This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Supervisor will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.

Duties Description
As a Highway Maintenance Supervisor 1, you would be working supervisor for a highway maintenance crew assigned to the operation of various-sized equipment involved in maintenance and repair projects on or adjacent to state highways or structural units. These projects may include, but are not limited to, patching pavements and filling holes; cleaning and repairing ditches and culverts and other drainage structures; cutting grass and other right-of-way maintenance; repairing guide rails and signs; and snow and ice control. On large maintenance projects you may supervise a phase of the project under the general direction of a Highway Maintenance Supervisor 2. You would operate light trucks and may operate heavy dump trucks, perform one-person snow plowing, and operate other highway equipment. You would be required to answer emergency calls outside of your regular hours of work, perform related work as required, and maintain work records. Must be able to respond to Snow and Ice related callouts within one (1) hour.
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and performing all maintenance and repair activities to machinery, equipment, and facility. This position will perform a variety of maintenance functions in and around the facility, which includes providing routine, emergency, and scheduled maintenance to the building and associated equipment. Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.

- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility in Litchfield, IL. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum three years' facility maintenance management experience.
- Machine shop experience strongly preferred.

Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for multiple locations but will be primarily stationed at our Canoga Park facility. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the one to ensure that the maintenance department has the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. A great maintenance supervisor will have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process, and health & safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, training, and managing maintenance technicians. The maintenance supervisor will be required to work with contractors and engineers to facilitate repairs and maintenance and include project planning for major overhauls and repair projects. This role will also require interfacing with different city and state regulatory agencies for annual inspections.

- Continuous oversight and training of processing and packaging maintenance techs in area of maintenance.
- Management of contractors, vendors, and oversee the execution of their work.

Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Supervisor will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
- Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as they relate to building operations.

JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. This role possesses a high attention to detail, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to proactively seek out and develop creative solutions to challenges as they arise. This Position reports to the Facilities Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC roof top units (RTU's).
- Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
- Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, following Company work rules and policies
- Performs cleaning duties as assigned with an eye towards maintaining a sanitary environment
- Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facility

Essential Functions:
The Maintenance Supervisor duties include, but is not limited to, the upkeep and maintenance of all production facilities and dispensaries. The position will include working with third party contractors for special projects or repairs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect all facilities to identify problems and maintenance needs
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as necessary
- Inspect and maintain building systems (i.e. heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

- Responsible for the overall condition and appearance outside of all facilities, including but not limited to, maintenance to landscape, trash pick-up, and snow/ice removal to walkways

This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Supervisor will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
- Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as they relate to building operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements of the Job: LIGHT OFFICE LIFTING. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (up to about 120 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Ability to tolerate moderate to loud exposure to noise level. Exposure to long periods of bright lights. Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.

Certificates and/or Licenses:
- Universal CFC certification required
- Additional certification in three or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Avondale, CO
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and oversite of hourly Maintenance Technicians, attending to preventative maintenance/repair of HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. You will also supervise the hourly Janitorial staff in cleaning and disinfecting protocols. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and subordinate technicians through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, radio, computer, and face to face. You will manage scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the greenhouse team. Communicating with Greenhouse Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Represents the company as the direct customer contact and is responsible for oversite of servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at all company locations near the Pueblo, Colorado area.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures SOP's and review annually.
- Produce weekly progress reports including employee task tracking to Farm Manager.
- Coordinates with Curaleaf Corporate Facilities Director, Director of Farm and Facilities, Director of Operations, Director of Production/Processing and Greenhouse Manager to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials information/costs and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication by maintaining flexibility to work overtime as the business requires, including occasional overnight travel/stays when necessary.
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on and on-call basis.
- Follow all State and Federal compliance regulations.
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; report needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor service.
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including Preventative Maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs. Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain a Repairs and Maintenance budget for systems requiring upkeep including irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, HVAC units (including filtration) electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped processing lab with equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a Technical school program with a degree/certificate is strongly preferred. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Must possess 5 years testing and troubleshooting experience of machinery with at least 3 of those years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience and proficiency operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (loaders, tractors, lifts etc.)
- Experience supervising, training and counseling employees.
- Experience managing employee timesheets, time off requests, and disciplinary procedures in a confidential and professional manner.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e., Smartphone, iPad).
- Must possess a valid driver's license, CDL preferred.

