About the Job:
- The Assistant Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for assisting in the oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. The Assistant Cultivation Manager will provide oversight of all Cultivation Supervisors and Cultivation Associates and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with DOH, OSHA, EPA, MED and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Assistant Cultivation Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds standards.
- Design and implement a cultivation schedule aimed at utilizing the full potential of the facility to produce consistent, high-quality medical marijuana and ensure the needs of plants are being met at all times.
- Identify nutrient deficiencies and environmental problems, providing and implementing immediate solutions, and tracking and analyzing the outcome of those solutions.
- Train and manage Cultivation Supervisor and Cultivation Associates in appropriate and approved cultivation methods, processes, and procedures
- Supervise and manage Cultivation Supervisors and Cultivation Associates, ensuring proper scheduling of staff with adequate coverage to address cultivation needs
- Develop fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules, and enforce adherence to those schedules
- Develop and implement an IPM plan in accordance to state and local rules and regulations
- Ensure proper execution of established cultivation SOPs, coordinating with the Facilities Manager to update procedures as necessary
- Ensure needs of plants are being met at all times, overseeing the daily activities relating to proper light intensity and positions, irrigation, fertilization, plant maintenance, sanitation and equipment functionality
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation, including but not limited to: transplanting, pruning, defoliating, watering and feeding.
- Perform daily quality inspections of plants and their environment, immediately identifying and resolving problems
- Maintain functionality of equipment and the facility, making minor repairs and spearheading larger repairs and equipment replacement, as needed
- Ensure proper inventory of cultivation supplies, including light bulbs, grow media, and nutrients, and placing orders for supplies with the Facilities Manager
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and PPE are used as required.
- Implement and adhere to cultivation schedules by consulting vegetative plant inventories daily to ensure that sufficient numbers of healthy plants are being prepared for the flower process
- Schedule harvest of plants with the Post-Harvest Manager, based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation
- Coordinate harvest times with the Post-Harvest Manager, ensuring harvests are adequately staffed
- Perform employee trainings for Cultivation Associates at the time of onboarding and anytime that a procedure is adjusted or implemented
- Collaborate with Facilities Manager to update SOPs in identifying and addressing plant-specific issues, environmental issues and climate control, and coordinating the harvesting of plants
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest
- Facilitate inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits

About the Job:
The Fulfillment Associate will support the accurate delivery of products labeled in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review sales orders with Fulfillment Manager on a daily and weekly basis
- Accurately and efficiently pulls physical product from vault space to build orders for delivery

- The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety. This position will run complex high-end laboratory extraction machinery.

About the Job:
The Packaging Associate will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils, edibles, and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
- Coordinate and manage daily lab tasks with Packaging Supervisor
- Properly set up and operate filling, edible and solid dose manufacturing, packaging, and labeling equipment

- Prepare plant material for extraction (packing material socks) and accurately documenting related data

About the Job:
This role will support the Facility Operations Manager in the supervision and management of day-to-day grow, processing, production facility operations and staff for medical-grade cannabis. As directed, responsible for supporting, monitoring, and analyzing current systems and procedures of operations and productions and logistics to ensure effectiveness. Position may act as a liaison between other company departments.
- Assist the Facility Operations Manager with production processes, internal tracking and compliance, order process and inventory management, and enforcing product quality control standards
- Compile and submit reports as requested
- Train and supervise employees as directed
- With HR support, help recruit high-performance staff and proactively manage organizational structure
- Ensure accuracy of seed-to-sale tracking
- Ensure all operational SOP’s are followed as outlined in Holistic Industries Policies and Procedures
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of applicable state and federal cannabis laws
- Assist with setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs, in coordination with the Facility Operations Manager
- Support facility-level employee relations, including onboarding, scheduling, and discipline

The Cultivation Associate provides care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Sow, pot, thin, weed, water, transplant, and move plants
- Spot plant pests and other perils and act before they become a problem for plant health

This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Manager will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Manager plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.

- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.

