- Play an active part in patient education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction

- Correct cash handling and discount application

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Material Handlers to join the warehouse team. The Material Handlers will supply the other department with all the materials required to complete their tasks. We are looking for associates with great attention to detail to maintain an accurate inventory. Material
handlers will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Providing the packaging department with all materials needed at the point of use based on work orders/bills of materials provided
- Accurately recording weights of all product going out to pack
- Follow a first in first out (FIFO) flow of inventory to ensure the shelf life quality of all perishable stock items
- Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Facility Manager for our facility. The Facility Manager will oversee all operations including Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Order Fulfillment ensuring consistent delivery of products for our customers and a culture of continuous improvement. The Facility Manager is accountable for all activities on the shift including schedule adherence and throughput, all personnel on the shift by setting expectations and performance goals for the shift supervisors, leads, and agents, and will report directly to the site Facility Director.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- As key manager for the Facility Director, Accountable for P&L performance at the site
- Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize Cresco's shareholder value, ensure collaboration between/within sites, and drive cross-departmental efficiencies.
- Partner with counterparts in Quality, Safety, and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained to state regulatory, OSHA, and Cresco quality standards
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure no interruptions in production
- Create strategies to improve the efficiencies between Operations and Supply Chain, Cultivation, Food Production, Laboratory, Sales, IT, Accounting and HR
- Manage the overall welfare of the team; i.e. provide training and coaching and lead by example; attract, retain, and motivate staff
- Lead meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming information
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Report and share information with the Facility Director, Master Scheduler, and 2nd shift Pack Manager to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it on 1st shift
- Works with operations staff to ensure all KPIs are being met or exceeded
- Coaches the operations team to establish performance measures to achieve designated objectives and deliver business results
- Maintains fast pace and high attention to detail in all areas of the team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- College degree: A. or B.S. from accredited university; MBA a plus
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations
- Experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO; cannabis industry experience a plus
- Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment; Illinois and local medical marijuana experience a plus
- Effective solutions-based attitude and management style
- Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption
- Strong project management skills and experience

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Automation Technician to join our skilled maintenance and facilities engineering team. The Automation Technician's primary responsibility is the safe and continual operation of automated packaging, processing, extraction and other automated equipment. The Automation Technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of the processing and packaging equipment, as well as any daily equipment/operational issues that may occur with the equipment.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial processing, packaging, and automated equipment.
- Safely repairs, inspects, troubleshoots, and ensures proper operation of processing and packaging equipment throughout the facilities.
- Performs maintenance, disassembly, repair, replacement or adjustment of various equipment in accordance with technical specifications and engineering instructions.
- Performs set-up and changeover of packaging equipment.
- Interpret technical data – blueprints, manufacturers manuals and specifications.
- Ensure all production documentation is maintained timely and accurately.
- At the direction of the Automation Technician Supervisor, partner with operations and production teams to ensure scheduled downtime and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Support the Automation Technician Supervisor in ensuring the training of other support employees assigned to the packaging line.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience inspecting, troubleshooting, performing complex repairs, and or installing high speed packaging and processing equipment.
- Proficient with lockout tagout procedures (LOTO) and other OSHA safety standards as required.
- Proficiency and expertise with automated packaging equipment
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
- Automation related technical certification (preferred)

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Keep a log of maintenance performed
- Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
- Have keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys
- Patrol building exterior for garbage
- Maintain Landscaping vendor
- Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)
- Maintain HVAC contractor
- Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
- Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weekly
- Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified (preferred)
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
- Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to successfully recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient's specific needs
- Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained
- Own responsibility for remaining up-to-date with product knowledge
- Play an active part in patient education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
- Complete duties assigned during scheduled shift including:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system; accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy

Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience

- Previous experience with POS systems
- Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, GTI products, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
- Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

The Role
This person will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Patient Care Specialists who are passionate about medical cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations. You will also work with the Regional Director and Corporate GTI leadership to ensure sound record keeping and compliance with local and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance GTI's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.
- Implement dispensary policies and ensure staff follows best practices.
- Oversee and manage quality product inventory and financial records.
- Work with GTI's VP of Marketing on marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary.
- Ensure the dispensary's compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations.
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures.
- Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every patient and employee.
- Provide education and development for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms.
- Work with GTI's management team to create budgets and forecast sales.
- Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them.
- Work with wholesalers to negotiate and procure an adequate supply of quality products.
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison to the local community.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Review performance of other dispensary employees on a regular basis.

