Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Sylmar, Jefferson Park, and Canoga Park Locations. As the Maintenance Technician, provide a safe and well-maintained store environment for customers and employees. This role will support the Maintenance Manager to ensure stores are ready for business daily.
Job responsibilities:
- Keeping the facility and maintenance area clean, organized, and safe.
- Keeping our facilities in world class condition
- Maintaining the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds
- Follow work instructions and OSHA safety rules, including the use of all PPE and other safety equipment in an industrial environment.
- Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, detect and replace defective items, test and make final adjustments for high-speed production equipment.
- Maintain technical knowledge by actively participating in continuous training.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist with administrative task such as parts ordering, PO# creation, vendor management, and attending relevant job meetings/project meetings, etc.
- Communicate, coordinate, and assist in work with outside contractors, vendors, and Property Managers/Landlords.

Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee multiple locations but will be stationed at our Canoga Park facility. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be the one to ensure that the maintenance department has the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process, and health & safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, training, and managing maintenance technicians. The maintenance manager will be required to work with contractors and engineers to facilitate repairs and maintenance and include project planning for major overhauls and repair projects. This role will also require interfacing with different city and state regulatory agencies for annual inspections.
Job responsibilities:
- Continuous oversight and training of operations and maintenance techs in area of maintenance.
- Ability to be hands on and perform repair and maintenance task with the team.
- Ownership of central maintenance system including work order planning, scheduling, and parts procurement. (Experience in MaintainX or equivalent is preferred)
- Management of contractors, vendors, and oversee the execution of the work.
- Ensure all activities are performed safely and that the facilities are well maintained and in compliant state.
- Continuous learning of processing and packaging processes through hands on training.

In this role, you will own the budget and performance of the beverage line within DeltaBev. Leading daily meetings, creating and executing action plans to meet critical metrics, troubleshooting process concerns on the fly, leading technicians across multiple job functions, influencing change, and growing technically and as a leader are all elements of this great opportunity.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee the commissioning of the equipment.
- Responsible for leading the staffing plan execution.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; motivating, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- Provide direction and own the SOP development in all areas related to the beverage line.
- Be actively involved and at times lead the HACCP plan execution.
- Execute to a cGMP plan.
- Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality.
- Responsible for financial performance of area.
- Oversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibility.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed.

Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee multiple locations but will be stationed at our Canoga Park facility. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be the one to ensure that the maintenance department has the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process, and health & safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, training, and managing maintenance technicians. The maintenance manager will be required to work with contractors and engineers to facilitate repairs and maintenance and include project planning for major overhauls and repair projects. This role will also require interfacing with different city and state regulatory agencies for annual inspections.
Job responsibilities:
- Continuous oversight and training of operations and maintenance techs in area of maintenance.
- Ability to be hands on and perform repair and maintenance task with the team.
- Ownership of central maintenance system including work order planning, scheduling, and parts procurement. (Experience in MaintainX or equivalent is preferred)
- Management of contractors, vendors, and oversee the execution of the work.
- Ensure all activities are performed safely and that the facilities are well maintained and in compliant state.
- Continuous learning of processing and packaging processes through hands on training.
- Lead and coach teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
- Manage highly automated, complex processes in a fast paced and high energy environment.
- Identify areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets.
- Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality.
Job Requirements:

About the Job:
As a manufacturing supervisor, the individual will work with the Director of Operations to efficiently allocate labor and resources to ensure commercial demand and manufacturing schedule is met. The position will oversee the start-up, production, and shut-down of operations, completion of assigned production runs including, but not limited to equipment and operator safety, quality control checks, proper supplies and PPE, instruction on equipment operations, production reporting, maintaining & improving line efficiencies, and overall packaging related skillsets. The team members will process cannabis flower to create edibles, concentrates, topicals, and packaged flower goods, abiding by policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Duties will include the following:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing and packaging.
- Run day-to- day operations and lead flower and edibles team to success on KPIs, demand fulfillment, safety, waste reduction, and quality.

About the Job:

Position Summary: The selected candidate will report to Director of R&D. The role of the Research Assistant I will be to help in a variety of tasks including product development, quality assurance, agronomy and breeding activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Working with interdisciplinary teams as appropriate to understand on-going processes and product specifications
- Preparing and/or updating standard operating procedures
- Collect and label material samples for internal and external testing
- Using lab equipment to test raw material or intermediate products, including, but not limited to, scales, microscopes, environmental sensors, and mid-infrared testing equipment