About the Job:
The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day of a specific stage of cannabis cultivation work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support for all cultivation associates, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Responsible for highest possible standards of work in cultivation, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with State regulations and standards set by the company.
- Assist the Cultivation Manager and Assistant Cultivation Manager with supervision and direction of cultivation staff, grow schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Serve as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, and changes in regulations.
- Assist the Cultivation Manager and Assistant Cultivation Manager with responding to all cultivation staff questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation, including but not limited to: transplanting, pruning, defoliating, watering and feeding.
- Assist with and delegate tasks to cultivation associates to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Oversee daily cultivation tasks and processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing the transition of product development by ensuring that the proper tasks are executed and that the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior quality product in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain functionality of equipment and the facility, making minor repairs and reporting larger repairs and equipment replacement to Assistant Cultivation Manager.

This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Manager will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Manager plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.
- Run all aspects of processing cannabis into extracts, tinctures and other products
- Run complex high-end laboratory extraction machinery
- Troubleshoot down equipment and perform equipment maintenance

About the Job:
The Laboratory Supervisor acts as an assistant to the Processing Manager. This position will work to organize and maintain laboratory operations and procedures, handle daily operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, maintain intra-office/lab communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation.
- Assist Processing Manager in management of day-to-day laboratory operations
- Supervise and assign daily tasks of laboratory technicians, packaging supervisor and packaging laborers

About the Job:
The Custodian ensures the cleanliness, habitability, and upkeep of the facility.
- Clean the Cultivation department's rooms, hallways, lobbies, corridors and other work areas throughout the facility.
- Sweep and mop the facility's floors.

About the Job:
This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. The Facility Operations Director is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the company’s grow & processing (GP) facilities. At the Director level, the individual will lead a facility with significant headcount (~100+), capital equipment and revenue production expectations. The Facility Director is expected to be a strategic leader with the ability to create business plans and models intended to maximize facility output and minimize overhead costs and costs of goods sold. This role will be charged with full P&L responsibility for the facility and, in certain locations, may also be responsible for managing a co-located retail “tenant” operation as well.
- Manage facility staff including scheduling, basic time off requests etc.
- Hire line managers and supervisors according to the facility’s capabilities and needs and in coordination with operations leadership
- Oversee all aspects of staffing at the assigned GP coordinating for new headcount with the Regional VP of Operations
- Interface with Sales to understand output requirements, deliver products as ordered, resolve issues with orders, and help ensure ongoing strong customer satisfaction with products produced in the assigned facility
- Manage output of facility to produce the Products and revenue as contemplated by the company’s budget and revenue plan
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with Legal and Compliance team members to ensure that the facility is being operated in compliance with all regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis; Work directly with state regulatory authorities and act as the key point of contact for communications from regulators regarding the assigned facility; Be the key point of contact for all inspections and audits of the facility to ensure compliance and effective facility operation
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned facility by working with Science Operations Team members as well as the company’s construction and real estate team and by effectively managing assigned maintenance team members
- Oversee Facility Maintenance function to ensure the proper upkeep of the facility.
- Work with Operations Leadership to determine optimum staffing levels for the facility and then hire to meet those levels; Seek approvals for adding or removing staff from the facility.
- Coordinate with operations functional leadership to make improvements or ensure departmental production goals are met and to oversee the installation of new equipment and training of team members on that equipment and those new processes.
- Provide resources and team members to assist with special projects or equipment, systems or process evaluations conducted by the Science Operations Team; Ensure timely feedback / reporting to the Science Operations Team as requested
- Full, demonstrated understanding of the production capabilities of the equipment in use at their facility; Able to identify when equipment has reached capacity and able to work with operations leadership to determine the most appropriate upgrades to that equipment.
- Understanding of the personnel requirements for one or multiple shifts from their facility, including being able to prepare a workable plan for activating and de-activating additional shifts to fine tune facility output to match market requirements.
- Able to work with Operations Leadership to prepare plans for facilities and equipment upgrades necessary to improve and maximize facility output; Understands and can show how personnel loads can be adjusted and aligned with equipment in use or to accommodate equipment upgrades
- Demonstrable ability to prepare overall and detailed and/or department specific output forecasts in coordination with and leadership of facility line managers
- Strategic partner to sales team within the market that their GP serves including assisting with forecasting, ensuring strong customer service follow-up to drive customer satisfaction
- Able to partner with sales, product development and marketing departments to provide critical input and projections for new product launches or line extensions
- Develop understanding of P&L management and actively work to ensure strategic plan drives P&L results; provide regular updates on P&L performance to Ops leadership and HI executive team
- Strong leader and mentor for GP staff and managers as evidenced by strong employee satisfaction and retention levels as well as the ability of individuals working at that GP to secure internal promotions or to be sought after experts to assist with training other employees or to provide training content or delivery for internal, customer or public facing content.

