You have deep experience in creating strong messaging, positioning, and content that aligns with the needs and behaviors of your target audience. You are adept at working across functional areas to identify insights that will influence go-to-market plans and can efficiently partner with internal and external partners to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
Ideally, you have experience marketing software, services, or advertising to software companies and understand how to articulate complex buying processes. You know how to create impactful messaging and can lead the way in developing content for customers.

What you will be doing?
- Manage the creation and execution of internal and external collateral and other resource creation, including but not limited to presentations, product sheets, videos, training tools, website content, white papers, objection handling, FAQs, and case studies for our advertising customers.
- Work closely with all departments, including leadership, to develop and communicate the value proposition of our Vendor Advertising offerings and lead the development of the tools and marketing collateral to support vendor adoption and retention.
- Manage customer expansion and education efforts for new vendor product additions and launches, working cross-functionally and continuously refining/improving our content and messaging.
- Continually develop your industry knowledge and become a subject matter expert on CBANC’s core competencies and technology, keeping a pulse on competitors and industry trends.
- Define, create, train, and equip the organization with appropriate support materials.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to influence and help shape the future of our vendor offerings and product adoption.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Strategic thinker with a required 5+ years of experience positioning and marketing in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management and strategy, channel program strategy, and product marketing.
- Expertise in messaging and positioning strategy and execution.
- Experience in executing and measuring product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Presentation Skills and ability to communicate with excellent listening skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.
- Team player with a track record of maintaining business relationships.
- Demonstrated strong ability to manage multiple initiatives.

You’re a seasoned customer support representative, who can be a team player in passionately serving and delighting CBANC Members at every interaction. About the Role:
- Serve customers by providing the right information customers are looking for and resolving product related issues via phone, chat and/or email.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Respond to issues or concerns within the CBANC Community and let customers know how to reach out and identify opportunities for CBANC to improve the customers’ experience.
- Assist in the development of standards and best practices to help guide future CS team members
- Define KPIs and SLAs to help measure the impact CS has on company performance
- Recommend potential product/marketing asset improvement / adjustment to relevant teams by collecting and sharing customer needs.
- Prepare product defect reports on a monthly basis by collecting, analyzing, logging, and sharing defect related information to product teams.
- Respond in a professional and courteous manner to escalated customer service inquiries, requests or complaints to reach an effective resolution
Basic Qualification:
- 2+ years of proven customer support or related experience with a track record of progress
- Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a complex environment to both supervisors and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both staff members and customers
- Associate degree or equivalent customer-facing work experience
- Familiarity MS office software, Google suites and phone systems
Desired but not necessary:
- Previous experience using ZenDesk, Intercom and similar customer support tools
- Previous experience, especially in member based organizations or online marketplaces

Objectives of this Role
- Keep webinars and learning management system (LMS) running efficiently
- Communicate with all parties involved in event execution
- Help improve and streamline event processes
- Collect data from events to support organization goals and inform new initiatives
- Work with customer support to ensure a seamless process for customers utilizing education products
Daily and Monthly Tasks
- Build and maintain webinar event pages
- Update events in the webinar platform and Educational Administration page
- Maintain and organize attendee and survey records
- Help maintain LMS trainings and assist customers with the platform
- Work with speakers to develop event descriptions
- Manage certificates for webinars and trainings
- Check registrations for accuracy
- Assist in troubleshooting in all platforms
- Maintain Education calendar for the organization
- Build speaker profiles
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to use Excel and Google suite of products
