The Groundskeepers will be responsible for performing ongoing landscaping tasks, as well as routine maintenance of all landscaping equipment. We have several residential gardens, and commercial landscape areas that are all maintained utilizing sustainable land management practices. Reporting directly to Flow Cannabis Co.’s Facility Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing facilities and equipment at the Flow Cannabis Institute (FCI) in Redwood Valley, CA.The ideal candidate will have a strong equipment maintenance background, experience in the food and/or beverage industry as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience with operational methods and keeping costs within an approved budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a highly collaborative mindset side by side with management team and equipment operators to build equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and suitable for production when needed.
- Assess and prioritize projects and assign personnel accordingly.
- Train production staff on proper operation and daily cleaning of production equipment.
- Supervise equipment maintenance technician on all required tasks and duties.
- Work with the Facilities manager to address any mechanical, pneumatic, electrical or other safety issue with production equipment.
- Responsible for the direct communication with equipment suppliers and coordination of technical assistance.
- Participate in the selection and installation of equipment and related production systems and enhancements.

Location
The laboratory is in a peaceful country setting of Mendocino County, very close to many busy and very successful cannabis businesses that we support with our services. The newly remodeled laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation on the inside and a beautiful natural setting outside. Finding a moment in nature is as easy as walking out the door on a break and taking only a few steps to a tree-lined path along the creek, or up the hill through a private vineyard and vegetable farm we share a campus with.
Job Summary
The Lab Technician role is a full-time, benefited position at 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm and after hours, including some weekends.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supports laboratory staff by performing bench work including sample logging, extractions, storage and disposal.
- Assist in maintaining proper calibrations/monthly logs of benchtop equipment such as analytical balances and pipettes.
- Maintains glassware by picking-up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and distributing.
- Keeps laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
· Documents information by maintaining daily logs and equipment maintenance logs and QC logs.
· Assist in benchwork for method development and validation.
· Assist in maintaining proper hazardous waste handling by ensuring all labeling and SDS binders are current.
Qualifications/desired skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or other field of science
· One or more years working in a regulated and accredited testing laboratory
· HAZWOPER certified
· Strong aseptic technique, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Effective verbal and written communication
· Self-motivated and capability to operate independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
· Ability to comply with existing processes and adapt to new processes
· Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a full time Client Support Specialist to become part of a solid and successful team that is already in place. The ideal candidates will have a positive and friendly attitude, with ability to professionally collaborate. This position will require someone who is comfortable working with cannabis and cannabis products. The Client Support Specialist is a client focused position that presents new opportunities to support our clients on a daily basis. We are seeking a Senior Scientist to become part of a solid and successful team that is already in place. This position will require someone who is comfortable working with cannabis and cannabis products. The senior scientist is an advanced technical position focused on inorganic analytical chemistry. The position includes regular sample analysis, new method development, and instrumentation maintenance/qualification functions. The individual in this position is considered aSubject Matter Expert (SME) for the company’s inorganic analytical chemistry services and has extensive training and experience in these areas in a regulated environment.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of compliance for a multi-property cannabis farm in Redwood Valley. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Metrc in cannabis cultivation. He or she will also have experience working with state and county government on cannabis licenses, building permits, and environmental permits. He or she will report to the Director of Business Operations. This is a full-time on-site position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Licenses and Permits:
- Manage calendar of all annual compliance renewals including state licenses, county permits, environmental permits, etc. Complete all paperwork and make payments.
- Farm point person for collaborating with our compliance consulting firm on all issues/decisions for the farm.
- Be aware of current compliance requirements and advise executive team on the impact any decisions regarding land use, construction, etc.
Track and Trace:
- Work in Metrc to track all product through its life cycle from “seed to sale”.
- Create all manifests for sales, purchases, and transfers.
- Help in the selection of and implementation of Metrc integrated inventory management software.
- Work with the Nursery Manager to ensure that all plants and batches are correctly tagged at all times and that all transfers are recorded in Metrc.
Qualifications
- Well organized and able to manage multiple project simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with Metrc.
- Experience working in compliance in the cannabis industry or other highly regulated industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
