The right candidate will lead a team in both Batching and Manufacturing on the beverage line utilizing state-of-the-art automation; Automated can de-palletizer, rotary filler, tunnel pasteurizer, continuous carton packer, tray packer, palletizer, and utility systems (CIP skid, RO water filtration, de-aerated water, in-line blenders). About the Job:
As a manufacturing supervisor, the individual will work with the Director of Operations to efficiently allocate labor and resources to ensure commercial demand and production schedule is met. The position will oversee the start-up, production, and shut-down of operations, completion of assigned production batches including, but not limited to equipment and operator safety, quality control checks, proper supplies and PPE, instruction on equipment operations, production reporting, maintaining & improving line efficiencies, and overall packaging related skillsets. The team members will process cannabis beverages from raw materials to packaging as final product, abiding by policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Duties will include the following:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing and packaging.
- Run day-to- day operations and lead beverage team to success on KPIs, demand fulfillment, safety, waste reduction, and quality.
- Execute and coordinate employee training in operations, safety, quality standards, GMP’s, etc. to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all safety and quality requirements.

JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a member of the Trulieve Manufacturing Integration Team who will become proficient in the seed to sale cannabis business model in Florida and be prepared to support acquisition and expansion activity. This role will collaborate with the cultivation, processing, supply chain, and retail teams to facilitate growth, improve operating infrastructure, and assist in making the business systems more robust and reliable. This position will lead improvement activity and execute the expansion strategy of Trulieve Inc. and requires collaboration across the organization to deliver on site goals, operational excellence initiatives, and quality improvements. This position is initially located in Tallahassee, FL but will be capable of travelling to support expansion into additional regions and be prepared to take leadership roles in new states of operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Promotes safety programs: Develops subordinate leaders to drive safety improvements; ensures safety programs are appropriate; creates a culture of employee engagement around safe operations.
- Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other areas of mandatory regulatory oversight.

The Site EHS/Security Supervisor at a Cultivation Facility shall provide direct support, oversight and coordination of the EHS and security team ensuring the implementation of OSHA Regulations, State and Local Laws, internal Policies and Procedures, GTI security procedures, and operational plans.  The EHS/Security Supervisor shall work closely with the General Manager and the Leadership Team of the Cultivation Facility and be a resource for the staff on OSHA regulations, regulatory compliance relating to security, and policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of the facility and the protection of company employees and assets.  The EHS/Security Supervisor is responsible for oversight of reducing injuries and to reduce liability claims. The EHS/Security Supervisor shall be responsible for oversight of monitoring the site grounds, facility, visitors, vendors and staff.  The EHS/Security Supervisor shall be responsible for operation and monitoring of the sites video surveillance system, access control system and perimeter security system ensuring its functionality and compliance. 
The EHS/Security Supervisor’s main functions is to establish and coordinate compliance in environmental, health, and safety as well as security and general compliance by having an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, provisions, laws, and of the operational permit, GTI SOP(s), policies and procedures, and the medical marijuana program in the specific state of operations. The EHS/Security Manager shall own all the aspects of Cultivation EHS and security operations, security plans, procedures, and policy as well as coordinate and oversee all EHS and security operations for the facility.   
Responsibilities
- Ensure Protection of Personnel, Protection of GTI Operational Permits and Licenses and Protection of company assets through consistent application of GTI Security Operational Plans supported by SOP(s) that are compliant individualized for specific markets.
- Oversight on OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and internal programs to include maintaining, updating, and implementation.  
- Escalate any issues according to the Escalation Processes.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of OSHA, Federal, State, and Local code.
- Support and implement safety-based programs.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the individual regulations and laws as it pertains to the Medical Marijuana program including wholesale cultivation operational regulations for individual markets 
- Implement SOP and procedures for security operations for wholesale cultivation, manufacturing and processing facilities in accordance with the GTI operational security plan 
- Implement and ensure a regularly scheduled GAP inspection is conducted and documented at their site bi-annually to ensure security operational compliance 
- Conduct audits/inspections of the wholesale site on an annual basis reporting and documenting any deficiencies with corrective actions plans to address 
- Provide training of security personnel on regulatory and operational compliance 
- Participate in or ensure security personnel are opening and closing the facility as outlined in DOH Regulations 
- Provide oversight of all site security team members assigned to the wholesale operational sites 
- Ensure the site is adequately staffed with security personnel equivalent to provide coverage of all operational hours or as outlined in application for operational permitting.  
- Have an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all applicable state regulations, GTI SOP and the medical marijuana program to ensure all GTI operational and permits and licensed are not compromised.  Work with the site leadership team to ensure compliant operation of appropriate security systems including surveillance, access controls, and perimeter security components 
- Fluent in all aspects of security for the building including: State regulatory security regulations, SOP, set up and oversight of security systems, access control and badging process (background check, finger printing) to include establishing rules, processes and procedures  
- Ensure internal controls, procedures and policies are met from a security and safety perspective for wholesale operations.  
- Support the implementation and execution of training programs for site security personnel 
- Work with the Compliance team and EHS team on creating and updating SOPs for facility safety, security deliveries, transportation, and other responsibilities, as needed or necessary, and all other compliance needs  
- Provide oversight of all internal investigations into security or compliance failures or breaches 
- Provide technical review of hiring of site security personnel  
- Interviews and reference checks and all necessary pre-employment screenings through hiring process 
- Conduct and support onboarding training for personnel 
- Support, teach, coordinate training, or implement through site security personnel, topics may include anti-crime, robbery, active shooter diversion, shrinkage, loss, and theft prevention  
- Support or provide direct assistance and oversight of all internal investigations relating to compliance, regulatory, or SOP violations  
- At as liaison with DOH on violations of regulatory compliance as necessary. 
Work with GTI legal team on internal investigations relating to diversion, theft, or criminal and compliance violation
Qualifications
- Military, law-enforcement or security background strongly preferred

