Role Overview
We are looking for a part time Dispensary Associate who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
The Dispensary Associate will work to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Dispensary Associate assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
As a condition of employment, all newly hired employees of Windy City should be prepared to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work. Role Responsibilities
- Assess individual medical patient needs by asking patients questions regarding their medical conditions and symptoms, carefully listening to patient responses, and further clarifying as needed to determine what type of alternative care might support their conditions
- Participate in continuous training on medical conditions, symptoms, and alternative healing therapies
- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for patients/customers, staff, and visitors
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines as provided in employee training
- Address patient and customer issues, utilizing management when appropriate
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance to internal, local and state policies

- Prevent the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.

Summary

The Cultivation Fertigation Technicians directive is to work with the Cultivation Manager and all team members to ensure the correct operation of the irrigation system throughout the facility. Implementing the plan provided by the Director of Cultivation, and coordinating with the Fertigation Supervisor and Cultivation Manager is critical to the success of the production .

Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for both data input, quality, and audits. This position compiles and verifies inventory records to confirm product compliance requirements are met by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Excel logs in order to ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
- Communicates with processing team in order to create new products in METRC by using information from the Processing records.
- Create METRC Plant Tags for Oil and distillate products in the Operation.
- Check periodically for any products that may have been identified as defective by the Production team in order to keep an updated METRC inventory
- Promptly communicates identified discrepancies to team leads, and documents accordingly. Investigates & participates in correction activities as directed.
- Accurately completes documentation & enters data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains strict adherence to established procedures.
- Participates in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies Advanced METRC and BIOTRACK experience strongly desired

Role Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Clean glassware and sensitive lab equipment, as well as general cleaning of the lab areas.
- Work at an efficient pace in a production environment.
- Lift loads up to 25lbs.
- Operate technical machinery, following company SOPs.
- Perform general maintenance of equipment, tools, and workspace.
- Preparing equipment and plant materials for extraction, including but not limited to dry biomass grinding and fresh biomass packing in a freezer environment.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory, as well as data logs for the various extraction processes.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of our Cultivation & Manufacturing facility in Litchfield, IL. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and will supervise all facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the plant.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.
- Escort all vendors/subcontractors through the facility and supervise all activities.
- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.
- Systems requiring upkeep include an irrigation and fertigation system, environmental controls system, RTU packaged HVAC units with Hepa and Merv filtration, electrical infrastructure including primary power, and a fully equipped Iso 8 pharma processing lab with equipment.
- Maintain all building systems, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
- Work closely with the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing all capital improvement projects.
- Responsibility for receipt and management of all capital assets.
- Work with Cultivation Manager, Lab Manufacturing Director, and Security Director to assure that facilities are maintained to GMP and GAP hygiene standards.
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Director of Security to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
- Effectively negotiate critical services with multiple vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Curaleaf best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and create a safe and pleasant physical work environment.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum three years' facility maintenance management experience.

- Understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards

Job Summary: The objective of the Delivery Driver is to assist the Inventory Manager with the fulfillment team and delivery of product for retail sale. The Delivery Driver will act as part of the team to achieve sales goals and connect our products with patients and customers across the state of Illinois.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work safely in every case and promote safety at every interaction with customers and associates
- Perform scheduled deliveries to dispensary partners across the state of Illinois
- Operate as part of a team and perform assigned duties in assigned team and in other areas
- Able to grasp and understand the processes of fulfillment and all software programs
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the customers, manager, lead, and other team members

Requirements:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
- Responsible for assisting and learning end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
- Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Manager and grow house to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing; or completion of a Technical school program with a certificate is strongly preferred.
- 2 years testing and troubleshooting experience of machinery.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).

