Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled maintenance activities (PMs, inspections, etc.).
- Assist with unscheduled maintenance repairs as instructed.
- Cleaning combustible dust while following safety procedures
- Duties would include, but not limited to, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabrication.
- Assists with repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and testing of electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment.
- Inspects functional and structural parts in devices or equipment.
- Inspects equipment and diagnose and/or report trouble or malfunctions.
- Assist with the installs power, light, electronic and control circuits.
- Operates electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices.
- Must be able to accurately complete all administrative paperwork.
- Must adhere to and create a safe work culture/environment.
- Support all company policies and procedures including 5S and focused work teams.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Basic Skills; Critical thinking, reading comprehension, communication, basic calculations.
- Complex problem-solving skills: problem identification, information gathering and organizing, idea generation and evaluation.
- Technical skills: Willingness and desire to learn.
- Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance.
- Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude is required.
- Scissor lift experience required
- Must be dependable and safety oriented.
- Must be flexible in working hours including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required.

Job Purpose
The Print Technician will be responsible for full operation of the VanDam dry offset printers, troubleshooting, problem solving, and routine maintenance on the VanDam dry offset printers. The Print Technician will also be assisting with the coaching and developing Print Operators to ensure efficient operations in the Printing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dry offset printing machines and provide breaks to Operators

Job Purpose
The purpose of a Utility Operator/Packer is to own the responsibility of reading packing sheets, quality inspecting product coming out of a production machine, and loading product into boxes and onto pallets. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 40lbs as necessary. Although there is no quota to obtain, you would be required to work at a steady speed to keep up with production.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished product from Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Co-Ex, Vacuum, or Printing/Branding
- Separate defected product and set in designated area for recycling
- Package good quality product according to company standards
- Read packing sheets that guide you on how many pieces of product go into a box or onto a pallet
- Utilize a step ladder throughout your shift
- Shrink wrap boxes and pallets
- Label boxes and pallets in preparation for shipping
- Operator a manual pallet jack
- Move finished pallets with pallet jack to designated area for Material Handlers
- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers

The purpose of the Human Resources Generalist is to work closely with the Sr. Human Resources Manager along with a complete Human Resources Team assisting with meeting business objectives while providing customer service to our employees within the organization. The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate various Human Resources activities including compensation, labor relations, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing necessary employee and management training
- Maintain employee records related to termination, LOA, transfers, reviews, employment status, disciplinary, and promotions within HRIS systems
- Provide answers to employees pertaining to questions related to HR policies/standards, changes, and laws/regulations. Escalate issues or concerns to Sr. Human Resources Manager as required

This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. - Operates thermoforming, extrusion, packaging, and material handling equipment as required in a safe and professional manner
- The ability to occasionally lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds
- Observes and always follow and model all safety policies and procedures
- Monitors machines or equipment for alarms, indicators, and or unusual sounds to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with leads to diagnose problem or repair machine
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Advanced Machine Operator is to perform full and comprehensive operation of extrusion and/or thermoforming manufacturing machines to produce company products of the highest quality. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates thermoforming, extrusion, packaging, and material handling equipment as required in a safe and professional manner
- The ability to occasionally lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds
- Observes and always follow and model all safety policies and procedures
- Monitors machines or equipment for alarms, indicators, and or unusual sounds to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with leads to diagnose problem or repair machine
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
- Leads by example and performs all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Corporate EHS Manager is to manage the Company’s Environmental Health and Safety policies, procedures, and reporting, ensuring that the company lives up to its value of making safety our number one priority. The position will be responsible for overseeing the safety at all facilities, located in Ohio, Florida, Nevada, and Ontario, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop company-wide safety and environmental regulatory policies, processes, programs, and trainings that improve safety of organization for all Company employees including temporary employees, contractors, and visitors
- Work with sites to identify existing or potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measure
- Implement and maintain a best-in-class Behavior Based Safety Program with safety audits
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Departments to ensure machinery, tooling and equipment is safe and ergonomically sound
- Work closely with Human Resources at each location in regard to workers compensation, training, and OSHA logs/records
- Lead the investigation and reporting for all Near-Miss, First-Aid, Incidents, and Accidents involving injuries and/or property damage with the operation teams; Review corrective actions and follow-up to ensure that the Company is taking appropriate action
- Oversee various HSE auditing and site risk assessment initiatives
- Oversee site security programs at all locations
- Develop annual Company safety and health goals
- Participate in equipment reviews, including process hazard analyses, operator training, etc.
- Supports plant personnel in selection of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Promotes safety and health awareness through internal Company memos, meetings, and newsletters
- Coordinates and participates in safety team meeting content and discussions at each location
- Track, report and analyze HSE-related KPIs and share trends and suggestions with plant manager to pro-actively correct or improve HSE performance
- Prepare responses to OSHA citations and manages abatement process as required; Maintain and update the requirements of OSHA required plans (Lockout Tagout, Hot Work, Respiratory protection, Confined Space, Electrical Safety Standards, Hearing Conservation, Hazard Communication, Etc.)
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports by the required deadlines (OSHA logs, Form R, Tier II, Annual emissions inventory, etc.)
- Plan and implement periodic employee events that promote awareness, encourage celebration for HSE achievements/milestones, and help to build a safety-focused culture

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in safety, engineering, or related sciences required

- Understanding of federal, state, and local occupational safety and health regulations and monitors regulatory changes

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Senior Human Resources Benefit Administrator is to provide front-line generalist support at a corporate level while working closely with the Senior Human Resources Benefit Manager in supporting all areas of Benefit Administration, Benefit Initiatives, Worker’s Compensation, Employee Relations, and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual open enrollment process for all locations including Ohio, Florida, Nevada, Canada
- Manage benefit renewal implementation process for all locations
- Coordinate and facilitate Wellness Initiatives for all location while working with HR Business Partners at designated locations
- Work with vendors and brokers regarding Cobra, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits
- Coordinate and facilitate a variety of employee meetings and engagement events
- Reconciles monthly benefit invoices
- Provide support to employees surrounding benefit programs, HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
- Ability to run various reports and update data analytics
- Conduct new hire orientation for salaried employees
- Manage employee changes in HRIS system
- Work alongside payroll to ensure HRIS system is up to date for seamless payroll process
- Provides Human Resource generalist support in areas such as staffing, employee relations, training/development, and other related areas.
- Complete day-to-day administration of human resource programs including completing all the necessary paperwork to enroll, terminate and modify employee records.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Sr. Benefits Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 – 5 years of Human Resources Benefits experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Purpose
The purpose of a Utility Operator/Packer is to own the responsibility of reading packing sheets, quality inspecting product coming out of a production machine, and loading product into boxes and onto pallets. This position requires you to work in a warm temperature environment throughout your shift. You would be required to obtain a full range of motion from standing, reaching, moving, bending, and lifting 40lbs as necessary. Although there is no quota to obtain, you would be required to work at a steady speed to keep up with production.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect finished product from Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Co-Ex, Vacuum, or Printing/Branding
· Separate defected product and set in designated area for recycling
· Package good quality product according to company standards
· Read packing sheets that guide you on how many pieces of product go into a box or onto a pallet
· Utilize a step ladder throughout your shift
· Shrink wrap boxes and pallets
· Label boxes and pallets in preparation for shipping
· Operator a manual pallet jack
· Move finished pallets with pallet jack to designated area for Material Handlers
· Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers
Qualifications and Experience
· Must adhere to all safety guidelines and fosters a safe work culture
· Must have ability to work in a team-oriented environment
· Must be able to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills
