Tradesman Maintenance - Electrician

Position Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry. It is their responsibility to implement any necessary policies and procedures to stay up to date on changing guidelines given by the CRA. They are responsible for overseeing compliance at the production facility, as well as at all retail locations.
Roles Responsibilities
· Create and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance among all retail locations, and the production facility.
· Ensure the company is following all CRA, BFS, and MDARD compliance regulations.
· Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments.
· Stay up to date on all CRA updates on rules and regulations.
· Support and be present for all state and CRA inspections.
· Understanding of CRA guidelines regarding camera outages. Monitor cameras and report outages to CRA in a timely manner.
· Maintain relationships with local regulatory contacts, including but not limited to fire services and CRA inspectors for each location.
· Coordinate with farm and retail management on deliverables and tasks associated with compliance matters.
· Responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures associated with compliance.
· Oversees METRC to Cova integration for retail to ensure proper data capture processes and accuracy.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of product labeling.
· Trains inventory managers on METRC and when any new changes are rolled out.

The Packaging Lead will manage all packaging, labeling, and visual inspection activities so that Pincanna meets high quality objectives and department goals. Ensure workflow optimization and implement processes for packaging, labeling, and inspection of all products. Packaging Lead reports to Director of Processing.

- Responsible for maintaining packaging quality in accordance with company process and quality standards.
- Assist with organization of finished goods within the processor vault.
- Collect data from Metrc and finished product COA’s to create compliancy labels for finished goods.
- Coordinate daily departmental activities.
- Empower and lead the team to complete the day-to-day activities efficiently meeting company KPI’s.
- Must manage shifting priorities in an active production packaging setting.
- Create an environment that encourages the packaging employees to raise efficiency ideas and the implement appropriately.
- Monitor inbound production inventory to control workflow of product to the packaging department.
- Drive employee enablement and ensure proper training is provided to guarantee certified, competent staff to accomplish the required task.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Organizing and securing of all finished goods, packaging tags and labels.
- Maintain high standards for safety, security, and quality practices in the work environment.
- Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and best industry practice.

Position Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry. It is their responsibility to implement any necessary policies and procedures to stay up to date on changing guidelines given by the CRA. They are responsible for overseeing compliance at the production facility, as well as at all retail locations.
Roles Responsibilities
· Create and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance among all retail locations, and the production facility.
· Ensure the company is following all CRA, BFS, and MDARD compliance regulations.
· Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments.
· Stay up to date on all CRA updates on rules and regulations.
· Support and be present for all state and CRA inspections.
· Understanding of CRA guidelines regarding camera outages. Monitor cameras and report outages to CRA in a timely manner.
· Maintain relationships with local regulatory contacts, including but not limited to fire services and CRA inspectors for each location.
· Coordinate with farm and retail management on deliverables and tasks associated with compliance matters.
· Responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures associated with compliance.
· Oversees METRC to Cova integration for retail to ensure proper data capture processes and accuracy.
· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of product labeling.
· Trains inventory managers on METRC and when any new changes are rolled out.

Qualifications:
· BSc/BA in Business, Law, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
· Cannabis industry experience
· Comfortable with technology including proficiency with MS programs, emails, cloud-based storage, Cova POS, METRC.

Key Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years experience within a maintenance leadership role.

- Able to operate MIG weld and read blueprints/drawings. Including isometric.
- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
- Detail oriented/Team oriented.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

The Lab Extraction Technician is responsible for conducting the extraction process in a safe and accurate manner. Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant will help maintain the interior and exterior of the facility and all equipment required for production. This will be achieved through ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. This position will perform maintenance on the greenhouse cultivation facility, requiring someone who understands the big picture of the building needs as it pertains to the operational efficiency, and process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily contributions:
- Inspect existing equipment and recommend the appropriate corrective action required. HVAC, irrigation, lighting, CO2, and other equipment necessary for operations.
- Respond quickly to all maintenance requests

Position Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company is following all rules and regulations within the cannabis industry. It is their responsibility to implement any necessary policies and procedures to stay up to date on changing guidelines given by the CRA. They are responsible for overseeing compliance at the production facility, as well as at all retail locations.
Roles Responsibilities
· Create and implement policies and procedures that will ensure compliance among all retail locations, and the production facility.
· Ensure the company is following all CRA, BFS, and MDARD compliance regulations.

· Trains inventory managers on METRC and when any new changes are rolled out.

The Sanitation Assistant assists the Facilities Sanitation Lead and the Sanitation Department in all aspects of the facility’s janitorial needs, including cleaning duties, keeping the facility stocked with supplies, and responding to urgent situations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish from all departmental areas of facility
- Cleaning restrooms and keeping them stocked with supplies
- Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops and maintains the biological control program and technical protocols for the Pincanna growing facility, in conjunction with Pincanna Growers and the Director of Cultivation.
· Daily monitoring and scouting of pest and disease
· Supervision of IPM protocols of pest and disease management
· Compiling IPM and conventional reports for management review
· Monitoring efficiencies of control measures used
· Verification of pest and disease infestation trends
· Management coordination on biological programs and implementation
· Facilitating small scale trials/tests on new, allowable commercial products to determine efficacy and effects prior to applying to entire crop
· Maintaining up-to-date records for State regulations to detail pesticide log and any other IPM products used.
· Planning, organizing, training and assigning scouting and other IPM duties as required
· Provides technical IPM support to the Director of Cultivation through regular meetings and updates.
· Provides accurate IPM product forecasts by coordinating with the Beneficial Insect sales representative
· When IPM tasks are complete, or if cultivation tasks take precedence, transition to assisting cultivation with their duties as directed by the (assistant) grower.
· Must obtain state applicator license

- Assists in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Responsible for growing of mom, clone and veg crops.

This position will work alongside other Safety, Training, Production and HR team members in order to elevate our overall safety and training culture and accountability of both new and current team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of safety, training, and organizational development programs.
- Responsible for building and maintaining training calendar of classes, assigning available Facilitators, Moderators,and Training Assistants, work directly with the HR Business Partners and Production Managers to determine class start dates.
- Maintain database of all safety occurrences for the site.
- Liaison to Managers to identify potential gaps within individual sites and take action as needed.
- Conduct safety audits throughout the facility to identify and correct unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Manages overall safety incident documentation as per OSHA safety guidelines
- Obtain and maintain new hire roster, create user information sheets, create and maintain master class tracking sheet.
- Manage the set-up and maintenance of our Teams file structure for class materials, daily game plan communication to Training Assistants and Moderator, curriculum schedule maintenance
- Executes and/or leads other Manufacturing safety and training initiatives as identified and/or assigned
- Communicate on a regular basis with other safety personnel throughout the company to promote consistency in the application of safety policies and programs throughout the Company and share any safety related concerns.

The Process Coordinators role is to provide facilitation, assessment, content development, teaching and monitoring of training programs for all departments. Design moderately complex process improvement functions and/or tools for all of Pincanna’s departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops training curriculum and courses that will contribute to managers and employees’ increased knowledge of its processes, values, policies and protocols.
- Lead the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of trainings for all departments.
- Knowledge in process mapping and other process analysis techniques.
- Lead process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives using best of breed industrial engineering practices.
- Lead teams with or without direct departmental manager present; natural leader and motivator.
- Identify and develop KPI’s for departments and implement tools for track.
- Conducts or attends a variety of meetings and structured activities to foster better understanding of processes.
- Provides training instruction through lectures, demonstrations, team exercises, group discussions, audiovisual aids, and role-playing exercises.

METRC AND TESTING ANALYST

Pincanna is hiring a Metrc and Testing Analyst to join the compliance team. This person will help the Metrc Team Lead keep all plants tagged and organized, in accordance to MRA rules. They will also liaison between Pincanna and the laboratory testing services and help coordinate the samples that must be tested.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize Tagged Plants and Tagged Packages, under all grow licenses
- Create and manage package tags from cultivation events
- Complete audits for all plants and packages in every growth phase in METRC and update accordingly
- Follow established procedures for creating packages when necessary and applying physical and virtual tags to those packages.
- Liaison between cultivation, processing and the laboratories.
- Ensure all samples sent to testing follow the appropriate documentation and compliance procedures
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to inform and stay abreast compliance implementation and accuracy.
- Administrative support ranging from updating sales sheets, taking photos of harvested product, coordination of R&D testing, managing cultivation related product inventory, etc.
Skills
- Knowledge of and experience with METRC

The Trimmer/Cultivation Assistant are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
Note: we are looking for someone willing to work Saturday and Sunday and to have two weekdays off
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist to ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
- Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently

- Must be able to take constructive criticism from managers to maintain quality standards and production goals

Duties and Responsibilities:
- General computer maintenance (Virus/Spyware removal, HD/Memory upgrades, software upgrades)
- Assist our team with the installation, configuration, upgrade, support and administration of existing Windows Server network environment: servers, PCs, laptops, drives, printers and other peripherals, network equipment (wireless access points, switches, firewalls, DVR) and other environmental resources
- Travel to multiple locations throughout Michigan
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Excellent knowledge of supporting Windows 10, OSX and Android platforms
- Communicating complex information to a non-technical audience

The Packaging Assistant is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve departmental objectives. Packagers are responsible for cleaning packaging materials, placing products into containers, and weighing and labeling the items appropriately. They also perform final checks for defective items, ensuring all items make it to the customer with the highest level of quality. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Packaging Assistant role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Packaging Assistant will report to the Packaging Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and promote practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards, and serve the needs of our customers

Daily contributions:
- Responsible for the full administrative process of onboarding of new employees

Harvest Manager
Pincanna is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, a retail location in Kalkaska, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
The Harvest Manager will direct workflow and lead others during harvests. The ideal candidate for this position has experience managing teams of employees and is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves. He/she will work with the growers to inspect product during harvest for quality defects to ensure the procedures are being followed and meet specific requirements set forth by the Cultivation team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training all employees on proper harvest techniques
- Effectively teach and direct a group of 20-40 people
- Directs the team in carrying out procedures and schedules
- Diagnose plant health, deficiencies, pests, and other issues while coming up with the best solution to harvesting product
- Collaborates with Head Growers and Cultivation team to ensure a successful harvest
- Maintains open communication with management team and coworker; must be able to give verbal and physical directives, training information, policies, and coaching and counseling employees if necessary
- Coordinate scheduling of all harvest/post-harvesting rooms and optimal asset utilization
- Establish manpower requirements to meet schedules
- Propose and lead corrective actions should issues arise
- Track direct reports’ time and attendance and PTO
- Maintain excel documents of all harvest data and their recordable processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- At least three (4) years of experience managing large teams
- At least 5+ years of cannabis cultivation experience
- Excellent knowledge of cannabis harvest techniques and cannabis pests/diseases
- Prior experience harvesting cannabis in different environments with various techniques
- Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, light fixtures/bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners, dehumidifies, and plumbing
- Works well in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