Reporting to the Facility Manager for the facility to which he/she is assigned, the Maintenance Manager will work to oversee access, security, maintenance and services of the cultivation and processing facility to ensure optimum facility operation on a daily basis that provides for the work needs of the organization and its employees. In coordination with the Director of Facilities Engineering and the Facility Manager for their assigned facility, the Maintenance Manager plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs within their assigned production facility.
- Manages the building's operational accounts and assists in development of operating and capital budgets both for their assigned facility as well as shared or company-wide systems, equipment or programs.
- Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
- Recommends and implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis, maintains updated/current manuals from systems manufacturers. Develops/maintains effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians. Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends.
- Maintains on-going communication with facility management team and vendors; participates in facility management team meetings as required by the Facility Manager
- May assist in solicitation and acquisition of new management contracts, especially as they relate to their assigned facility. Coordinates development and maintenance of as-built drawings.
- Responds to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc. and facility team concerns.
- Implements and administers inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Develops specifications and assists in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
- Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as they relate to building operations.

About the Job:
The Cultivation Associate provides care and support for plant cultivation, abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Sow, pot, thin, weed, water, transplant, and move plants
- Spot plant pests and other perils and act before they become a problem for plant health
- Manage marijuana plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Execute all activities in the veg, flower, and propagation rooms
- Track and record all veg or flower room data as directed
- Keep veg, flower, propagation, and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational.
- Take part in overall facility cleanliness
- Execute all activities in the mom and veg rooms

About the Job:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.
- Run all aspects of processing cannabis into extracts, tinctures and other products
- Run complex high-end laboratory extraction machinery
- Troubleshoot down equipment and perform equipment maintenance
- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment
- Understand and follow all safety protocols and SOPs
- Oversee every step of the manufacturing process

The Fulfillment Associate will support the accurate delivery of products labeled in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review sales orders with Fulfillment Manager on a daily and weekly basis

About the Job:
The Facility Administrator will manage and oversee the order fulfillment process for operations, cultivation and lab processing materials needed. The position will also be responsible for tracking and follow up on all orders, as well as monitoring and updating inventory records. The Facility Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the site managers in various tasks and will act as on-site records manager.

About the Job:
The Laboratory Supervisor acts as an assistant to the Processing Manager. This position will work to organize and maintain laboratory operations and procedures, handle daily operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, maintain intra-office/lab communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation.
- Assist Processing Manager in management of day-to-day laboratory operations
- Supervise and assign daily tasks of laboratory technicians, packaging supervisor and packaging laborers
- Assist with production scheduling to ensure turnaround times are maintained, coordinated and communicated among laboratory, sales and administrative personnel
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all laboratory scheduling including, but not limited to: production, equipment maintenance, sanitation SOPs, annual personelle training and safety inspections
- Ensure the lab is well organized, workflows are streamlined, and hold regular meetings with laboratory staff to set work priorities
- Assist Processing Manager to identify and implement procedural and policy changes to improve lab operational efficiency
- Oversees Quality Assurance of all batch records and data collection for laboratory and packaging processes
- Maintains laboratory and packaging reports, records and files
- Ensure personnel are trained on SOPs
- Maintain laboratory consumables inventory and manages ordering
- Performs data and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and ahearance to corporate and state mandated regulations
- Coordinate workflow and work schedules from sampler dispatch through testing and reporting of data to customers
- Work with 3rd party laboratories to submit samples and interpret data results
- Required to maintain strict adherence to safety and Quality Assurance protocols

