Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in our lab processing department, you will be responsible for properly packaging products, weighing products and manufacturing product by following company SOP's per company standards
- Labeling and recording inventory data
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.

The Lab Manager oversees and maintains all oil production, medication formulating, and testing throughout the Processing Suite. Leadership and supervision extend to all oil production steps, analytical testing, formulation of medications, and all associated departmental functions. Specific Job Duties and Qualifications:
- Cannabis industry specific processes related to Post-Harvest (drying, curing, trimming), Processing (extraction, purification, formulation, filling, and packaging), Kitchen Formulation (edibles) and Analytical Testing (potency reporting)
- QA/QC duties that require analytical testing for quality and consistency; data review and analysis of HPLC and GC equipment
- Oversight of highly sophisticated CO2 based extraction equipment; Processing concentrates and extracts with heat and pressure
- Operating, maintaining, repairing and adjusting laboratory equipment such as winterizers, pumps, balances, centrifuges, roto-evaporates, decarb ovens, stills, homogenizers, and another laboratory equipment
- Storing supplies and equipment, disposal of waste according to guidelines, and keeping laboratory, storerooms, harvest rooms, and working areas immaculate
- Able to process samples by collection, extraction, preparing for analysis, and quantifying results
- Scientific laboratory procedures and techniques as used in a chemistry laboratory including methods of measurements
- Health and safety practices and precautions (including HazCom) applicable to a laboratory and manufacturing
- Development of automation tools specifically related to filling and packaging (injectors, cappers, de-dusters, case counters, box erectors, carton sealers, labelers, etc.)
- Maintaining strict inventory compliance and records of all controlled substances tracked through BioTrackTHC
Requirements and Education:

Job Description
The Production Supervisor will report to the Senior Manager, Operations and will assist with multiple processes within gummy processing and packaging. Under the direction of the Manager, the Supervisor will ensure that technicians are performing their duties related to gummy processing and packaging. This position manages and has 10 to 20 direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Competent in all gummy processing and packaging tasks and works hands-on in the department daily
- Works with the Senior Manager, Operations and Lead Production Technicians on daily tasks in the department
- Supervises staff/department to ensure responsibilities are being met and work is being completed timely
- Understands, compiles, completes and maintains reports needed for management review to include recordkeeping
- Ability to coach staff, address issues and offer constructive feedback when required
- Shows the capability to communicate with management and all other co-workers on a professional basis
- Can perform all essential job functions/physical demands as written in the Curaleaf job description

Quality Assurance Senior Associate
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance group to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State-level SOPs, policies, forms, and batch records. This role will support ongoing operations within the State, working closely with state and regional leaders to continuously improve operations. The QA Specialist will also be responsible for supporting training employees using the Quality Management System, periodic verification of batch records, and confirm product quality requirements are met. This role will closely communicate with other Curaleaf teams including, but not limited to: Compliance, Operations, and Cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility
- Perform or assist in quality inspections, auditing against cGMP criteria and confirming established product quality requirements are achieved.
- Assist with edits and review of state-specific and applicable national SOPs, policies, and supporting documents.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to QA leadership and Operational team leads, and document accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in quality event investigations and reporting including CAPA, OOS reports, product quality complaints, and adverse event investigations.
- Assist with training team members on processes and procedures using approved documents.
- Perform accurate audit and inspections of cultivation/processing facilities using documentation provided to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and promptly report results to QA and Compliance leadership.
- Assist with document management including SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS and within the facility.
- Support QA leadership in implementing and maintaining a quality management system including the eQMS
- Perform periodic review of procedures, forms, logs and master batch records (MBRs).
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to established procedures.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Assist with change control for proposed changes to process or product
- Enforce safety and security procedures in compliance with OSHA and local EHS regulations; report potentially unsafe conditions; monitor for proper use of equipment and materials.

Fertigation Technician
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements. Including weekends, holidays, and over-time

Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician - Second Shift is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Deliver Driver
Curaleaf NJ is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries

- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues

This position will report to the cultivation leadership team and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Winslow Township, NJ. The individual will supervise and optimize all the tasks in vegetative and/or flower department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Ensure the documented and effective training of entire cultivation team.
- Manage department specific HR functions including scheduling, employee coaching, etc.

