Frontier Grow Labs is a cannabis cultivation located in the North Pole. We have been in the legal industry since 2016. We are a team that appreciates comradery, hard work, self motivation, and excellent communication. Frontier Grow Labs prioritizes quality product and proper handling processes above all else.
For the harvest portion of the position you will be helping the team cut down and weigh plants, remove excess fan leaves and prepare plants for curing and drying. Once they are properly dried, plants must be "bucked down" which includes removing buds from stems and properly storing them. Once it is finished curing, you will be helping trim the bud by hand as well as sorting and processing the material. We also make our own pre-rolls in-house so you will be helping the team with all the steps involved in this process including running the pre-roll machine, weighing, twisting & packing pre-rolls. The most important thing to us is consistent good quality!
Occasionally members of the harvest and processing team will assist with other projects, including cleaning and helping our cultivation team during high workload. This position is an excellent opportunity for potential future advancement!

Prior knowledge isn't necessarily required. - Confirm that each plant is tagged, that the tag has the appropriate information, and is marked with the designated trimmer number.
- Follow standard operating procedures including but not limited to: methods of trimming, proper sequencing and tools, proper handling of plants, product, and waste materials.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Perform duties in accordance with QA hand washing standards and use disposable nitrile gloves when handling product.
