About the Role
The Dutchie Payment Specialist will join a team committed to ensuring our dispensaries and consumers have a best-in-class experience with our payment products from initial launch through their relationship with Dutchie. The role will span the functions of product, commercialization, sales and customer support. This includes helping sales overcome any objections pertaining to payment products, serving as the point of escalation for post-sale payments related escalation and securing customers for new payment product launches.
What You'll Do...
- Be an expert in the suite of payment solutions Dutchie offers (specific focus on card acceptance, ACH, digital wallets and emerging B2B tender types), and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant's needs.
- Partner with the sales team to help close new sales deals. You will join sales calls to provide an overview of our payment products and answer questions. You will help secure the deal by overcoming pricing objections relating to payments. Sales Force experience is a plus.
- Assist in resolving customer payment escalations. You will partner with the respective Customer Success Manager to understand the client's concern. You'll partner to resolve the issue. These escalations can include fraud/risk escalations, current customer price negotiations and more.
- Proactively solicit customers to participate in Alpha and Beta payment product launches. You'll be responsible for peaking the customer's interest, working with the operations team to onboard the customer and soliciting feedback.
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and serve as the voice of the customer to escalate continual objections and/or concerns from customers or prospects.
- Continue to coach the sales and customer success team on payments.
- Actively work with Product to identify and bring to market features required to assist Dutchie's dispensary partners optimize their payment experiences.
What You Bring...
- Minimum of 3 years of payments experience in a customer facing, sales, support or integration role.
- You are a payments expert that possesses the ability to translate payment terminology and processes into customer facing terms.
- You are comfortable presenting to clients and answering their questions.
- In-depth payments knowledge, ideally from an ISV point of view.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing payment regulations and rules.
- Able to manage your own calendar, manage different types of activities at one time (sales, support, product, etc.) and drive issues to outcome within defined time periods.

About the Role:
Dutchie is in need of a strong Workforce Management leader to come in and build the Workforce department for our Support functions. About the Role

About the Role
We are looking to add a Director, Government Relations and Public Policy to support our growing team. This person will lead all aspects of dutchie's global government affairs and public policy strategy. Expected outcomes include strengthening dutchie's relationships with key regulators, advancing dutchie's public policy agenda, and keeping leadership informed on key legislative developments and updates. This person will be the first hire in dutchie's government relation department and will report directly to the General Counsel.

Dutchie is expanding our Hardware Operations team by adding a motivated, skilled, and resourceful operations manager to lead the function as we navigate our fast-growing business. The Hardware Operations team ensures that new customers have everything they need to fulfill online orders ahead of their first day on our platform, which includes a variety of hardware products and promotional materials. About the Role
The Business Development Representative will have first contact with prospective customers in the US and Canada. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for leveraging various channels of communication to track down decision-makers and to ultimately set product demos for Account Executives across various territories. About the Role
The Staff Accountant will be invaluable in creating and improving the financial infrastructure of dutchie. This individual will be the initial point of contact on all matters related to areas such as prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payable, and month-end close activities. You will build reports leveraging internal systems, analyze financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger reconciliations. - Apply customer payments within Accounts Receivable and work collaboratively across departments to continuously improve collections processes for efficiency, scalability and customer experience

About the Role
Leaflogix is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of implementation specialist. The implementation team member will ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation of the platform.This position will require a candidate to self-manage, and self-motivate while acting as part of a team, and will require a customer-centric focus while handling multiple projects at the same time with patience and adaptability. We are looking to add a Product Counsel to support our growing team. About the Role
We're excited to expand our Content team to support our pursuit of the perfect online shopping experience for our clients and their customers. The Content team works with dispensaries, brands, and dutchie's internal teams to ensure that online menus on dutchie's platform are informative, accurate, and engaging, leading to more sales for our dispensaries and a better experience for their customers.
As a Content Services Representative, you'll work closely with our customer-facing teams to provide our dispensaries with top-notch support as it relates to the content on their menu. About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented QA Analyst to join our team. You will be getting in on the ground-level with us and working on testing virtually all aspects of the current product and future product development. You'll be working directly with the founding team daily and taking part in technology-related decisions. - 2+ years of experience in web and mobile testing as a qa analyst or comparable role

About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of customers, dispensaries, and the business itself, and balancing those needs against feature development and our roadmap. Simply put, they'll be in charge of determining what we build, what we don't build, and how it works. These decisions will be based on internal and external conversations to begin with, and in the future, from our UX researchers. You'll have a direct impact on our product on a daily basis. You'll touch nearly all aspects of the product, from consumer side features to internal tooling, and your work will highly impact the state of the product and our company as a whole. We're looking for a Director of People Operations to join our growing team. In this high impact role, you'll lead a growing People Operations team to craft and execute strategies for how we hire, onboard, develop, empower, retain and prioritize work.

About the Role
We are looking for our first Help Desk Admin to lead a fast-paced, rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for providing day to day technical support across our remote teams via Slack. You will be the front line for dutchie's internal IT infrastructure, this includes employee computers and hardware, software account aces to our various cloud-based solutions. About The Role
Dutchie is experiencing phenomenal dispensary acquisition across the US and Canada. This role is critical to maintaining new and existing clients on the dutchie platform, specifically clients on the West Coast. With a Dispensary First and growth- mindset, helping clients achieve success while proving positive ROI is paramount to this role.

- Manage a book of business of dispensaries, including full lifecycle support (from implementation handoff through engagement)

About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of customers, dispensaries, and the business itself, and balancing those needs against feature development and our roadmap. Simply put, they'll be in charge of determining what we build, what we don't build, and how it works. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented QA Analyst to join our team. You will be getting in on the ground-level with us and working on testing virtually all aspects of the current product and future product development. About the Role
The Business Development Representative will have first contact with prospective customers in Alberta, British Columbia, Oregon and Washington. About the Role
The role of the Senior Manager of Customer Success will be to manage the day to day activities of the customer success team with the support of the Customer Success Project Manager. About the Role
Dutchie is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for driving go-to-market launches for new products and for growing engagement with those products. About the Role
The role of the Technical Support Manager is to build an internal support system that will allow our support team to flourish while alleviating the need of our engineers to be involved in the development of our support team. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of customers, dispensaries, and the business itself, and balancing those needs against feature development and our roadmap. About the Role
Are you ready to join the most formidable team in the Cannabis space? Dutchie exists to increase accessibility to Cannabis, and our Support Team exists to create the best experience possible for our dispensaries and consumers. We provide the highest quality tech support to our dispensaries so they can be successful using our platform, and we help cannabis shoppers find products that meet their needs.
In this role, you will provide real-time support via chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for ensuring that any and all issues that arise during your interactions with customers are swiftly resolved, and creating engaging conversations that inspire an affinity with our brand.
We're here to help our customers every day between 5:00 am -10:00 pm PST, so evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required for this role.