Cultivation Associates effectively engage in all aspects of the horticultural production of quality Cannabis flower, such as propagation, fertigation, canopy manipulation, plant health care, trimming, and harvest. The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Adhere to departmental, site, and corporate safety policies
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain PA standards
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assembles secondary packaging and the final product

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.
- Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed.
- Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product.
- Awareness and adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QA regulations.
- Strict adherence to department SOPs and recipes.
- Maintain proper PPE and hygiene.
- Implementation of new systems and processes related to edibles products.
- Lab/prep kitchen environment
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Facility Environment:
- Allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
- Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol.
- All jobs require daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary.

Job Description
The Harvest Supervisor is responsible for managing the harvest and post-harvest activity of cannabis flower production. This position will lead a team of Harvest Associates under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager to ensure daily and weekly harvest and production goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all harvests, weights and measurements; presentation; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility during the harvest and dry process
- Manage inventory of bulk harvested flower using Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Responsible for the QC of plant material from Harvest to Dry to Cure
- Interview and train new associates; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; develop teams and team leads for results and retention
- Manage schedules of staff
- Responsible for maintaining proper environmental conditions in dry and cure rooms to ensure the best quality for finished product
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols
- Coach, mentor, train and direct staff to include issuing disciplinary action and addressing issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity levels through efficiencies in human capital, reduction of material waste, and elimination of downtime; continue to develop and improve safety program and best practices
- Produce appropriate weekly and monthly reports to leadership team
- Liaison with logistics, dispensary operations staff
- Take instructions and help on tasks delegated by the cultivation management team
- Work in a fast-pace environment where major changes are made quickly
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and two years of management experience is preferred and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable
- Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges
- Experience in horticulture, botany, chemistry or related field preferred but not required

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Adhere to departmental, site, and corporate safety policies
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain PA standards
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assembles secondary packaging and the final product
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Familiarity with weights and measures
- Ability to accurately fill out documentation

Role Overview

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. - Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
- Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Manager and grow house to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing; or completion of a Technical school program with a certificate is strongly preferred.

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Technician are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Kitchen Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified customers in Illinois when needed.
The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and package all cannabis infused edibles products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area.
- Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed.
- Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product.
- Awareness and adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QA regulations.
- Strict adherence to department SOPs and recipes.

Curaleaf is a rapidly expanding, multi-state medical cannabis company dedicated to the needs of its patients. The company is seeking a highly motivated manager to join our growing team. The Inventory Manager is an expansion of a current position and will be responsible for ensuring all receiving, delivery/transport, counting, and inventory management systems or processes that are compliant and follow the Illinois State DOA regulations. The Inventory Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations. The individual is also responsible for the implementation of the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls. The Inventory Manager will ultimately be responsible for all inventory and delivery functions related to cannabis oil, cannabis infused products, excipients, containers, packaging, and other controlled inputs throughout the production cycle. All controlled inventory will be maintained within the IL BioTrackTHC Seed to Sale inventory management software program which this position will champion.
Responsibilities:
The Inventory Manager tasks involve inventory accuracy, recording, and compliance in all phases of the production cycle as well as managing the inbound and outbound teams and all materials received and transferred. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a team (receiving, pick and pack, delivery) and prioritize goals to meet department and facility KPI's including pick and pack, warehousing, receiving, delivery, and vault functions.
- Manage components and consumables for the entire facility (lab, offices, break room) including ingredients, raw materials, and packaging supplies
- Support Cannabis production including by-products and waste elimination
- Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Coordinate manufacturing requirements to satisfy customer orders for all products produced with consideration to quality, cost, and on time delivery
- Maintain control over all facility vaults and storage areas
- Control warehouse access and monitor all warehouse transactions
- Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts
- Documentation of daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory and match up for invoicing
- Participate in assessing the company's inventory internal controls to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Prepare and set audit schedules in alignment with the production and cultivation plans
- Assist in performing audits/cycle counts daily or weekly as needed
- Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records
- Ensuring all audits and cycle counts are carried out in accordance to SOP's and records are up to date and accurate.
- Managing State inventory system (BioTrackTHC) for Curaleaf IL facility
- Resolving inventory discrepancies within BioTrack and work with the IL Director of Finance as required
- Perform system adjustments as required and analyse for root cause. Initiate subsequent corrective action
- Analyse data to anticipate future needs
- Work with the DOO to help ensure inventory levels and demand plan are accurate and met.
- Ensuring inventory levels at dispensaries are appropriate by working with Dispensary managers as required
- Work cross-functionally with all departments including Finance, Cultivation, Production, the Lab, Facilities and Supply Chain
- Create weekly and monthly high-level reports for upper management
- Work with Supply Chain and Finance for creation and upkeep of BOMs
- Escalating any production or inventory concerns to site leadership
- Work with State and Private testing labs to secure testing slots, complete accurate chain of custody paperwork, and coordinate deliveries
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- May not be convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statues
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to understand all manufacturing steps and critical control points
- Experienced in auditing processes within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to supervise up to 3 direct reports
- Previous supervisory experience

