About the Position:
The Ecommerce Hospitality Associate is responsible for being the point for customers placing telephone orders and those requiring customer assistance with our E-commerce services. The Ecommerce Hospitality Associate must actively provide exceptional customer service while adhering to Garden of Eden store policy and state compliance. Customers may have questions regarding various products. It is up to the Ecommerce Hospitality Associate to know how to best serve them. As such, this position requires a working knowledge of Garden of Eden products and merchandise which includes regular product training. The Ecommerce Hospitality Associate position is an entry-level position and reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager and Chief of Staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound support requests by talking, texting, chatting and emailing with customers
- Utilize software's to provide outbound communications to guests.
- Monitor fulfillment dashboard to ensure process continuity from verification pending to Packed & Ready
- Build orders for customers
- Provide continuous feedback on the development of functional structures by reporting any issues and success to the Manager on Duty
- Assign orders to drivers, and follow-up till it's completed
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Stay updated on and provide clients with accurate knowledge of product price points and all aspects of cannabis operations (legal, regulatory, technology, and research).
- De-escalate situations involving upset or angry customers.
- Pulling stock, building orders, binning orders, and coordinating delivery orders with drivers with great accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for dispatching all delivery orders to Drivers in a timely fashion.
- Utilize Treez and Dispatch software to pack, assign and track orders.
- Ensure all orders are assigned.
- Report customer service and driver incidents.
- Engage with support resources as needed.
- Follow escalation protocols.
- Responsible for managing delivery driver flow.
- Ensure drivers have the correct orders.
- Maintain the driver equipment inventory.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Reconciliation of Delivery Driver debit totals.
- Document driver incidents.
- Maintain/assign dynamic driver Inventory
Work Environment:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least eight (8) hours
- Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, and crouch in order to access products
- Visual acuity needed for viewing screens and fine print
- Manual dexterity needed for data entry
- Consistent moderate background noise level
- The ability to stare at a computer screen for an extended period
Requirements:
- Must be at least age 21. Must successfully pass fingerprinting and a criminal background check.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform under pressure and multitasking
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Some call center and dispatch experience
- Capable of using Treez, and delivery logistics software effectively.
- The ability to process detail under pressure.
- Attention to completeness.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to guide and direct drivers while at the depot.
- Must be available to work weekends.
