information from the shop floor for quotes or shipments
· Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements
· Ensuring the integrity of import/export documentation such as Bill of Ladings, Commercial Invoices, NAFTA.
· Review and approve freight invoices (inbound and outbound)
· Schedule inbound freight for purchased items
· File and manage Freight Claim process
· Enter and execute the RMA process

· Back up in Sales Department on occasion
· Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· Education – High School diploma

The Role
The primary focus of the Compliance Specialist is to ensure that LeafLink and our Logistics service partners are in compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review state track & trace requirements with each of our operating partners to ensure current policies and procedures are within compliance for product transportation and/or warehouse storage.
- Regularly review changes to each state's track & trace program and communicate updates to our operating partners. Subscribe or join each state's regulatory/compliance to receive change updates.
- Assist our partners with updating their policies and procedures as needed based on changes to their state's track & trace regulations.
- Develop an onboarding plan for new Logistics partners to review state track & trace requirements in their market and assist new partners in developing compliant policies and procedures.
- Develop a nationwide matrix of regulatory requirements that shows an overall summary of requirements by state.
- Define operational KPIs and partner scorecards to measure the efficacy and efficiency of our partner compliance practices.
- Work with individual customers as needed to develop and implement picking and packing processes that are compliant with state track & trace regulations for product transportation and warehousing.
- Partner with our internal Product and Data teams to ensure future builds and integrations maintain compliance with state track and trace requirements.
- 2-5 years of experience working with a regulated product in a warehouse or transportation environment. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.

Detailed Job Description
- Report to and work directly with Chief Operating Officer:
- Organize and log incoming inventory shipments in Metrc and inventory tracking software
- Delivering products to retail dispensaries across Massachusetts
- Track inventory and consumables usage for re-orders and assist in procurement of inventory items (cannabis oil, vape hardware, terpenes, packaging, etc.)
- Filling production orders, including managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance, among other tasks
- Assisting management in identifying future hiring needs
- Monitoring quality assurance and quality control and upholding strict sanitation standards
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance and direct equipment repairs as needed
- Continuously vetting quality of vendors
- Assist with analysis of inventory and logistics metrics to help management scale production efficiently
- Coordinate with Independent Testing Labs and conduct transfer and/or transportation of testing samples as needed.
- Assist with on-site waste disposal
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Metrc at a licensed Massachusetts cannabis facility
- Must be at least 21+ years old
- Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Relocation to the Greater Northampton, Massachusetts area, and ability to work on-site
- Must be able to pass Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) background check
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all times
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Prior experience in professional driving preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

GIS Specialist Duties Are:
- Update Master Title Plats, Use Plats, Supplemental Plats, Supplemental Notes Sheets, etc., in AutoCAD.
- Update the Historical Indices in Excel and at times may be required to create/convert the Historical Index in MS Word to Excel.