As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMT), coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing, and projects.
- Responsible for managing a team of Facility Maintenance Technicians, including by directing them to repair mechanical equipment and otherwise managing and assigning their work orders.
- Develop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, doors, interior/ exterior lighting, roof, and general premises
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, fencing and building security

- Responsible for assigning plumbing, painting, and carpentry work orders to the FMT's
- Responsible for holding keys to every area, ensuring they are always marked and organized
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all vendors and contractors - Landscaping and Snowplow, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Responsible for maintaining inventory list for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools and supplies between properties as required
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and assign the duties to the Facility Maintenance Techs to perform machine repair
- Ability to oversee team, delegate work, and act as liaison between Facility Maintenance Technicians and Facility Project Engineers
- Previous experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified is a plus
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility in Winslow NJ. This position will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manage and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum five years' facility maintenance management experience.
- Machine shop experience strongly preferred.
- General knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance, particularly MEP, including commercial Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- First Aid/CPR or EMT certification is desirable.
- Experience with asset management software is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Proven ability and experience in developing a strong rapport with industrial/agricultural team members.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support team members’ understanding of proper company procedures, laws and regulations including
- OSHA safety and quality standards
- Report safety hazards and create safety first culture
- Close out actions from monthly safety audits
- Coach team members on opportunities for improvement and technical knowledge, provide direction on
- day to day tasks, assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution, escalate personnel issues to Fleet Manager to address
- Coordinate broken down equipment repair schedule and allocate resources, schedule for maximum resource utilization and minimum downtime
- Organize preventative maintenance and work order schedules, follow up on inspection results
- Develop vendor network and relationships for strategic sourcing solutions of machine and equipment parts, vet/recommend new supplier options, manage parts inventory and budget
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What We Would Like From You
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- 5+ years of Truck Mechanic experience required; concrete mixers and aggregate haul trucks preferred
- Must be able to diagnose engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, transmissions, suspensions and brakes
- Experience with Allison transmissions, Davie 4 and ESA software a plus
- Experience supervising others while working in a fast-paced team environment
- Commercial Driver’s License a plus with an ability to successfully pass MVR (clean driving record)
Skills
- Good working knowledge of mechanics as related to truck and general maintenance
- Ability to use power tools, welders, cutting torches/chains and various safety devices
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper mechanic/maintenance procedures such as lockout/tag outs and special work permits
- Must be proficient with computer and program systems
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Provide own personal tools up to Âľ
- Ability to resolve conflicts and establish trust while communicating positively with various stakeholders

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMT), coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing, and projects.
- Responsible for managing a team of Facility Maintenance Technicians, including by directing them to repair mechanical equipment and otherwise managing and assigning their work orders.
- Develop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, doors, interior/ exterior lighting, roof, and general premises
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, fencing and building security
- Responsible for the upkeep of maintenance performance log
- Responsible for assigning plumbing, painting, and carpentry work orders to the FMT's
- Responsible for holding keys to every area, ensuring they are always marked and organized
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all vendors and contractors - Landscaping and Snowplow, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Responsible for maintaining inventory list for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools and supplies between properties as required
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and assign the duties to the Facility Maintenance Techs to perform machine repair
- Ability to oversee team, delegate work, and act as liaison between Facility Maintenance Technicians and Facility Project Engineers
- Previous experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified is a plus
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates

This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Supervisor will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
- Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as they relate to building operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements of the Job: LIGHT OFFICE LIFTING. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (up to about 120 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Ability to tolerate moderate to loud exposure to noise level. Exposure to long periods of bright lights. Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.
About You:

- Regulations require that incumbent be able to obtain and maintain state marijuana work credentials.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or related discipline from four-year college or university and a minimum of four years’ experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices and techniques, laws, project controls and environmental regulations to include safety regulations.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working within complex organizations, leading teams of individuals from disparate backgrounds and education levels
- Demonstrated experience developing cost benefit analysis business models to justify expenditures of capital for equipment, building improvements, systems implementations, headcount changes, etc.
- Experience reviewing and understanding architectural plans for buildings and facilities including placement of power, networking, and other key areas with respect to the installation of packaging equipment and machinery in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to understand and discuss architectural plans with construction and architectural consultants and contractors
Certificates and/or Licenses:
- Universal CFC certification required
- Additional certification in three or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
- Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions

- Patch and paint walls.
- Repair roofing, blacktop, cement, masonry, and block.
- Remove or relocate snow, de-ice grounds.
- Document all facility deficiencies through daily travels.
- Complete assigned Preventative Maintenance slips.
- Repair or report deficiencies.
- Respond to Emergency Work Orders including clearing clogged toilets, sinks, drains, water leaks, loss of power, unsafe facility conditions, etc.
- Complete urgent and routine work orders including uncrating, moving, assembling, and installing free standing and wall hung equipment, etc.
- Forward work orders that are to be completed by specific trades.
- Will be required to build out a CMMS system (computerized maintenance management system) and be responsible for developing and implementing a PM system for the site.

