Overview: Free Rain Farms is a 1-acre glass commercial greenhouse facility. We are seeking someone who is hard working with a positive attitude, detailed, and interested in being part of a dedicated cultivation team. This is a full-time position that may require you to be on your feet moving all day.
The job will requires a keen eye for detail and be the ability to focus on a single task for multiple hours. Daily consistency and reliability are key requisites. The applicant must be here at the scheduled time and be ready to work everyday. We are looking for someone with patience and finds satisfaction in the long process from beginning to end; who enjoys watching their hard work yield positive results over multiple months for each crop.

Description and qualification
Free Rain Farm’s Veg Manager is in charge of overseeing the veg and propagation operation. They will be responsible for coordinating crop flow, compliance, plant health, and training, along with all other duties that need to be completed to ensure a smooth workflow and maximize production.
Applicants need to have a passion and a good understanding of cultivating cannabis. They should have strong communication skills, have a positive personality, work great in teams, and a motivated self-starter.
Ideal candidates have an understanding of how glass greenhouses operate and know how to operate Priva systems. They see the big picture of what needs to happen and can prioritize what needs to be done first. We want this member to bring ideas to the table and be a part of innovation.

Cultivation Manger
Free Rain Farms is a wholesale grow facility, operating out of a 1-acre glass Venlo-design Dutch greenhouse. We began operations a little over a year ago and have since established good stability and strong market presence.
We are currently looking for a professional grower to assume the role of Cultivation Manager. The right candidate will be an integrated member of Management and be responsible for the crop-care team and oversight of the following greenhouse functions.
Responsibilities
· Manage Crop Care schedule and delegate tasks to the Crop Care team
· Collaborate with Cultivation manager to schedule labor and track hours
· Monitor soil, regulate irrigation, and maintain even moisture levels
· Take soil and leaf tissue samples for lab analysis and compile data
· Oversee post harvest cleaning in synch with crop schedule and sanitation protocols
· Maintain sanitation protocols in greenhouse and entry areas
· Work in tandem with Cultivation manager to monitor climate
· After-hours on-line monitoring to ensure conditions are stable
· Responsible for scouting pests, monitoring disease pressure, and recording data
· Apply beneficial insects, pesticides, and fungicides in accordance with best practices
· Research and collaborate with IPM manager to create IPM schedule
· Submit orders to IPM manager
· Communicate bi-monthly post-harvest crop summary to Cultivation manager