- Providing the packaging department with all materials needed at the point of use based on work orders/bills of materials provided
- Accurately recording weights of all product going out to pack
- Follow a first in first out (FIFO) flow of inventory to ensure the shelf life quality of all perishable stock items
- Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned

JOB SUMMARY
Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our Logistics Agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
- Creation of compliance labels using POS system
- Applying compliance labels to all products
- Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
- Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
- Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

JOB SUMMARY

The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMT), coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing, and projects.
- Responsible for managing a team of Facility Maintenance Technicians, including by directing them to repair mechanical equipment and otherwise managing and assigning their work orders.
- Develop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, doors, interior/ exterior lighting, roof, and general premises
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, fencing and building security
- Responsible for the upkeep of maintenance performance log
- Responsible for assigning plumbing, painting, and carpentry work orders to the FMT's
- Responsible for holding keys to every area, ensuring they are always marked and organized
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all vendors and contractors - Landscaping and Snowplow, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Responsible for maintaining inventory list for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools and supplies between properties as required
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and assign the duties to the Facility Maintenance Techs to perform machine repair
- Ability to oversee team, delegate work, and act as liaison between Facility Maintenance Technicians and Facility Project Engineers
- Previous experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified is a plus
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Joliet, IL. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facility associated with incoming inspections for ingredients and packaging, in-process sampling and inspections, sampling and inspection of finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans. Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, cannabis concentrates, manufactured infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges), and edible products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency, as well as support site specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and work with Operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for management of site Quality staff.
- Performs incoming inspection on both ingredients and packaging.
- Performs in-process and finished product sampling and inspection.
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs.
- Manages and writes customer complaints and product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause, CAPA plans, and implementing solutions with business partners.
- Assist with QMS document writing and revisions, including routing and/or approval of change request packages.
- Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities, as deemed necessary.
- Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Discusses issues and concerns directly with line personnel and operations management so any corrections and improvements can be made in a timely manner.
- Performs reviews and audits as assigned.
- Support adherence to product specification standards and the KPIs associated with them.
- Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects, CAPA, and customer complaints. Provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidates technical information from operations and manufacturing personnel and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to state regulators. Discuss quality-related issues with state regulators, as needed.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) guidance such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000
- Facilitates creation of and/or updates to product safety plans or product process parameters.
- Provides recommendations for product discontinuation, quarantine, destruction, rework, withdrawal/recall to Operations and Quality management.
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5-10% travel to other facilities and states to help with new market launches, training, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree, 5+ years' experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function.
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing executive summaries and communicating with senior level operations, quality management team, and regulatory agencies
- Detail-oriented
- Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions
- Manage personnel, including performance management, setting vision, priorities, etc.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts, review count results, and maintain material, WIP and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention of detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Specialist will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Maintains accurate records to record inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts
- Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
- Research and reconcile count variances to determine root cause
- Ensures bulk material & finished goods are physically & systemically accurate within BioTrack
- Assists in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1+ years' experience as inventory clerk or similar position
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Forklift experience preferred
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Our HR Generalist will assist in a wide variety of Human Resources related tasks such as recruiting, benefits, payroll, trainings, and creation/maintenance of policies. The HR Generalist will be responsible for accurate record keeping, reporting, and acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries and requests.

- Assist the HRBP with fielding all HR related inquiries and requests from employees to ensure a timely response.

As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with quality-related activities at the facility associated with incoming inspection, start-up verification, in-process verifications & checks, and sampling and inspection of finished products. Product families could include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches), and food products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.

