Job Purpose

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop websites using WordPress and WooCommerce
- Must be able to design a new website layout using WordPress themes from initial design concept to launch, in a fast-paced environment
- Design and implement new features, functionalities, and plugins
- Employ best practices for UI/UX Design
- Having experience of working with Amazon is a plus
- Control quality and verify that all web pages are responsive on popular web browsers, platforms, and devices
- Integrate and update content
- Modify/edit/debug basic HTML and CSS
- Concept and develop other marketing collateral such as landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, logos, brand identities, infographics, sell sheets, eGuides, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, print ads, postcards, and other collateral as needed

The Senior Director of eCommerce will report to the Vice President, Retail Marketing with frequent collaboration amongst wholesale marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and senior leadership teams. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Leadership and management of the eCommerce team across retail and wholesale business units
- Lead the development of near and long-term digital strategies to create a best-in-class ecommerce ecosystem that supports Cresco Lab's overall business imperatives and annual operating plan
- Grow and optimize a digital environment that effectively represents the company's brands, provides a frictionless shopping experience, attracts new customers, and increases the lifetime value of existing customers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years leading eCommerce businesses in retail or direct-to-consumer space, with a focus on multi-channel environments
- Comfortability working within a highly collaborative cross-functional environment, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive revenue and profitability
- Experience building seamless consumer journeys between online and in-store touchpoints

- Assess wholesale orders and evaluate ability of team to meet proposed deadlines
- Assess production department spending and create monthly spending reports of consumables, input materials, and periodic equipment purchases.
- Manage time efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Oregon food handlers is mandatory and must be obtained once hired. Prior Professional Kitchen Experience, Management, Hemp Industry, and/or product production experience is required. Must also have general administrative office skills, and knowledge or experience with programs: Microsoft Office (including Excel), Asana (project management), and Slack (internal communication).

- Managing successful growth and troubleshooting of Amazon and Shopify stores.
- Responsible for key business analysis including marketplace / business conditions, share trends, competitive assessment, packaging, promotional evaluation, product assortment, SKU rationalization, pricing/sizing analysis, and market research analysis and implications that drive sales.
- Deeply understands the categories of the brand and how it competes: financially, at retail, on the digital shelf and in the eyes of the consumer.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the online merchandising plan, including promotions, cross-sells and up-sells, email merchandising, and mark down plans on company-owned sites and approved marketplaces.
- Manage item listings and coordinate content and marketing mix in various marketplaces.
- Set and manage KPI’s, including sales, gross margin, return-on-investment, sell-through rate, category conversion, average order value, cart abandonment rates and additional metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with the product, catalog, and marketing teams to order products and ensure timely setup of new products and advertising plans.
- Implement focused merchandise assortments by category and continuously evaluate, analyze, and adjust assortments based on performance and sales trends.
- Manage site taxonomy/navigation for categories and build product collections to drive sales.
- Use web analytics tools to evaluate promotions and react accordingly for items under management.
- Responsible for merchandising related budgeting and expense management.
- Proactively monitor market and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Review Ratings and Review data; respond directly, or collaborate with merchants, product Directors and customer service to ensure timely responses when needed, use learnings to benefit planning, and share with cross-functional departments that would benefit from this information.
- Meet sales and profitability measures and effectively manage the merchandising team responsible for the growth of the entire product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG/CPG Industry a plus; knowledge of the vaping and cannabis industry is desired.
- Experience managing Amazon 3P marketplace (FBA & FBM) accounts and Shopify stores.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, performance marketing, DAM, PIM, CRM, campaign optimization and the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience working with Shopify and/or other ecommerce platforms.
- BA/BS in a related field with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in setting and managing to eCommerce KPI’s, as well as the ability to interpret web analytics and optimize merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Prior team management required.
- Experience in and a deep understanding of Amazon and eBay marketplaces.

JOB SUMMARY:
The eCommerce Sales Manager will own the brand’s online business at leading Omnichannel Retailers like Walmart, as well as the full business at pure-play eCommerce sites like Amazon and Thrive Market. We are the Robust Motor Company, based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Our team consists of professionals with years of experience in the trimming industry. We have a distribution warehouse in Oakland, CA, where all of the product testing, design and distribution takes place. We have been around for 5 years now, creating different products in the cannabis industry.
Our flagship product is Trim-Daddy power scissors, a device specifically used to trim flowers and herbs.
We are looking for a marketing and ecommerce professional who is passionate about taking a product to the next level. This is ideal for someone who has a background in marketing that is interested in working in a start-up environment to test the effectiveness of their initiatives and develop the tenacity of a learn-grow-repeat approach.
This is a hybrid customer-facing role and requires daily communication with customers, site visitors and internal team members about product information and order inquiries. You should have effective, engaging and positive communication skills with experience in problem-solving and customer service.

The Director of Ecommerce is a high-impact leader responsible for the vision and strategy for Green Thumb’s digital presence. This individual will work cross-functionally to build greenfield platforms across ecommerce, customer relationship management, mobile, CRM and retail, developing a cohesive, world-class digital experience for Green Thumb’s customers across all brands. The Director of Ecommerce reports directly to the Chief Information Officer, with high visibility to the rest of the Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities
- Lead a cohesive strategy for Green Thumb’s digital strategy across retail, wholesale, ecommerce, social, CRM and mobile
- Define the function’s organizational structure, and recruit and develop a high-performance team
- Manage the departmental budget
- Helps to define the Digital Marketing, CRM and social strategy
- Elevate the understanding of ecommerce across the Green Thumb organization and different brands
- Develop a state-of-the-art website for Green Thumb brands to compete and provide omni-channel experience to customers

- Optimize integration between new and existing retail applications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science is required
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with eCom platforms like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud /Demandware
- 5+ yrs of experience with ecommerce/Web Full stack development experience (ideally with SFCC / Demandware, Magento, or other similar platform)
- 2+ years of team management across digital marketing, creative and customer service teams.
- 10+ years ecommerce experience, preferably in the retail or CPG space
- Develop and implement media strategy working with media agencies to drive consumer awareness and engagement (Digital Media, SEO, SEM, Social, Affiliate.)