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of duties related to Maintenance Operations. This position must utilize knowledge of mechanical, greenhouse and building maintenance to provide minimal downtime of operations. The position requires working knowledge of maintenance repair procedures, farm operations and marijuana compliance. The Lead will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the facilities and capital assets of the Company. Duties include adherence to operating policies and procedures, assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, direction, and leading of projects and maintenance related to all buildings, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
Curaleaf/Los Suenos Farms has a combination of Dispensaries, Processing Buildings and Equipment, Greenhouse and Outdoor Field production creating both diverse and unique challenges depending on the time of year. The position responsibilities will fluctuate with the seasons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility buildings to detect and resolve problems
- Schedule repair activities and assign repair tasks to maintenance staff
- Provide maintenance team with all tools and supplies
- Coordinates timely inspections from outside vendors for, preventative maintenance or repair of electrical equipment and mechanical systems not serviced internally
- Implement maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and review annually
- Assist Supervisor with an evaluation of repair cost estimates and present options to management
- Produce weekly progress reports including employee tracking to Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintain stocking equipment, filters, general use stock items and order before needed
- Assist other departments as necessary throughout the facility
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Ensures company premises and facilities are kept clean, including maintenance of parking area, buildings (including restrooms), fences, general maintenance, and storage areas
- Provide guidance to affected staff regarding ongoing maintenance activities within specific departments
- Ensure bottled drinking water is provided in all areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Supervisor will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
- Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as they relate to building operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements of the Job: LIGHT OFFICE LIFTING. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility in Winslow NJ. This position will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manage and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.

Essential Functions:

Reporting directly to Flow Cannabis Co.’s Facility Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing facilities and equipment at the Flow Cannabis Institute (FCI) in Redwood Valley, CA.The ideal candidate will have a strong equipment maintenance background, experience in the food and/or beverage industry as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience with operational methods and keeping costs within an approved budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a highly collaborative mindset side by side with management team and equipment operators to build equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and suitable for production when needed.
- Assess and prioritize projects and assign personnel accordingly.
- Train production staff on proper operation and daily cleaning of production equipment.
- Supervise equipment maintenance technician on all required tasks and duties.
- Work with the Facilities manager to address any mechanical, pneumatic, electrical or other safety issue with production equipment.
- Responsible for the direct communication with equipment suppliers and coordination of technical assistance.
- Participate in the selection and installation of equipment and related production systems and enhancements.

Greenhouse Harvest & Plant Maintenance Supervisors
Copperstate Farms - Medical Marijuana Greenhouse
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities of the Greenhouse Harvest Supervisor (GHS) includes approving standard methods and procedures related to cultivation of cannabis, specifically relating to the deployment of personnel. GHS is also responsible for the SOPs enforcement and training. Work together with the Growing Team (Master Grower) and Greenhouse Harvest Manager in planning, forecasting and budgeting as it related to the harvest process. Responsible for appropriately staffing the greenhouse harvest team with Team Leaders and general technicians to complete the company quotas. Responsible for annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews. Responsible for ensuring the necessary equipment and materials are on hand to support the function of the greenhouse harvest operations. The GHS must be a critical thinker, larger vision for the direction of the company and be able to follow state regulations and company policies.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding of all Harvest-related SOPs prior to their implementation;
- Compile, approve and implement greenhouse labor strategies;
- Work with Employee and HR to initiate established corrective actions and discipline; protocols;
- Work well, professionally, and effectively with fellow co-workers;
- Supervise Greenhouse Harvest Team leader during the execution of their duties;
- Evaluation and display of company metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs;
- Delegate and set routines for the evaluation of all employees;
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants must have advanced experience with computers and MS Office suite. Management experience in Greenhouses or related agriculture or equivalent experience preferred; working with cannabis, food service/safety experience perfected; and management of employees required. Ideal candidates possess the ability to fluidly express their thoughts and ideas to fellow coworkers, managers and state inspectors.
ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED required;
- Previous cannabis experience preferred;
- Previous management or supervisor experience preferred;
- Large scale production in agriculture, manufacturing or related fields required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hands;
- Requires frequent physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push objects or materials;
- Frequently stooping, bending, and reaching;
- Must work indoors and outdoors year-round;
- Must work in noisy and crowded environments;
- Observe, see, hear and respond to directions given with effective outcome;
- Lift 25-40 pounds from the floor to a waist-high table when necessary;
- Crouch & bend often;
- Stand for short/ long periods of time;
- Sit for short/ medium periods of time;
- Walk for short/long periods of time;
- Occasionally sit on the floor or at floor level;
- Handle the responsibilities and routine stress often associated with this position.
