About the Job
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development, the focus of the Sr. Project Manager, Product & Marketing is delivering projects and results. The ideal candidate will bring cross-functional rigor and partnership to key marketing and product projects while maintaining the ability to pivot. As part of the Marketing & Innovation team, the Product Marketing Manager at Acreage will play a critical role in supporting product strategy and development of product assets for Acreage's House of Brands This role will collaborate with business, sales, local marketing, brand, operations, technology, finance teams and outside partners across the Acreage footprint to drive growth for our product brands.

The Role
The Technical Product Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for LeafLink's integrations suite and portfolio. Your unique skill set and technical knowledge will carry into our overall sales enablement conversations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, the Technical Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of consistent messaging that highlights our differentiated value proposition in all sales collateral, conducts knowledge transfer and training of the go-to-market team, and contributes core messaging for the fulfillment of marketing tactics. This role will be more technical than marketing, so a strong technical background will be in focus for all candidates. We need someone that is an action-oriented contributor who can build unique and compelling highly technical content to help us execute LeafLink's vision as the B2B commerce platform for wholesale cannabis.
As a foundational member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing GTM plans that will be shared with leadership and company-wide. This is a high-visibility, that works closely with key stakeholders on our Integrations team. The role requires curiosity, and an analytical minded person. You must be comfortable moving quickly, and dealing with a significant amount of ambiguity. You will receive direction, coaching, and mentorship, however you will need to be self-motivated, with a great deal of initiative.
What You'll be Doing
- Develop engaging content, including short videos, web content, and field enablement programs, all aligned to the core value proposition and messaging for our entire Integrations suite
- Define and deliver technical solution benefits, positioning and expertise to sales teams
- Translate and articulate our integrations, and develop sales tools including sales scripts, integration guides, presentations, and demo scripts and can effectively communicate solution benefits with internal sales teams and customers
- Support marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand
- Research competitive solutions and maintain competitive comparisons and evaluations
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers in strategic vertical markets to support ongoing definition of differentiated product value as it relates to our Integrations suite

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will work cross functionally with in-market operations as well as strategic enterprise functions to identify, plan, and execute product launches from beginning to end.

About the Role
Dutchie is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for driving go-to-market launches for new products and for growing engagement with those products. You'll collaborate closely with partners in product, sales, and customer success, to effectively craft and execute go-to-market activities for major product releases and service offerings, as well as developing campaigns that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
The ideal candidate has a desire to deeply understand the needs, wants, and voice of our customers, and can naturally build trusted relationships with those customers through marketing communications. They'll be comfortable with data, using insights about customers to develop marketing strategies and drive continuous impact around product launches and other related initiatives.
What You'll Do...
- Own the development and execution of dutchie's product marketing strategy
- Oversee the launches of new products and features, including content creation, campaign strategy, and sales enablement
- Partner with product management to develop product positioning and messaging, points of differentiation, market opportunity analysis, and customer proof points
- Understand the needs of our sales and customer success teams and provide content/training to support them, including market knowledge, product knowledge, value selling (ROI), etc.
- Measure the success of our products and evaluate the key performance indicators
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs to identify areas for improvement and continuously test and iterate to optimize

PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER, MARKETING OPERATIONS
Reports to: Director, Marketing Operations
Position Overview:
The Production Project Manager will ensure marketing production projects run efficiently and deliver on time and on budget. Working across the entire organization, the main focus of this role will be confirming specs for new pharmaceutical/CPG products and sourcing materials through the supply chain. Working well as a collaborative team member is imperative to success in the role, as is the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are still being developed and maturing.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Aligning with internal team on specifications for packaging; documenting and socializing final requirements
- Recommend efficient workflows, processes, and materials based on deep experience with supply chain sourcing.
- Heavy vendor management – triple bidding vendors as required for new packaging components.
- Keep detailed project risk logs, surfacing problems or roadblocks with project before they affect deadlines.
- Work with internal stakeholders to confirm manufacturing specs – recommend packaging solutions that are compatible with existing machinery.
- Work with creative team to produce die-lines to spec.
- Route creative to internal stakeholders and document compliance approvals.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field required, Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or development and a professional project manager certification such as PMP, PSM etc. preferred.
- Marketing experience in a consumer product, retail, or pharmaceutical environment preferred including strong packaging experience.
- Experience working in an FDA or state regulated environment a plus. Medical marijuana product knowledge desired.
- Team player – ability to work well with many different personality types with ease.
- Can-do, tenacious attitude. Ability to navigate new or unchartered territory with professionalism.
- Must work well under pressure, within tight timelines and constantly shifting priorities.
