CORE JOB DUTIES
Trimming:
- Responsible for harvesting and trimming Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
- Perform repetitive tasks for long period of time.
- Strictly adheres to hygienic and sanitation policies set by Cresco Labs and the State.
Facility Cleanliness and Quality Control:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean & safe work space and production facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
- Report all quality control issues during harvest to the trim supervisor immediately
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of product trimmed to ensure product identification and quality control.
- Assist Cultivation Team lead with the creation of labels in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to sit and trim for extended time periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff

- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes
- Ability to read maps and use GPS

JOB SUMMARY
The Custodian role is for overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the facility. Ideal candidate must have cleaning experience and working in an operation with strict health and safety policies and procedures. Experience working in food production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, kneel or walk for a period of 8 hours.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities and other duties as assigned. Tasks including but not limited to: sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing floor pads, bathrooms, locker room, refrigerators, etc.
- Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to company or regulatory standards
- Coordination with departments to ensure no disruption to production
- Create appropriate cleaning schedule based on needs of facility
- Record and update Sanitation schedule
- Suggest improvements and review progress with department leads regularly
- Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use when needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Work quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs)
- High School diploma or GED
- Exercise good judgment in analyzing problems
- Able to read and write to understand standard operating procedures

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Cultivation, the Garden Supervisor will oversee a team of individuals, ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the flower production goals are met.

- Responsible for uniform flowering methods to produce healthy, consistent high-quality results
- Responsible for flowering plant care, training staff, and maintaining processes
- Lead teams of agents in topping, skirting, transplanting and moving plants
- Responsible for data entry, track & trace, payroll
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations, including topping procedures, weeding out bad clones, and keeping a uniform canopy
- OSHA certified in Safety training, preferred
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and mentoring large teams
- Critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment
- Computer literacy in word processing, database management, windows-based software and point of sale applications
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effective time-management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift to 50 lbs

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Gardener to join our facility. The Gardener is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods

CORE JOB DUTIES
All aspects of managing and executing the manufacturing plan to meet specific timelines on a daily, weekly, and monthly horizon including, but not limited to:

- Coordinate pre-setup of work stations every day before workers arrive to ensure smooth and immediate transition into work tasks
- Responsible for data collection, tracking and reporting to the Facility Director
- Weekly labor and task efficiency reports and forward looking labor schedules
- Daily task management and resolution of day to day issues/problems that may arise, pulling in the Facility Director or other Directors/resources as needed
- Oversee and manage at minimum, but not limited to the below:
- Raw Materials
- Bulk Materials
- Lab/Concentrates
- Key point of communication with Harvest Team, Lab Team and Cultivation Team
- Work with Master Scheduler to schedule and expedite all outbound/inbound transfers using efficient and cost-effective route creation
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer schedule, raw and bulk goods inventory, and data collection to assist the Facility Director in review and analysis
- Work with line level employees, Supervisors, and Leads to solicit ideas on how to update/improve processes to be incorporated into SOPs or Work Aids
- Assist the Facility Director in management of department budget
- Quarterly and at year-end review of department specific SOPs and processes to ensure accurate, working with the Facility Director to make updates as required
- Monitor and manage hard goods inventory and work with the Facility Director and Supply Chain department to ensure adequate supply line
- Work with Facilities Engineer to ensure any issues (equipment, environment, etc.) are immediately communicated, in addition to working to coordinate projects (priority, timelines, etc.) and business as usual maintenance and waste
- Work with Master Scheduler to continuously advance how Lincoln Processing can assist and improve operations
- Monitor and maintain work areas in accordance with relevant regulations and safety codes, compliance as governed by Illinois Law
- Maintain department ascetics and functionality
- Team management and development, including, but not limited to:
- Development, task standards and expectations, training plan for new tasks and cross training, issue resolution (performance working with Facility Director, intrapersonal working with Human Resources)
- Accountability against performance standards
- Develop Supervisors, Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
- Coordinating with Facility Director and Human Resources to facilitate any hiring, termination, employee issues
- Comprehensive onboarding and training of all employees
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.

- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
- Follow all rules of the road
- Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues
- Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule
- Work in the packaging department as needed
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
- Maintain driver logs

Trimming:
- Responsible for harvesting and trimming Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for accurate record keeping, reporting, and acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries and requests.

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking a Gardener to join our facility. Gardener is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
- Ability to perform the job duties in Green House climates of up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility

The EHS Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Safety supporting the development and implementation of the company-wide safety programs. You will ensure all company operations comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and standards. You will educate employees on best safety practices and advise employees on safety performance improvements.

- Participates in the development and implementation of corporate-wide safety programs such as Hazardous Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory Protection, Fire Prevention and other OSHA safety compliance programs.
- Advises functional areas regarding safety protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Conducts routine and follow-up safety and hazard inspections of corporate facilities.

JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Processing Agent is an essential role for processing harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Trimming:
- Responsible for harvesting and trimming Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMT), coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing, and projects.
- Responsible for managing a team of Facility Maintenance Technicians, including by directing them to repair mechanical equipment and otherwise managing and assigning their work orders.
- Develop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, doors, interior/ exterior lighting, roof, and general premises
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, fencing and building security
- Responsible for the upkeep of maintenance performance log
- Responsible for assigning plumbing, painting, and carpentry work orders to the FMT's
- Responsible for holding keys to every area, ensuring they are always marked and organized
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all vendors and contractors - Landscaping and Snowplow, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Responsible for maintaining inventory list for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools and supplies between properties as required
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and assign the duties to the Facility Maintenance Techs to perform machine repair
- Ability to oversee team, delegate work, and act as liaison between Facility Maintenance Technicians and Facility Project Engineers
- Previous experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified is a plus
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates

- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required

- Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary

- Manage weekly inventory of all facility consumable non-cannabis products: Office, cultivation and processing supplies, Facility PPE, Etc.

Main Purpose of Job
The MMCC procurement specialist is responsible for soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts, according to State Procurement Laws. This position is the full performance level of professional work in agency procurement sourcing and award activities, contract management, procurement systems operations, procurement regulations and policies review, professional procurement training and certification, and procurement business services. Additionally, the procurement specialist will assist the Director of Finance in daily administrative tasks. This position receives general supervision from the MMCC Director of Finance and does not supervise staff.
Job Duties include:
- Drafting agency procedures regarding procurement;
- Developing contract specifications;
- Conducting pre-bid/pre-proposal conferences;
- Examining bid proposals to determine issues of responsiveness and responsibility;
- Conducting bid openings for competitive procurements;

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking a Gardener to join our facility. Gardener is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
- Ability to perform the job duties in Green House climates of up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, developing, and executing the overall maintenance requirements and maintaining proper environments of the cultivation and processing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegate responsibilities and train personnel on standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Ensure proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within the building.
- Ensure proper performance, maintenance, and operation of all cultivation and processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair/replacement.
- Perform repair or general maintenance work on facility, building grounds, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis—including inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, etc.
- Provide coverage for the boiler, HVAC, and facility mechanical systems.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the building both inside and outside.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building safety and security requirements.
- Manage outside contractors for determined outside facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 2 year(s) of facility and equipment maintenance management experience required.
- General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing required.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our facility in Lincoln, IL. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of in-process and finished products, 3rd party testing, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans. Product families may include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, and manufacturing infused products. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and work with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for management of site QA staff.
- Performs in-process sampling and inspection.
- Performs finished product sampling and inspection.
- Performs equipment and product line clearances before production runs.
- Reviews 3rd party testing laboratory results, as necessary.
- Manages and writes customer complaints and product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause, CAPA plans, and implementing solutions with business partners.
- Assist with QMS document writing and revisions, including routing and/or approval of change request packages.
- Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities, as deemed necessary.
- Inspects retain samples, as deemed necessary.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Discusses issues and concerns directly with line personnel and operations management so any corrections and improvements can be made in a timely manner.
- Performs reviews and audits as assigned.
- Collaborates with operational functions to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects, CAPA, and customer complaints. Provides advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidates technical information from operations and manufacturing personnel and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to state regulators. Discuss quality-related issues with state regulators, as needed.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) guidance such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000, if applicable.
- Facilitates creation of and/or updates to product safety plans or product process parameters.
- Provides recommendations for product discontinuation, quarantine, destruction, rework, withdrawal/recall to operations and quality management.
- Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- 5-10% travel to other facilities and states to help with new market launches, training, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree, 5+ years experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: cannabis. healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food). Highly desirable: Cannabis, FDA, HACCP, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) such as BRC, SQF, and FSSC 22000.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function.
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA.
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures.
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing executive summaries and communicating with senior level operations, quality management team, and regulatory agencies.