The MRP Inventory Planner monitors the supply of materials to meet the production
schedules and minimum stock levels, ensuring operational and production continuity. Able to deliver
efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements and coordinate the flow of
work and materials. Maintains a strong relationships internally and externally including the DOO to
ensure supply of materials and labor meets requirements. Work under general supervision, reviewed by
DOO. Decisions and results have an impact on the function and his/her success.
Responsibilities:
- With guidance from Supply Planning Director, develops production and inventory management
- Identify current and potential shortages, develop, and execute recovery, advise interested
- Release manufacturing orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate
- Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials and packaging
- Coordinate material movement between vendors, dispensaries, warehouse, and production
- Assist in the development, implementation, analysis, and coordination of the master production
- Setup and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations
- Periodically evaluates safety stock levels to ensure customer service levels and net working
- Reports monthly to members of the S&OP process the current stock position and any periods of
- Develop, track, and improve key performance metrics consistent with business objectives
- Assist in providing the site capacity plans on a 4-week and 13-week basis
Compliance
- Work with compliance team to draft forms/processes to maintain departmental compliance
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field

Job Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently remove leaf and stem from cut plant material
- Rigorously track material lots, including weighing, labelling, containing, and transporting
- Accurately grade plant material by hand and instrument
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials and workspaces, including adherence to hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate reliability, integrity, courtesy, and a positive attitude
- Document, assess, evaluate and enhance your work performance and horticultural professionalism
- Effectively communicate issues to the management team to ensure smooth operations within the department and company.

DUTIES:
- Perform all tasks throughout the cycle of the grow including: cloning (asexual reproduction), transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management
- Maintain grow warehouse protocols and nutrient regiment
- Manage cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs via transplanting, pruning and fertilizing with oversight from the department managers
- Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep garden green and expenses low
- Cataloging and analyzing each individual strain from clone to flower to harvesting
- Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Maintain a clean sanitized and organized work environment
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
- Collaborate with management staff to provide timely reporting to owners.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with a commercial cannabis, Agricultural, or landscaping facility/company preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics strongly preferred, though a strong agricultural background may be considered
- Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, humidity manipulation, air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Knowledge of different strains of cannabis and their unique growing demands desired
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Ability to keep to a tight schedule
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient with computers
- Experience with Seed-to-Sale programs or POS programs a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Role Overview
In this newly created role, our Director of Cultivation will oversee all cultivation activities within the state of Illinois. Role Responsibilities
- Oversee cultivation tasks and processes from propagation through dry, trim and cure
- Manage cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations within the state
- Ensure that the cultivation center adheres to all state regulatory compliance standards and maintains proper documentation
- Responsible for creating baseline nutrient mixes that will maximize plant health, and for ensuring proper application within the cultivation center
- Maintain a clean and organized cultivation center with proper inventory of all cultivation supplies
- Ensure optimal plant health while maximizing yields by maintaining proper pruning, plant training, and trimming processes and procedures
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience overseeing and managing a large-scale cannabis cultivation center; 5 plus years in a cannabis management position preferred
- 5 plus years of experience of managing people in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in horticulture, plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Counselor who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
The Patient Counselor will work to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Patient Counselor assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess individual patient needs by asking patients questions regarding their medical conditions and symptoms, carefully listening to patient responses, and further clarifying as needed to determine what type of alternative care might support their conditions
- Participate in continuous training on medical conditions, symptoms, and alternative healing therapies
- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for patients, staff, and visitors
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines as provided in employee training
- Address patient issues, utilizing the Patient Services Manager when appropriate
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance to internal, local and state policies
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure the accuracy of the assigned cash register
- Prevent the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients
- Communicate regularly with the Patient Services Manager to satisfy department needs and patient feedback
- Maintain the overall appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the department and service counter areas
- Attend daily pre-opening meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Services Manager
Role Requirements
- One year or more prior experience in retail sales or similar environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical cannabis strains and applications
- Prior experience working within the medical cannabis industry
- Prior experience working with medical patients
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer operating skills
- Basic math skills
- Passion to serve people with debilitating conditions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