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.

- Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.

Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Job Description
The Production Supervisor will report to the Senior Manager, Operations and will assist with multiple processes within gummy processing and packaging. Under the direction of the Manager, the Supervisor will ensure that technicians are performing their duties related to gummy processing and packaging. This position manages and has 10 to 20 direct reports.

- Competent in all gummy processing and packaging tasks and works hands-on in the department daily
- Works with the Senior Manager, Operations and Lead Production Technicians on daily tasks in the department

Job Summary
The Lead Production Technician is responsible for safe and effective packaging and labeling of medical cannabis for ingestion/inhalation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the packaging technician staff to achieve shift packaging goals for final packaging of products. This position will work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to organize work, train staff and monitor production and quality.

- Set up room for efficient operation of trimming, pre rolling, and packaging
- Convert in Biotrack flower from cultivation batch record to trim, grind, finish product, and waste records
- Accurately fill out Master batch record (TTLF's, TLF's, TGR's, TPR's) both paper and electronically (EBR)
- Collect hourly metrics from trim, preroll, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
- Accurately maintain the DMR (daily manufacturing report) to ensure reconciliation of flower and accuracy and completeness of data
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Executing all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records.
- Support new product lines and process development as needed.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear

This position will report to the cultivation leadership team and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Winslow Township, NJ. The individual will supervise and optimize all the tasks in vegetative and/or flower department.

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required

Fertigation Lead
Summary: will ensure all irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed accordingly. Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Operates power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and related components, including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop nutrient programs with the Cultivation Manager to ensure strain-specific needs are met
- Maintain strategy for crop irrigation and feeding schedules
- Work closely with the growing team to ensure irrigation plan is appropriately implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all chemicals and fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Take measurements, record data, and observations
- Write and execute Standard Operating Procedures related to fertigation
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop, and obtain water samples for testing
- Must perform soil EC/pH testing and ensure that crops stay with in defined ranges for both values.
- Must be an expert at identifying nutrient deficiencies in crops and be able to correct them.
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements
- Train and lead a team of irrigation techs.
- Be able to work closely with other departments to help them achieve their goals by adapting to their needs surrounding irrigation.
- Must ensure availability on weekends and holidays as needed.

Skill, Experience & Education
- High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred
- Previous experience in a licensed cannabis production facility preferred

The Lab Manager oversees and maintains all oil production, medication formulating, and testing throughout the Processing Suite. Leadership and supervision extend to all oil production steps, analytical testing, formulation of medications, and all associated departmental functions. Also, provide leadership guidance and assistance as required in all Post-Harvest and Filling/Packaging operations. The Lab Manager must monitor and maintain the production facility in accordance with the State of Ohio regulations and standards set by the company.

- QA/QC duties that require analytical testing for quality and consistency; data review and analysis of HPLC and GC equipment

- Able to process samples by collection, extraction, preparing for analysis, and quantifying results
- Scientific laboratory procedures and techniques as used in a chemistry laboratory including methods of measurements
- Health and safety practices and precautions (including HazCom) applicable to a laboratory and manufacturing
- Development of automation tools specifically related to filling and packaging (injectors, cappers, de-dusters, case counters, box erectors, carton sealers, labelers, etc.)
- Maintaining strict inventory compliance and records of all controlled substances tracked through BioTrackTHC
Requirements and Education:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

- BS/BA Degree or greater in a related field with at least 3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical lab or highly regulated manufacturing/production setting

Summary
You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining the condition of all mechanical systems with and without assistance of contractors
- Working with contractors and vendors
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform mechanical maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals at night; inspects doors, windows, and locks to see that they are properly and securely fastened
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
- Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, snow or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- Shampoos carpets.
- May perform ground maintenance including removal of snow from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, etc., at an office site.

Role Overview
Curaleaf is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Security Supervisor with proven leadership skills to join our team. The Security Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of our Security Manager developing and managing the implementation of site-specific security programs. Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required

As the Logistics Supervisor you will be accountable to manage, report, and monitor the company's inventory. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Inventory transactions are timely entered and updated in Curaleaf internal documents and the state's chosen track and trace system, BioTrack.