The Senior Grower will manage the seed start and propagation, transplant, grow and harvest process for the entire indoor farm. What You'll Do
This will be a hands-on role where you will be harvesting and transplanting crops, monitoring and controlling plant nutrition, and managing high-intensity plant production equipment
The Senior Grower will oversee and direct a variety of farm-wide activities:
Establish germination, propagation and growing processes to generate reliable high yield farm output to meet weekly demand
Lead a team of associates to meet production schedules
Coordinate equipment, raw materials, processing tools, training and resource balancing to meet daily seeding, transplanting and harvesting schedules
Establish guidelines for process completion time commitments
Monitors and adjusts irrigation, nutrient, lighting and climate to minimize farm environment variation and optimize plant health and output
Establish and maintains food safe environment and processes including daily cleaning with staff and farm associates
Conducts 24-7 farm grow cycle scheduling and coverage to ensure no farm disruption
Implements strict budgetary controls
Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
Responsible for making sure all employees Comply with GMP/GAPS in the Facility
Responsible for making sure all employees are completing Food Safety tasks (monitoring activities, logs, sanitation duties, etc)
Assist in the maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality system.
Participate in the annual Management review of the Food Safety and quality system
What We're Looking For
Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture, business or other with experience in agriculture
Understanding of plant science, horticulture and plant materials, propagation, pest management, crop production
5+ years experience working in greenhouse or production environment
Ability to implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Agriculture - Knowledge of plant material functionality, plant biology, and plant biochemistry a plus
Experience in a manufacturing (or similar) environment where disciplined process, product quality, on-time deliveries and attention to cleanliness is paramount
Coordination and Supervision - demonstrated experience in leading teams

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team out of our Lincoln, IL location. Our HR Generalist will assist in a wide variety of HR related tasks such as recruiting, benefits, payroll, trainings, and creation/maintenance of policies. The HR Generalist will be responsible for accurate record keeping, reporting, and acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries and requests.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assist the HRBP with fielding all HR related inquiries and requests from employees to ensure a timely response.
- Act as a liaison between all HR functions (talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Assist the benefits department in processing leave of absence requests
- Verify and maintain employee information in all electronic systems to ensure accuracy

- Providing the packaging department with all materials needed at the point of use based on work orders/bills of materials provided
- Accurately recording weights of all product going out to pack
- Follow a first in first out (FIFO) flow of inventory to ensure the shelf life quality of all perishable stock items
- Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned

