Your opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in Austin, TX. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

What you’ll do

Own and plan the market launch process for new and existing products. Manage the cross- functional implementation of new product development plans as well as initiatives to support annual strategic plans and Product Marketing team goals

Support sales to win key customer programs. Create presentations and sales training materials that clearly articulate value propositions working with Technical Marketing to build product and application demonstrations

Work cross functionally to manage the go to market strategy of the product life cycle including product changes and line extensions

Work closely with sales, business development and horticulture services to gain deep understanding of the assigned market segment, applications, and customer base, identify key opportunities, collect market and customer requirements, compile voice of customer insights for product roadmap and market intelligence

Lead the marketing effort in defining product showcase strategies for tradeshows and customer events of the year. Collaborate with marcom and event teams to execute the above strategies with PR activities in sync with new product market launches
What you’ll need
-
Bachelors in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management, MBA is a plus

3+ years of hands-on product marketing experience. Experience specifically with Agtech products, cannabis and horticulture extremely desirable. Experience with lighting products, horticulture lighting or commercial lighting preferred.

2+ years’ experience in direct, retail and channel marketing. Sales experience or sales support experience is a plus

Results-oriented with excellent analytical acumen. Proven success in creating value propositions and messaging strategies

Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, organizational skills, and operational excellence
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