About the Job:
The Packaging Associate will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils, edibles, and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
- Coordinate and manage daily lab tasks with Packaging Supervisor
- Properly set up and operate filling, edible and solid dose manufacturing, packaging, and labeling equipment
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions and Company SOPs to sanitize production area and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all related data in tracking software
- Prepare plant material for extraction (packing material socks) and accurately documenting related data
- Efficiently fill, package, and label products in compliance with Holistic SOPs and all applicable manufacturing procedures
- Set up, break down, and sanitize packaging area as needed and in compliance with Company SOPs

The Postharvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Postharvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Adhere to the departmental, site and corporate safety policies.
- Assembles secondary packaging
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales

About the Job:
The Fulfillment Supervisor will provide accurate, state-compliant delivery of products labeled in accordance with all applicable regulations and SOPs, as well as provide excellent oversight of the delivery team and maintain excellent internal/external customer service. This position will work with API and Seed-to-Sale tracking software and will use expert knowledge of state regulations to perform job duties and create statistical reports and complete information requests.
Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Comprehensive understanding of cannabis flower and products
- Comprehensive understanding and adherence to state regulations, company policies and SOPs
- Accurately fills sales orders as noted in LeafTrade software
- Upload GP inventory to LeafTrade when product is marked Ready For Sale from all GP departments
- Promote a positive, customer-service oriented work environment in line with SOPs
- Data entry and file maintenance
- Incredibly reliable, on time and ready to work for every shift and open to a flexible schedule that may start early or end late dependent on sales needs
- Accurately and compliantly fill out transfer manifests to outside clients and inter-departmentally
- Create delivery routes and monitor delivery drivers using a remote GPS tracking system and acting as Home Agent (calling to drivers every 30 minutes as required by regulation)
- Maintain a compliant and properly organized vault in accordance with regulations and MJ Freeway standards
- Develop weekly reports from inventory data from the whole facility to provide to national team members

The Project Coordinator will support the Director of Research with projects and day-to-day operations. The Project Coordinator will provide high-level support on a variety of projects and tasks including research reports, Commission program operations, presentations, and conferences. The Postharvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Postharvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.

About the Job:
The Laboratory Packaging Associate will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils, edibles, and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.

The Facility Administrator will manage and oversee the order fulfillment process for operations, cultivation and lab processing materials needed. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.

The Fulfillment Associate provides logistical support to multiple cannabis production functions by ensuring accurate delivery of products . About the Job:
This Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day cultivation work in accordance with standards set by the company. Provides direct support in the Flower stage of production for all cultivation associates, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. The Kitchen Packaging Associate will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis edibles for ingestion. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment related to Edibles products.
- Coordinate and manage daily lab tasks with Edible Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Assistant.

About the Job:
- The Assistant Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for assisting in the oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. The Assistant Cultivation Manager will provide oversight of all Cultivation Supervisors and Cultivation Associates and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with DOH, OSHA, EPA, MED and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Assistant Cultivation Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds standards.
- Design and implement a cultivation schedule aimed at utilizing the full potential of the facility to produce consistent, high-quality medical marijuana and ensure the needs of plants are being met at all times.

- Train and manage Cultivation Supervisor and Cultivation Associates in appropriate and approved cultivation methods, processes, and procedures.

Physical Requirements of the Job:

About You:General:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing product, staff and resources in a large scale commercial greenhouse or agricultural operation at the senior level.
- Contract and vendor negotiation experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve manufacturing objectives in terms of volume, product mix, cost and quality.
- Extensive knowledge in environment, health and safety standards in agricultural operations required.
- Knowledge of food safety, security and GMP guidelines.
- Previous commercial cannabis growing experience preferred.
Technological Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

About the Job:
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Post-Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Adhere to the departmental, site and corporate safety policies.
- Assembles secondary packaging
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a clean room manufacturing environment to maintain required standards.
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems.
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products using aseptic technic so that no contamination is introduced into the process or material
- Sanitation and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelve
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to internal SOP and state regulation.
- Strong emphasis on documentation according to state regulations.