Job description: A manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all operations of the Museum run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Hotels, restaurants or even privately owned organization may employ managers of this caliber. They are in charge of providing quality service, overseeing Marketing and event preparations, as well as supervising staff.
Duties
A Museum manager coordinates with HR manager regarding recruitment needs, assists in interviewing, hiring, training and firing staff, hold regular meetings with staff, and communicates with an assistant manager about assigned tasks and responsibilities as well as sales targets. The manager also informs staff about unavailable products and services, maintains and implements work procedures to ensure efficiency, orders supplies when necessary and perform cash-up procedures after every shift. Museum managers also update staff members regarding new laws and regulations relevant to business needs, monitor daily stocks, perform price checks; review inventory; implement and control all private event procedures and practices; handle waste disposal; and established a physical presence at the Museum on and off-site.
Education and Training Requirements
A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement of a manager. Those with several years of experience working in a Museum or establishment are what most employers prefer. Management and supervisory experience may also serve as an advantage. Some prestigious museums or organizations may require managers to possess a degree in hospitality management, African American Studies, Business Administration or the completion of a vocational course in a similar field.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Providing excellent customer service skills should be the heart of a manager. He or she must also possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. He must possess leadership skills in order to be an efficient manager. Basic computer skills are also necessary. He or she must be willing to be part of a team as well as be comfortable working alone. Working Conditions
Managers work a standard 40 hours a week. Their work schedules are usually during night and weekends. Handling inventory may require some heavy lifting and carrying as needed. They are often on their feet ensuring all operations are working properly and efficiently inside the Museum. They also engage in friendly conversations all throughout their shift. Managers who work in Museum may be exposed to extreme levels of music and noise due to private events on and off site, but for the most may be a more sophisticated and relaxing environment for a manager.

- All aspects of managing and executing the manufacturing plan to meet specific timelines on a daily, weekly, and monthly horizon including, but not limited to:
- Coordinate pre-setup of work stations every day before workers arrive to ensure smooth and immediate transition into work tasks
- Responsible for data collection, tracking and reporting to the Facility Director
- Weekly labor and task efficiency reports and forward looking labor schedules
- Daily task management and resolution of day to day issues/problems that may arise, pulling in the Facility Director or other Directors/resources as needed
- Oversee and manage at minimum, but not limited to the below:
- Raw Materials
- Bulk Materials
- Lab/Concentrates
- Key point of communication with Harvest Team, Lab Team and Cultivation Team
- Work with Master Scheduler to schedule and expedite all outbound/inbound transfers using efficient and cost-effective route creation
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer schedule, raw and bulk good inventory, and data collection to assist the Facility Director in review and analysis
- Work with line level employees, Supervisors, and Leads to solicit ideas on how to update/improve processes to be incorporate in SOPs or Work Aids
- Assist the Facility Director in management of department budget
- Quarterly and at year-end review of department specific SOPs and processes to ensure accurate, working with the Facility Director to make updates as required
- Monitor and manage hard goods inventory and work with the Facility Director and Supply Chain department to ensure adequate supply line
- Work with Facilities Engineer to ensure any issues (equipment, environment, etc.) are immediately communicated, in addition to working to coordinate projects (priority, timelines, etc.) and business as usual maintenance and waste
- Work with Master Scheduler to continuously advance how Lincoln Processing can assist and improve operations
- Monitor and maintain work areas in accordance with relevant regulations and safety codes, compliance as governed by Illinois Law
- Maintain department ascetics and functionality
- Team management and development, including, but not limited to:
- Development, task standards and expectations, training plan for new tasks and cross training, issue resolution (performance working with Facility Director, intrapersonal working with Human Resources)
- Accountability against performance standards
- Develop Supervisors, Leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
- Coordinating with Facility Director and Human Resources to facilitate any hiring, termination, employee issues
- Comprehensive onboarding and training of all employees

JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals (developed in accordance with the Cultivation Center Business Plan and registered qualifying patient needs) are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department-approved laboratory. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation agents in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
- Coordinates with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality
- Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications, and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for RMD locations
- Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, aboveground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid
- Waste recycling, customer waste management, indoor air quality, integrated pest management, employee training, and disaster preparedness
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- OSHA certified in Safety Training-preferred
- Experience managing a large-scale cultivation operation (preferably not cannabis-related) that has a clean history of compliance
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences
- Demonstrated personnel management experience
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Experience in a position requiring critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities

About the Role:
Do you love working with your hands? GTI is looking for a Harvest Technician to join our cultivation team. The Harvest Technician provides manual labor which supports the post-cultivation activities and operations of our cultivation department. This position will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive individual who can think of no better way to spend the work day than potting, big leafing, and harvesting our cannabis plants with expert care and precision.

- Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste

- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Job Summary:
The Propagation Manager will oversee all propagation tasks in a large-scale indoor cannabis production facility. The Propagation Manager will lead by example with the cultivation team in all aspects including but not limited to propagation, destruction, sanitation and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and/or maintain propagation protocols and nutrient regiment.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance.
- Train the propagation team on SOPs and ensure they are followed.
- Review everything related to crop protection and plant nutrition with the VP, Cultivation.
- Supervise irrigation, fertilization and growing practices, monitor pH and EC on daily basis.
- Manage scheduling and organization to precisely project and meet all propagation needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Work with VP, Cultivation and propagation team to provide an accurate availability of clones as needed.
- Work with the Inventory/METRC team in tracking all plant inventory to ensure all practices are compliant.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees and housekeeping on all propagation areas.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- At least two years of propagation experience and knowledge of commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, air flow, etc.
- Must have knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours per day.
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics is highly preferred.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.

This opportunity occurs at an exciting moment of growth and innovation as President Rodney S. Hanley and his new leadership team are building the strategic vision that will shape the future of LSSU.
Under the direction of the Dean, provide course instruction to students utilizing multiple teaching formats.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) Minimum of 24 contract hours of teaching responsibilities per year.
2.) Provide a minimum of 5 hours devoted to office hours for the purpose of student advising and support.
3.) Participation in professional and scholarly activities, which can include but is not limited to research and dissemination of knowledge through publication, community, or faculty presentations.
4.) Recruitment of students.
5.) Course and program assessment.
6.) University/community service.
Minimum Qualifications
Broad experience in the cannabis industry which includes sufficient business experience through management, entrepreneurship, consultation, or research. While a master’s degree is desired, it is not required if the work experience in the cannabis space is sufficient
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree, DAB, JD, PhD or equivalent in business, management, accounting, business law, economics, finance or closely related field with at least 18 hours of graduate level course work in business.
An ability and willingness to teach across multiple disciplines in business, management, accounting, business law, economics, or finance.
Experience teaching both in person and online courses.
Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands
Typical demands of teaching at the university level exist, with the ability to stand for up to 4 hours in a single class session. The ability to manage the physical demands of 12 credits per semester, with the occasional possibility of overload and night classes.

The Grower Account Manager will need to intimately understand Indigo’s commercial offerings, articulate the benefits of Indigo’s solutions, close the sale with new growers and expand their book of business each quarter. Once the relationship has been established, Grower Account Managers will devote their efforts to delighting their growers with deep knowledge of farm operations, exceptional customer service, selling the complete Indigo portfolio of offerings, and building a long-lasting partnership with growers. The Grower Account Manager will partner with experienced Indigo Subject Matter Experts to enable grower success by maximizing farm profitability.
Responsibilities
- Graduates training certified in effectively communicating Indigo’s mission, technology, services and solutions including Marketplace, Microbiome, Carbon. Demonstrates skill in addressing questions/resistance and closing skills
- Systematically finds and nurtures grower leads whether assigned to them or developed on his/her own through an account-based selling approach
- Expands relationships with growers through a consultative sales approach that gets them to adopt Indigo solutions across the crop lifecycle
- Serves as primary relationship manager for grower-customers and leads grower-facing team of Subject Matter Experts
- Maintains grower accounts, sales stages, important notes, and sales process information in salesforce.com, CRM tool and utilizes other sales enablement technologies provided to them

