JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs seeks to add a Retail Inventory Manager to our growing Retail team. Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of cannabis industry software systems.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records
- Assist in managing State inventory system BioTrack
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate
- Adding all new products received into BioTrack
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Work with our local Compliance Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled on a timely basis
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
- Assist people in management/training, and investigate discrepancies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong abilities within Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong work ethic and able to function independently
- Experience with BioTrack THC software a plus

The function of the Inventory Manager is to support the Inventory Manager in overseeing all inventory department operations and personnel. The Inventory Manager will aid in assuring inventory product is received, handled, stored, protected, prepared, tracked and reported upon in accordance with all state regulations and all Berkshire Root’s in-house policies.
The Inventory Manager is responsible for aiding the Factory Inventory Manager in efforts to maintain and evolve efficient inventory procedures, and for additionally making certain that all inventory personnel are fully trained, supported and capable of performing their required job functions in adherence with such procedures. The Inventory Manager will assist with staff oversight, training/education and scheduling and seek to foster a safe, organized and enjoyable work atmosphere for their team. They will aid in assuring that all inventory related information and pertinent updates are relayed to the rest of the BR team.
The Inventory Manager will also assist with the monitoring of sales and market research to help identify product/sales trends and aid in wholesale purchase planning under the Retail Director’s direction. The Manager will also help in efforts to reduce and prevent product loss, creating processes and protocols to help with loss prevention or daily transaction discrepancies.
The Inventory Manager will assist in maintaining all processes pertaining to product knowledge and descriptions as it pertains to menu development, updates, and training to ensure all information is made available to each department as is needed.
This is a full-time position with opportunity to move up within a growing company and industry. For the full-time position open availability is required, we strive for a predictable schedule when possible, consisting of either five 8-9 hour shifts or four 10-11 hour shifts.
At the moment we foresee a need for our closing shifts which would have you leaving at 9:30PM - 10:00PM with a reasonably flexible start time, weekend availability is required.
Management Requirements:

Specific Operational Responsibilities include:
· Aid in the oversight and execution of all daily inventory operations, helping the team achieve all goals in a compliant and timely fashion.
· Aid with scheduling and other staff-management tasks (training, reviews, etc.)
· Complete daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts with corresponding “Findings” reports outlining count discrepancies and reconciliation needs.
· Assist with maintaining, completing and periodically checking inventory changes and updates in both Metrc and Leaf Logix platforms to assure all product movements, internal/external transfers, adjustments/reconciliations, etcetera, are correctly documented.
· Assist with the review of internal sales trends and market research to aid in product purchase planning and creation of inventory requests.
· Assist with scheduling and coordination of all wholesale deliveries.
· Intake all wholesale delivery products physically and electronically in accordance with regulations and internal operating procedures.
· Track product to be wasted and coordinate with Pittsfield BR team for waste/quarantine product transfer.
· Prepare all product for sale, including verification of labels and packaging in accordance with policies and regulations.
· Monitor and fill product stock in both fill station and mission control as needed for sales.
Maintaining a strong attention to the cadence needed to restock efficiently and in anticipation of the needs daily, weekly, etc.
· Ensure that all inventory areas are clean, organized, and safe.
· Update all BR staff regarding new product, product recalls, audit findings (if pertinent) and other necessary inventory information regarding product as instructed.
· In conjunction with retail management efforts update and maintain all store menus and product information
· Help to educate, train and grow team and together find ways to evolve/streamline processes.
· Stay Current with all METRC, POS and software updates as released, ensuring all notices and updates are read thoroughly, vetted properly, and that all new operational steps or requirements are adhered to. Ensure all Inventory personnel and retail management team(s) are kept informed on all inventory changes
· Maintain highest standard of professionalism and personal hygiene
Leadership Requirements:
· Continually monitor industry for trends, latest research, new developments, product changes, inventory-related regulation changes, hardware and software options etc.;
· Continuously look to help to further grow and educate team as a group and as individual professionals;
· Identify areas for improvement and strategies to address needed changes;
· Maintain continuous state of alertness to fully ensure highest level of safety and security for team members and inventory products.
· Work well with all teammates (Pittsfield and East Boston) as needed to contribute to the health and well-being of the Berkshire Roots Family