The receiving and material handling clerk will be responsible for receiving and unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the throughout the facility, and moving inventory and other materials to fulfill orders for production as well as assisting with audits. The HPLC Lab Technician carries out day-to-day tasks including: testing, prepping, extracting, and packaging. The HPLC Lab Technician must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the state of New Jersey and standards set by the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation of analytical systems
- Operate spectrophotometer and viscosity meter for QC
- Assist in production; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing plant material and supplies for supercritical CO2 extraction: emptying of extraction vessels.
- Operating highly sophisticated extraction equipment; Processing concentrates and extracts
- Cleaning and maintenance of extraction equipment and laboratory facility following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment
- Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment such as analytical systems, pumps, microscopes, balances, rotary evaporator, centrifuges, and other laboratory equipment
- Creating dilutions, HPLC diagnostics and repair, calibration
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed
- Storing supplies and equipment, and keeping laboratory, storerooms and working areas immaculate
- Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware
- Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filing
- Assist in packaging of final products as needed
- Assist in the training of other technicians
- Work with state licensed third party testing lab to ensure QC
- Performs related duties as assigned
Compliance:
- Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state and federal regulations
- Maintain analytical and other laboratory waste with registered waste disposal company while following state regulations
- Maintaining material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products
- Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and records
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred/ 1-2 years' experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting required
- QA/QC Experience with HPLC and GC analysis
- Experience with Agilent equipment using ChemStation
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Analytical Chemist
We are seeking an Analytical Chemist to join our team. This role requires 2 to 3 years of analytical laboratory experience and a BSc in Chemistry or a related science. Experience with GC, GC/MS, and HPLC is a must. Experience in GC/MS/MS and/or LC/MS/MS a plus. This team member will need to be familiar with, or have the ability to quickly learn, a wide range of analytical and sample prep techniques to ensure we are delivering quality products.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to analytical research team utilizing a variety of analytical equipment including GC, GC/MS, GCQQQ, LC, LC/MS, LCQQQ, ICPMS, and NMP, among other equipment types
- Work independently with project assignments, or collaboratively on group projects/programs.
- Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Perform QC sample testing of materials and products
- Utilize pipette and syringe based techniques for liquid measurement
- Calibrate and utilize analytical scales or balances for sample weight or mass determinations
- Login and retain samples for future evaluations
- Follow sample chain-of-custody protocols
- Prepare reagents and standard solutions
- Compile an inventory and maintain stock of laboratory supplies and chemicals

The Director of Operations will be responsible for directing all extracting, packaging, manufacturing and logistics activities to assure that Curaleaf delivers high quality products while maintaining the most efficient product cost structure. The Director of Operations is accountable for meeting production demand that supports Corporate top line while improving efficiency to bottom line growth. This position is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including purchasing, production planning, manufacturing and shipping of quality products with continuous quality and process improvements to ensure attainment of operational goals, tactics, and priorities that drive business results with a focus on quality.
Leadership
- Maintain a strong presence in associated facilities to effectively coach and support operations teams
- Ensure manufacturing environments are brand appropriate (i.e. positive, reassuring, energetic, encouraging, educational and welcoming)
- Ensure operational priorities, processes and procedures are communicated and understood
- Assure the cost-effective manufacturing of quality pharma-grade product
- Responsible for and working closely with the Director of Cultivation, State Presidents, and Director of Dispensaries, in the planning of all capital improvement projects
- Communicate often and effectively cross-functionally to continually educate manufacturing crew regarding product knowledge and brand initiatives
- Partner with Compliance Team to monitor and maintain proper manufacturing compliance controls with all federal/state regulations

- Review & manage any additional packaging areas when needed
- Extraction-responsible for ensuring quality and quantity of finished product
- Responsible for any additional Manufacturing that occur within the facility (kitchens, etc.), SQF and food safety experience necessary

Deliver Driver
Curaleaf NJ is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Maintain driver logs
- Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills
- Fulfill Packaging duties as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility in Winslow NJ. This position will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manage and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum five years' facility maintenance management experience.
- Machine shop experience strongly preferred.
- General knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance, particularly MEP, including commercial Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- First Aid/CPR or EMT certification is desirable.
- Experience with asset management software is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Proven ability and experience in developing a strong rapport with industrial/agricultural team members.

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.
- Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed.
- Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product.
- Awareness and adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QA regulations.