Purpose:
Design, develop, deliver and maintain all training and educational materials to the Cova staff and customers that ultimately ensures a good customer experience and a consistent adoption of Cova software.
Accountabilities:
- Internal staff training: Creating content for training and the education of internal stakeholders that is consistent across all touch points with customers. This will consist of documentation, video content, and delivery of training in various presentation forms.
- To include onboarding new staff, development of continuing education for internal staff, and New Feature Release training and documentation.
- Provide regular training to those who support and interact with the customers – continuing education.
- Become a Subject Matter expert on the Cova software
- Update and maintain all aspects of the Support & Community page.
- Uploading release notes to the support site once they have been edited to be consumer facing to the support site
- Responding to questions in the community and/ or find someone to answer the questions in the community
- Deliver and improve the 3 Weekly client facing Webinars for our new clients.
- Design, deliver and maintain current documentation and video clips for the Knowledge Base. The KB is one of the most important aspects of Cova training and must be kept current, updated and complete.
- Work with Project/Launch teams to design and deliver Customized Training Plans for Enterprise Clients including needs assessment, training plan and schedule, demonstration, content development (if needed), exercises, and testing.
- This also includes development and delivery of a subset training for Enterprise Super User Training.
- Plan and deliver Ad hoc training webinars for non-enterprise clients including emailing documentation and answering questions via phone, email or webinar.
- Design, deliver and maintain content in a way that is current with the product and services of Cova.
- Develop plans to deliver training content to customers in the most efficient and effective way using a variety of technological approaches. May include use of a Learning Management System.
- Maintain weekly and monthly training department metrics.
- Assist in the development of Seminar content and collateral.
- Development and improvement on the Cova Training Resource Workbook.
- Must keep current on best practices, tools and techniques in Organizational and Adult Learning Theory and/or Organizational Training Management.
Qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking Lab Technician to join our facility. The Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas well as maintains quality control measures. The Extraction agent is also responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including prepping, and packaging.

Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes
- Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, lab equipment, containers, and appliances.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring our facilities remain compliant under state law and will work closely with the Compliance Manager. A successful candidate has the ability apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for various departments and has previous experience monitoring, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Compliance:
- Utilize BioTrack to record product creation, movement, and waste
- Collect, audit, and file required paperwork from all departments to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies
- Collect and file all signed manifests
- Oversee harvest activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Confirm that all new packaging and labeling is compliant prior to distribution
Inventory:
- Perform bi-weekly inventory of plants and processed material
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing processes and procedures to reduce loss in all departments
- Ensure full inventory is completed at all facilities; investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Review all inventory reports and files
Qualifications
- Experience with compliance, ideally in the regulated cannabis industry or another regulated industry, such as alcohol, tobacco, or manufacturing
- Must have the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills; the ability to either predict and/or identify and drive problem/issue to resolution in partnership with stakeholders
- Excellent people and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to successfully explain complex matters and provide persuasive support for positions with internal stakeholders, outside partners, and to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload with tight deadlines

- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.

- Assist Cultivation General Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility

- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

- Responsible for harvesting and trimming Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.

Facility Cleanliness and Quality Control:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean & safe work space and production facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
- Report all quality control issues during harvest to the trim supervisor immediately
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of product trimmed to ensure product identification and quality control.
- Assist Cultivation Team lead with the creation of labels in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to sit and trim for extended time periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals (developed in accordance with the Cultivation Center Business Plan and registered qualifying patient needs) are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department-approved laboratory. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation agents in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
- Coordinates with the upper management team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior product quality
- Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation inputs and supplies
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications, and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for RMD locations
- Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, aboveground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid
- Waste recycling, customer waste management, indoor air quality, integrated pest management, employee training, and disaster preparedness
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- OSHA certified in Safety Training-preferred
- Experience managing a large-scale cultivation operation (preferably not cannabis-related) that has a clean history of compliance
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences
- Demonstrated personnel management experience
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Experience in a position requiring critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations of Cresco Labs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effective time-management and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time

Job Summary
Cresco Labs is seeking a Gardener to join our facility. Gardener is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
Core Job Duties
Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
- Ability to perform the job duties in Green House climates of up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation General Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
- Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
