*Training will be conducted on 1st shift before moving to 3rd.

Job Summary:
The Controller, the trusted financial advisor to the business, will be responsible for leading the site accounting personnel, managing the site month end close process, presenting site financial statements with variance analysis, compiling annual department budgets, submitting monthly forecasts, maintaining ERP item master data including the manufacturing standard costs, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
Duties:
· Supervises Payroll/Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable personnel
· Compile, organize and consolidate annual site budget and monthly forecasts
· Perform the monthly close process and prepare required financial reports and variance analysis
· Reconcile bank statement and other general ledger accounts as part of the monthly close process
· Maintain ERP item master and standard cost data; analyze actual vs standard variances
· Active participant in the site leadership; provide department/product cost support and variance analysis
· Provide financial recommendations on business opportunities and risks; supported by financial data analysis
· Support all internal and external audits; ensure site compliance to US GAAP and company policies
Skills/Qualifications:
· Education Required/Preferred: Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
· Experience: 7-10 years with strong background in cost accounting. Managerial experience preferred.
· Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
o High skill level in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
o Thorough working knowledge of US GAAP, general and cost accounting principles.
o Excellent skills using Microsoft Office applications

Job Summary:
Executes the day-to-day shipment routing/scheduling for the Jahabow facility/warehouses as well as reporting for
same.
Duties:
· Completion of BOL with proper information such as weight, freight class, NMFC codes, using ERP system.
· Scheduling carriers
· Working with Third Party Logistics Companies for customer routed freight
· Providing domestic and international freight quotes
· Gathering shipment information from the shop floor for quotes or shipments
· Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements
· Ensuring the integrity of import/export documentation such as Bill of Ladings, Commercial Invoices, NAFTA.
· Review and approve freight invoices (inbound and outbound)
· Schedule inbound freight for purchased items
· File and manage Freight Claim process
· Enter and execute the RMA process
· Manage freight through customer specific portals
· Provide end of day reporting
· Answer incoming calls
· Back up in Sales Department on occasion
· Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· Education – High School diploma
· Experience – 1-2 years in Logistics
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is required
· Infor Syteline ERP System experience is a plus

Job Summary:
Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who set up and operate machines for cutting wood, building wood units. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
Duties:
- Responsible for scheduling the employees in the Wood Shop Department.
- Ensures machine function and output is according to specifications.

- Receive and inspect inhouse and vender purchased parts using various measurement tools.
- Preform first article parts inspections and documentations.
- Implement C.A.R. ‘s (Corrective Action Reports) into Jahabow's system.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and vendors to facilitate Q/C issues.
Skills:
- Able to use calipers and measurement tools
- Able to read technical drawings and prints.