DUTIES:
- Perform all tasks throughout the cycle of the grow including: cloning (asexual reproduction), transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management
- Maintain grow warehouse protocols and nutrient regiment
- Manage cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs via transplanting, pruning and fertilizing with oversight from the department managers
- Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep garden green and expenses low
- Cataloging and analyzing each individual strain from clone to flower to harvesting
- Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Maintain a clean sanitized and organized work environment
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary
- Collaborate with management staff to provide timely reporting to owners.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with a commercial cannabis, Agricultural, or landscaping facility/company preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics strongly preferred, though a strong agricultural background may be considered
- Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, humidity manipulation, air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Knowledge of different strains of cannabis and their unique growing demands desired
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Ability to keep to a tight schedule
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient with computers
- Experience with Seed-to-Sale programs or POS programs a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a state issued cultivation badge, which includes passing a background check free of felony convictions

Greenhouse Group is looking for a skilled Receptionist and Security Associate at our facility in Litchfield, IL. Receptionist and Security Associates are the face of our organization and the first people our visitors interact with. As such, these associates must not only be focused on the security and protection of the facility and staff but also be comfortable setting the stage for a pleasant, compliant, and safe experience for our visitors.
Role Responsibilities
- Access control for high security areas within the facility
- Greet staff, visitors and vendors to ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable in the space
- Check in staff, visitors, and vendors while ensuring they are pre-approved by the state to enter the facility
- Receive and direct all incoming phone calls
- Assist with general facility issues
- Monitor CCTV for suspicious/illegal activity and monitoring internal/external foot traffic

Role Overview
In this newly created role, our Director of Cultivation will oversee all cultivation activities within the state of Illinois. This person will manage our Illinois cultivation teams while reporting to our Illinois General Manager. He or she will also work closely with other locational managers and directors in order to execute the company’s overall cultivation strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee cultivation tasks and processes from propagation through dry, trim and cure
- Manage cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations within the state
- Ensure that the cultivation center adheres to all state regulatory compliance standards and maintains proper documentation
- Responsible for creating baseline nutrient mixes that will maximize plant health, and for ensuring proper application within the cultivation center
- Maintain a clean and organized cultivation center with proper inventory of all cultivation supplies
- Ensure optimal plant health while maximizing yields by maintaining proper pruning, plant training, and trimming processes and procedures
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience overseeing and managing a large-scale cannabis cultivation center; 5 plus years in a cannabis management position preferred
- 5 plus years of experience of managing people in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in horticulture, plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences preferred

In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing. This person will be responsible for maintaining and following Grassroots Cannabis cultivation procedures.

- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product

Responsibilities
The Assurance Senior Associate works directly with Managers and Partners of the firm. We help our Assurance Senior Associates grow and develop their career through collaborative workgroups and mentoring across peers and managers.
