True Terpenes is growing and we are adding to our Production Team! As a Production Technician, your role includes formulation (mixing), dispensing, and packing. The position follows standard work methods, practices, and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. All duties are performed as per established processes and procedures and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What You Should Already Know and Do
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of production manufacturing experience in a GMP environment
- Bachelor's degree is a plus!
- Experience in botanical extraction is definitely a plus!

What You Should Already Know and Do
Success in this role requires a positive attitude and eagerness to engage through in-person and digital channels and work as a collaborative member of a creative and driven group.
- 1-2 years of B2B cold calling, lead generation and qualification
- 1 year working directly in, or ancillary to, the legal cannabis industry preferred
- Highly ethical and professional conduct at all times with both clients and colleagues--we are in a regulated industry where our business is built on high trust.
- Curious and able to discover client needs by asking the right questions
- Well-organized to manage multiple projects and relationships
- Technically competent with Google or MS Office, Customer Relations (Salesforce) and Project Management systems (Asana)
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

You must work as a cooperative part of the Product Development and research team and be able to focus and prioritize many simultaneous projects in a faced paced, results driven environment adhering to all safety, scientific record keeping and laboratory compliance results including GMP, ISO and FSSC guidance.
