Cannabis Kitchen Technician
Job Summary:
The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for day-to-day operations within the MIP/cGMP certified facility including the production, cooking, weighing ingredients, and packaging of edibles produced by Colorado Cannabis Company. The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for cleaning and facility upkeep while adhering to all company policy and MED Industry regulations to include maintaining the cGMP certification of the facility. The Kitchen Production Associate is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. This position involves multiple parts of a dynamic process. This is a full time position with a set schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the Cannabis Kitchen Manager is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively
- The Cannabis Kitchen Technician is responsible for consistent, sanitary and safe production and packaging of infused cannabis products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced
- Ensure that production work is performed by following standard operating procedures.
- Measure ingredients and products accurately so that optimal levels of production are met.
- Perform a series of preventive and general maintenance tasks on production equipment and tools.
- Weigh and store finished products ensuring that all pertinent information is recorded in logs.
- Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging, and product logging for accurate inventory control.
- Responsible for proper use, maintenance, and sanitation of designated equipment.
- Process finished product to desired company standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and material.
- Adhere to all work safety requirements.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Previous experience working within a MIP operation is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations through guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and appropriate controls and audits are in place to secure data and processing integrity.
- Ensure that all production paperwork is filled out completely every shift, all products are labeled and dated, and all information is correctly entered into kitchen production log(s).

Distillation Technician
Job Summary:
The Distillation Technician will assist with the production of high quality cannabis distillate along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Distillation Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary, and safe production of CO2 oil-derived distillate utilizing company policies to successfully uphold the quality and consistency of all products produced. The individual has the responsibility of winterizing, isolating, and purifying cannabinoids using various distillation and purification techniques.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the CCC Management Team is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively.
- Responsible for using various methods to process supercritical CO2 oil into high quality cannabis distillate utilizing short-path distillation.
- This includes, but is not limited to techniques involving winterization, filtration, extraction, separation, and distillation.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or related field.
- Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
- Extensive hands on experience with the extraction, purification, and isolation of various compounds, preferably including cannabinoids.
- One to two years of experience with hemp and MMJ oil processing, winterization, and short path distillation.
- Colorado MED Badge, METRC certified.
- ServSafe certified.
- Support and maintain facility cGMP Certification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and tend to equipment and various instruments according to SOPs.
- Physically operate the system and perform short path distillation.
- Understand and perform tasks utilizing fundamental principles in chemistry like extraction, separation, filtration, and distillation.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures, and be familiar with using and balancing scales.
- Perform all necessary equipment maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Observe and listen to equipment to detect possible malfunctions, such as leaks or fractures, and report malfunctions to supervisors.
- Ensure that the production space is organized, clean, and sanitary throughout daily operations.
- Log and track all pertinent information for each post processing responsibility.
- Use METRC to be able to create and modify tags for a variety of products and purposes.
- Use critical thinking and deductive reasoning to identify and analyze problems, and come up with creative solutions.
- Work collectively with other team members to come up with novel ideas and techniques to improve current processes.
- Stay up to date with cutting edge purification and distillation techniques through various digital and print media.
- Exercise extreme caution and attention to detail around the scientific glassware to prevent breakage.
- Follow all safety protocols put into place for machine operation every time.
- Fully comply with MED regulations at all times.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Position: Inventory Specialist
Position Objective:
The Inventory Specialist will oversee the majority of inventory and transportation management activities within the facility. This individual will coordinate and ensure the comprehensive and timely documenting and reporting of all inventory management and transporting activities. The Inventory Specialist will also maintain facility compliance and security with regard to inventory tracking and transportation and create and implement inventory management procedures that will enhance both. This position will be expected to manage, account for, and report all inventory management activities to the Facility Director and will also report necessary data in Metrc.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess expert leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets Formatting
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communications, reporting, documenting, counting, and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated state, and local municipal laws and regulations.

Job Summary:
The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging oil and infused products into individual size denominations. Job Summary:
The Distillation Technician will assist with the production of high quality cannabis distillate along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Distillation Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary, and safe production of CO2 oil-derived distillate utilizing company policies to successfully uphold the quality and consistency of all products produced. Experience / Knowledge Required:
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or related field.
- Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
- Extensive hands on experience with the extraction, purification, and isolation of various compounds, preferably including cannabinoids.
- One to two years of experience with hemp and MMJ oil processing, winterization, and short path distillation.
- Colorado MED Key or Support Badge, METRC certified.
- ServSafe certified.

Pure Dispensary is looking for an outgoing and detail oriented individual for a reception position at our dispensary.
This position is the first impression of the dispensary so it is important to be outgoing and patient with customers.

Job Summary:
The Extraction Technician will assist with the production of high quality cannabis extracts along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory, machinery and equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Production Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced. The individual has the responsibility of extracting cannabinoids using various extraction techniques.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the CCC Management Team is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively.
- Responsible for extracting and processing cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis plant material into a concentrated form using solvent based processes.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or related field.
- Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
- Extensive hands on experience with purification, separation, and crystallization of various compounds, preferably including cannabinoids.
- One to two years of experience with hemp and MMJ oil processing, winterization, distillate and separation.
- Colorado MED Badge, METRC certified.
- ServSafe certified.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observe and listen to equipment to detect possible malfunctions, such as leaks or plugging, and report malfunctions or undesirable tastes to supervisors
- Set up, operate, and tend equipment and various instruments according to SOPs
- Turn valve controls to start equipment and to adjust operation to maintain product quality
- Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales
- Press switches and turn knobs to start, adjust, and regulate equipment pressures to produce the ideal CO2 extraction environment within the closed loop system
- Record production and test data for each product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle, and pressures during the extraction process
- Examine product samples during production to evaluate quality, color, and texture and document the results
- Perform all necessary equipment maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Ensure that the production space is tidy, clean, and sanitary throughout daily operations
- Able to explain the process from originating material through the extraction and purge, in a simplified and clear manner
- Complete all necessary inventory tracking paperwork for both prep and extraction
- Physically operate the system and perform the extraction
- Follow all safety protocols put into place for machine operation every time
- Tends solvent extraction equipment and non-solvents refinement equipment that extracts and refines oil from a variety of cannabis plant material.
- Responsible for decarboxylation and extraction of cannabinoids from cannabis.
- Perform other official duties as assigned.

- Work collectively with other team members to come up with novel ideas and techniques to improve current processes.
- Stay up to date with cutting edge purification and distillation techniques through various digital and print media.
- Exercise extreme caution and attention to detail around the scientific glassware to prevent breakage.
- Follow all safety protocols put into place for machine operation every time.
- Fully comply with MED regulations at all times.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

- Ensures lab users have been trained on the correct use of the lab equipment, implementing corrective action for employees not following safety policies/procedures that have been established for the lab.
- Strong knowledge of decarboxylation, winterization and short path distillation/fractional distillation. Conduct research and develop new formulas and new innovative ways of streamlining production processes. Act as a subject matter expert when verifying standard operating procedures
