We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a passion for Learning and Development who will provide HRBP support for our Commercial and Engineering organizations. Reporting to the VP of People, this role is for an HR/L&D professional who is excited about making an impact at a growing startup by contributing hands-on and strategically, starting with a critical, high visibility L&D project where your creativity will shine.
This position will translate the Treez HR strategy into specific departmental or team based needs. One day you might be working with a Sales Manager on defining regional team assignments, another day you might be helping our Development Director establish a career ladder for tenured software developers or helping the Product Director develop a product training program for new hires. Whatever the project, this role will drive outcomes and align team initiatives against broader company objectives and HR best practices.
What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads as well as a HR business partner/L&D lead
- Reimagine the employee experience: own continued development, implementation and maintenance of engaging, comprehensive, measurable employee onboarding.
- Champion a continuous learning environment
- Model company values including DEIB; evangelize and look for ways to integrate the values into the global organization
- Partner with external consultant to drive implementation of new HRIS
- Maintain and apply knowledge of employment law
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with VP People to develop solutions, programs or policies

What you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in an HR business partner role, including
- at least 3 years experience at a startup company (bonus if it's a SaaS startup)
- 2+ years experience developing/project managing an extensive employee onboarding or similarly broad employee learning project
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Design, or a Learning & Development related field; or equivalent work experience
- Professional HR certification such as one of the following: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI PHR or HRCI SPHR
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data; ability to take data and translate it into actions/insights for the business
- Adept in Google Suite and HRIS system implementation, reporting and functionality
- Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices. Familiarity with Aon / Radford a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving serious employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including learning & development, compensation, immigration, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in a startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups; straightforward style with a strong EQ: excellent interpersonal, customer service and conflict resolution skills

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the VP of Marketing and other key stakeholders to create a deep and wide content strategy that will lead to demonstrable value for our clients and positive results for Treez
- Own the development and distribution plan for all content initiatives
- Work with marketing teammates to deliver content based on their needs including: blog and social media posts, white papers, case studies, email and website copy, internal and external enablement materials, and more.

Treez is looking for a rising support operations leader to own and drive the strategy for technology and people within the support organization. In this role, you will identify, implement, optimize, or create the systems we need, as well as, capture and leverage data to make the informed decisions that improve our support experience. This is a crucial leadership role that will help scale the Treez business while offering opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, develop, & manage the technical customer support team
- Responsible for building, defining, & leading the 3 tiers of Treez support
- Tier 1 - Lead our offshore contracted Tier 1 Team
- Tier 2 - Lead our on-shore Tier 2 Team
- Tier 3 - Lead our most technical Tier 3 Team
- Build iterative frameworks and continuously improve support performance
- Define & streamline escalation flows between tier 1, tier 2, & tier 3
- Partner with and build cross-functional relationships between Product Management and Engineering to streamline the feedback loop with our clients
- Manage & delegate all outbound support customer communications including service incidents, release announcements, community content, & help center content.
- Find, recruit, train & onboard new support employees
- Maintain integrity & effectiveness of our support tools including Zendesk, Salesforce, etc..
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly results to reporting manager
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ Years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, experience with a geographically dispersed team a plus
- 2+ Years of experience managing a customer-facing technical support team. Experience at a technology product company is preferred
- 1+ years of experience managing a support queue preferring experience in Zendesk or a related tool
- SQL & Database (querying) experience
- Application Log File experience
- System-level monitoring tool experience
- Strong Troubleshooting experience and capable of reading logs

- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and process, user and buyer persona needs, and what the seller needs to be successful
- Experience of enjoyment and success in a “test and learn” approach to decision making and being able to iterate based on data driven results

- Lead a team of internal and external individual contributors across several marketing disciplines
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to lead the brand through a transformational change leading to step-change increases in external and internal brand awareness and affinity
- Drive demand generation and partner marketing teams to develop strategies to increase leads across channels
- Work with partnership and partner marketing to refine partnership go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with product marketing to apply product go-to-market strategies across corporate marketing functions
- Work with sales and marketing operations teams to develop a refined and streamlined sales and marketing funnel
- Closely partner with leaders in Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing Partnerships, and Customer Success teams

What You’ll Need:
- 5+ Years experience in SaaS based corporate marketing
- 2+ Years experience leading a corporate marketing team
- Experience in a fast paced startup environment will be strongly preferred
- Direct experience in the following marketing disciplines: Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Content & Social Media Strategy, and Marketing Operations
- Experience in a small market with a small total addressable market will be strongly preferred
- Experience in multi-product, multi-buyer software environments
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SFDC, Pardot
- Experience of enjoyment, success, and challenges in a “test and learn” approach to decision making & ability to iterate on data driven results