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. The Inventory Manager will work directly with the General Manager to keep the retail location fully stocked and in compliance at all times. Develop comprehensive inventory tracking systems to meet inventory goals, manage tracking systems to ensure ideal levels of inventory in the dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Executes and manages strategies, processes, procedures, and standards for all inventory management related systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Manages all METRC related tasks and compliance; METRC tags, documents, product entry, and incoming/outgoing shipments with our transport team.
- Maintains accurate and up to date inventory counts and reconciliation using METRC.
- Prepares METRC reports when needed.
- Executes and manages ongoing physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count against METRC reports.
- Investigates any and all inventory discrepancies and develops processes, procedures, and policies to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Identifies theft or diversion of products and reports incidents directly to the Dispensary General Manager.
- Records and monitors all items with shelf life and notifies vendors when products have expired.
- Responsible for the destruction of all expired products.
- Manages vendor relations and works side by side with the purchasing team to ensure fully stocked shelves
- Assesses inventory overages and shortages and strategizes sales and incentives with the management team to recoup assets or adjust ordering procedures.
- Receives, opens, counts, and unpacks products and merchandise, while checking invoices and manifests against physical items received.
- Examines all incoming product shipments and required documents to ensure quality and compliance with the state.
- Enter laboratory test results, product information and other required information into the Point of Sale system in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
- Executes and maintains a clean and orderly inventory storage and distribution system.
- Communicates new product offering specifics with the management team and dispensary staff.
- Manages, coaches, guides and develops inventory teams to achieve higher standards of execution with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
- Develops systems that support job functions, policies, and procedures.
- Completes other assignments, tasks, and duties as assigned by management.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Fyre Ants. This position will lead all inventory functions and be responsible for providing strategic input and hands-on management.

- Assess and support inventory strategies.
- Manages cycle count programs through Inventory Specialists to maintain inventory balance in all Mellow Fellow departments.

- Analyzes and monitors inventory adjustments and chain of custody of cannabis within our location.

Position Summary:
The Retail Inventory Supervisor reports to the Provisioning Center Manager and is responsible for managing the Provisioning Center’s inventory including staff supervision, customer service, and vendor relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Operations:
- Act as a Key Carrier and opens and closes the store as needed.
- Assist the General Manager in sourcing, selection of products to be offered, and procurement activities.
- Work with General Manager and Inventory Control team to receive products from vendors and complete inventory processes in compliance with local and state regulations. This includes verifying the accuracy of deliveries, inspecting packages, and submitting manifests to the inventory tracking system, etc.

Position Summary
Our Inventory Manager is responsible for day to day tracking of all items in METRC to ensure we are at all par levels for operations. The Inventory Manager will work directly with the General Manager to keep the retail location fully stocked and in compliance at all times. Develop comprehensive inventory tracking systems to meet inventory goals, manage tracking systems to ensure ideal levels of inventory in the dispensary.
Responsibilities:
- Executes and manages strategies, processes, procedures, and standards for all inventory management related systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Manages all METRC related tasks and compliance; METRC tags, documents, product entry, and incoming/outgoing shipments with our transport team.
- Maintains accurate and up to date inventory counts and reconciliation using METRC.
- Prepares METRC reports when needed.
- Executes and manages ongoing physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count against METRC reports.

- Records and monitors all items with shelf life and notifies vendors when products have expired.

- Assesses inventory overages and shortages and strategize sales and incentives with the management team to recoup assets or adjust ordering procedures.
- Receives, opens, counts, and unpacks products and merchandise, while checking invoices and manifests against physical items received.
- Examines all incoming product shipments and required documents to ensure quality and compliance with the state.
- Enter laboratory test results, product information and other required information into the Point of Sale system in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
- Executes and maintains a clean and orderly inventory storage and distribution system.
- Communicates new product offering specifics with the management team and dispensary staff.
- Manages, coaches, guides and develops inventory team to achieve higher standards of execution with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

- Conduct weekly inventory counts and research all count discrepancies prior to submitting reconciliations in Metrc.
- Identify potential inventory issues and create a plan to resolve with the GM.
- Maintain organization of store’s backroom inventory.
- Lead all category store weekly cycle counts with a plan on how to execute each one with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive, track and process store deliveries
- Work directly with Buyer on weekly product deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of all counts and inventory
- Prevent asset loss through proper zoning and placement of product with merchandising team.

Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have one or more of the following:

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs seeks to add a Retail Inventory Manager to our growing retail team. Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of cannabis industry software systems.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records
- Assist in managing State inventory system BioTrack
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate
- Adding all new products received into BioTrack
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Work with our local Compliance Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled on a timely basis
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong abilities within Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong work ethic and able to function independently
- Experience with BioTrack THC software a plus
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years' old or older to work at the store
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