- Performs incoming inspections, as needed

The Automation Technician's primary responsibility is the safe and continual operation of automated packaging, processing, extraction and other automated equipment. - Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial processing, packaging, and automated equipment.
- Safely repairs, inspects, troubleshoots, and ensures proper operation of processing and packaging equipment throughout the facilities.
- Performs maintenance, disassembly, repair, replacement or adjustment of various equipment in accordance with technical specifications and engineering instructions.
- Performs set-up and changeover of packaging equipment.
- Interpret technical data – blueprints, manufacturers manuals and specifications.
- Ensure all production documentation is maintained timely and accurately.
- At the direction of the Automation Technician Supervisor, partner with operations and production teams to ensure scheduled downtime and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Support the Automation Technician Supervisor in ensuring the training of other support employees assigned to the packaging line.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience inspecting, troubleshooting, performing complex repairs, and or installing high speed packaging and processing equipment.
- Proficient with lockout tagout procedures (LOTO) and other OSHA safety standards as required.
- Proficiency and expertise with automated packaging equipment
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
- Automation related technical certification (preferred)

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco is seeking a Chemist to join our Lab in Joliet, IL. The chemist will be responsible for testing equipment as well as assisting in the extraction process of medicinal cannabis. The chemist will test samples for identification, purity, and contaminants. The chemist will also maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area, as well as maintaining the quality control measures to ensure high quality product while carrying out day-to-day tasks such as prepping, extracting, and packaging.

- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry or related field
- 1-2 years HPLC experience
- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation theory and practice, specifically, GC, and HPLC.
- Knowledge of organic chemistry and laboratory experimental techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willing to work overtime depending project demand
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to deliver on project goals

CORE JOB DUTIES
Manufacturing:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist Manufacturing Manager with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Assist Manufacturing Manager with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Four-year degree in Biochemistry or related field
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
- Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary.

The buyer is responsible for the profitable procurement and timely delivery of products. Works closely with Senior management to achieve the goals of the company. Procures product in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the company.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and maintain proper inventory levels by consistently reviewing weeks of supply and sell thru against selling trends and adjust open-to-buy to drive profitability.
- Conduct a thorough weekly review of business with the manufacturing teams in order to monitor and react to business needs; manage an Open-to-Buy to maximize sales, inventory and turn; and present financial forecast and supporting action plans at Weekly Business Reviews to management.
- Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct post-promotional reviews and analysis to determine if promotional requirements were met and develop solutions and recommendations for go forward strategies.
- Select and negotiate with vendors on products, pricing, delivery and terms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our vendors. Strategically scout new product categories and trends.
- Responsibilities include PO management, including data entry, communication to vendors and tracking through to store receipt.
- Review and resolve inventory discrepancies at store level as a result of order issues
- Enter Pricing/promotions into the POS system.
- Manage periodic competitive shopping to gain a comprehensive understanding of trends and pricing across the industry.
- Maintain and build strong cross-functional relationships, both internal and external.
- Visit stores, as needed, to monitor programs, obtain store feedback and to assess overall implementation effectiveness.
- Performs other ad hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3 plus years of Purchasing or Vendor Management experience in retail: cannabis experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with an advanced understanding of retail math concepts.

JOB SUMMARY
Oversees daily edible production and packaging operations at the facility level. - Directly supervise kitchen and packaging agents responsible for operational activities; providing motivation, training and development to all edibles staff.

- Ensure quality objectives are met including regular adherence to GMPs, performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks and product quality checks.
- Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality-related errors. Check and enforce personnel GMP's and safety.
- Monitor manufacturing and implement corrective action planning when needed to meet company objectives.
- Develop production plans to maintain inventory par levels as determined by sales and operations demand.
- Collaborate with Purchasing/Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials. Ensure proper weekly inventory, logging and storage of all materials and packaging.
- Oversee implementation and training for new products, equipment and personnel.
- Recommend and implement efficiency improvements.
- Daily review of revenue and production targets - report variances during review meetings. Implement action plans to address shortfalls and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate an adequate understanding of production machinery; equipment; processing; blending; extraction; shelf-stable products, quality, and/or other requisite technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of SOPs, MFs, WIs and other company policies.
- Responsible and accountable for product compliance, production, pack out, and inventory control.
- A high level of operational and staff ownership.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Facility Management and Operations.

JOB SUMMARY
The Facility Director is responsible for all operational activities within the Joliet facility. More specifically, this position is directly responsible for all Cultivation, Processing, Laboratory, Extraction, Food and Beverage Production, Packaging, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials Management, and Logistics at the site. The Facility Director ensures standardization of all departments to the corporate center of excellence (COE) initiatives, drives consistent delivery of finished products for our customers through key metrics such as schedule adherence and cycle time, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement where employees and staff are empowered to elicit changes improving the company's bottom line. This position will report directly to the IL State General Manager.

- Raise the bar with operations management staff by driving key KPIs cross-functionally such as:

- Manage the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Approve/deny internal costs and reimbursements; i.e. employee engagement and development, lunches, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- College degree: A. or B.S. from accredited university; MBA a plus
- At least 5-7 years in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations with production totaling over $100MM annually; union experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO preferred; cannabis industry experience a plus
- Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment; Illinois medical marijuana experience a plus
- Effective solutions-based attitude and team-focused management style; Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated project management coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the role

Extraction agents will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction procedures in adherence to a schedule, including but not limited to hydrocarbon extractions, mechanical extractions, and other chemical extraction methodologies as directed
- Pre and post processing of material involved in extraction product streams.
- Upkeep, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and communicate issues related to lab equipment and general facilities
- Inventory and maintain material in extraction product streams
- Properly track data and other relevant information in real-time on production paperwork and other necessary physical and digital tracking forms and documents
- Effectively communicate issues related to quality, equipment, processing, material and safety observations and concerns

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Qualified applicants will possess an associate degree in science with preferred emphasis in a chemistry, engineering, food science, biology or other comparable fields OR equivalent experience in cannabis or other GMP related manufacturing experience. (or an aligned field)
- Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a professional cannabis extraction production environment
- Has precursory knowledge in the operation of cannabis extraction equipment.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Lab Technician to join our facility. The Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas well as maintains quality control measures.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Manufacturing:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
- Responsible for product processing and product formulation
- Lab bench work and product filtrations
- Assist in packaging department as needed
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves

A successful candidate has the ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements for various departments with previous experience monitoring, investigating, and resolving inventory and QA discrepancies.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Compliance:
- Conduct inspections with state and local regulatory and law enforcement agencies
- Collect, audit, and file required operational logs from all departments to ensure compliance
- Collect and file all signed transfer manifests
- Conduct routine compliance audits
- Regulatory research and summarizations
- Ensure all money collected by the logistics team is properly logged prior to armored car pick up
Inventory:
- Prepare monthly cultivation and inventory inspection reports
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing processes and procedures to reduce loss in all departments
- Ensure full inventory is completed in all departments and investigate/ resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Review all inventory reports and files
- Create logistics QC report to distribute to department managers and participate in weekly manager meetings
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience, ideally in the regulated cannabis industry or another regulated industry, such as alcohol, tobacco, or manufacturing
- Must have the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills; the ability to either predict and / or identify and drive problem/issue to resolution in partnership with stakeholders

Cresco Labs is seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Joliet, IL. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches), and food products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry. 
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for management of site QA staff. 
- Performs finished product sampling and inspection. 
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs. 
- Manages and writes customer complaints and product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause, CAPA plans, and implementing solutions with business partners.
- Assist with QMS document writing and revisions, including routing and/or approval of change request packages.
- Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities, as deemed necessary.
- Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary. 
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Discusses issues and concerns directly with line personnel and operations management so any corrections and improvements can be made in a timely manner. 
- Performs reviews and audits as assigned.
- Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects, CAPA, and customer complaints. Provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidates technical information from operations and manufacturing personnel and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to state regulators. Discuss quality-related issues with state regulators, as needed.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) guidance such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000
- Facilitates creation of and/or updates to product safety plans or product process parameters.
- Provides recommendations for product discontinuation, quarantine, destruction, rework, withdrawal/recall to operations and quality management.
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines. 
- 5-10% travel to other facilities and states to help with new market launches, training, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree, 5+ years' experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function. 
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA 
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures 
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing executive summaries and communicating with senior level operations, quality management team, and regulatory agencies 
- Detail-oriented 
- Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions

Lead Extraction agents will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction procedures in adherence to a schedule, including but not limited to hydrocarbon extractions, mechanical extractions, and other chemical extraction methodologies as directed
- Pre and post processing of material involved in extraction product streams.
- Upkeep, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and communicate issues related to lab equipment and general facilities
- Inventory and maintain material in extraction product streams
- Properly track data and other relevant information in real-time on production paperwork and other necessary physical and digital tracking forms and documents
- Effectively communicate issues related to quality, equipment, processing, material and safety observations and concerns
- Training and supporting other facility workers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Qualified applicants will possess an associate degree in science with preferred emphasis in a chemistry, engineering, food science, biology or other comparable fields OR equivalent experience in cannabis or other GMP related manufacturing experience. (or an aligned field)
- Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a professional cannabis extraction production environment
- Has precursory knowledge in the operation of cannabis extraction equipment.
- Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the oil processing industry
- Has experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform critical job functions
- Is mechanically inclined; able to find and diagnose mechanical issues with industrial equipment
- Maintains a positive "can do" attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to adjust to change quickly

Cresco Labs is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with quality-related activities at the facility associated with start-up verification, in-process verifications & checks, and sampling and inspection of finished products. Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches), and food products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.

- Performs finished product sampling and inspection.
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs.
- Performs in-process verifications to ensure product weights, correct labeling & packaging.
- Performs verifications on finished product with metal detection or x-ray, as deemed necessary.

Overview:
Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Executive Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through vendor selection, negotiation of terms, and execution of purchasing agreements to supply retail locations with marijuana product inventory. Monitor market trends, maintain purchase order organization, manage invoicing, and oversee the verification of incoming shipments.
Essential Functions:
Schedule and execute external product acquisitions for multiple retail locations
Liaison with 3rd-party vendors to schedule pickups/deliveries, receive shipments, verify order product counts, improve supply chain efficiency, and oversee dispersal of compliant products to retail inventory teams
Provide timely order confirmation and acceptance
Collaborate with Dispensary Management and the Sales Department to integrate logistics with existing business systems including without limitation; sales, purchase allocation, order management, accounting, and order fulfillment

The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferable a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail – ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for procurement across multiple sites, overseeing replenishment of materials and supplies. The Purchasing Coordinator places purchase orders and works closely with our supply base and warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production continuity. The Purchasing Coordinator will assist in new market launch, ensuring that our purchasing process is standardized and replicated effectively. Responsibilities also include identifying best-cost solutions for direct and indirect purchasing needs and collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate timely material replenishment.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for all direct and indirect material replenishment across multiple processing and cultivation sites
- Lead supply chain activity in support of new market launch, including implementation of forecast into reorder-point system, negotiation of equipment purchase and training of new hires
- Ensure standardization and compliance of Supply Chain processes across multiple sites
- Actively seek out and identify cost-out opportunities, presenting recommendations
- Research and resolve product and/or receiving discrepancies
- Expedite past-due purchase orders and communicate delivery schedules to the team
- Track and report out on inventory levels and supplier performance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of purchasing experience (manufacturing background preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- High level of organizational skill
- Deadline driven and detail oriented
- Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employees

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Material Handlers to join the warehouse team. The Material Handlers will supply the other department with all the materials required to complete their tasks. We are looking for associates with great attention to detail to maintain an accurate inventory. Material handlers will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Providing the packaging department with all materials needed at the point of use based on work orders/bills of materials provided
- Accurately recording weights of all product going out to pack
- Follow a first in first out (FIFO) flow of inventory to ensure the shelf life quality of all perishable stock items
- Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organizational skill

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manufacturing:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by Cresco Labs
- Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
- Reports and Documentation:
- Assist Lab Manager with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Assist Lab Manager with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Four-year degree in Biochemistry or related field
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