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and navigating day-to-day oil extraction laboratory operations. This includes working with extraction equipment to assist with the extraction process, cleaning equipment, and conducting general extraction lab duties, to ensure products consistently meet specifications. In addition, ensure processes and procedures are optimized, equipment is maintained regularly, and workflow meets the necessary specifications. Our goal is to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing consistent, safe, and quality products. Core Duties
Under direction of the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Processing Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide supervision and leadership to the Extraction Lab, regarding production schedules, associated testing, continuously improving quality, reducing waste, and increasing throughput.
- Leading the operation and maintenance of extraction equipment.

Essential Functions
The Primary task is to verify and intake flower into the cure vault from the processing hallway, monitor the cure vault inventory, facilitate Work Orders and Sale Orders, create monitor and fix Inventory tracking systems, and facilitate METRC needs such as tag ordering auditing and reconciliation.
For manufacturing, this individual is responsible for working with the customer service department in identifying and allocating flower for production. This entails the movement and tracking of the product up until it is given to the production department and fixing any issues that may arise along the way and after the fact. These issues can include but are not limited to updating totals, reallocating material, auditing history when totals don't add up or product is misplaced, etc. You are also responsible for receiving returns from production back into the Cure Vaults inventory and making them available again.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job employees will be required to walk, stand for sustained periods, and lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Employees will be required to use hands, fingers and arms to grasp, pull, twist, reach, and push as needed to operate basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc. Employees must be able to push, pull, and stop carts and trolleys.

The position will oversee the start-up, production, and shut-down of operations, completion of assigned production runs including, but not limited to equipment and operator safety, quality control checks, proper supplies and PPE, instruction on equipment operations, production reporting, maintaining & improving line efficiencies, and overall packaging related skillsets. - Run day-to- day operations and lead flower and edibles team to success on KPIs, demand fulfillment, safety, waste reduction, and quality.

- Study production schedule to understand type and quantity of product, containers to be used, raw ingredient and packaging material requirements, and labor resources needed in order to ensure continuous operation without issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions to motivate workers to have good behavior, and resolve/assist workers in solving problems/disputes.
- Manage team attendance and approve payroll for team members.
- Properly collect and record metrics and data as required by all production functions and facilitate regular team communication.
- Review operator quality assurance checks throughout shift
- Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Director of Operations.
- Sustain and drive lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 99%+ and perform inventory cycle counts and order materials when replenishment is required.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.
- Ensure that at start of shift, team has all materials and resources needed to start work on time.
- Ensure labeling and compliance of each package and accuracy of the information on labels
- Maintain open and effective communication with the management team and other co-workers

Minimum Requirements:
- Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a fingerprinting background – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.

About the Job:
As a manufacturing supervisor, the individual will work with the Director of Operations to efficiently allocate labor and resources to ensure commercial demand and production schedule is met. JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a member of the Trulieve Manufacturing Integration Team who will become proficient in the seed to sale cannabis business model in Florida and be prepared to support acquisition and expansion activity. This role will collaborate with the cultivation, processing, supply chain, and retail teams to facilitate growth, improve operating infrastructure, and assist in making the business systems more robust and reliable. This position requires deep operations knowledge as well and advanced problem-solving capability.
This position will lead improvement activity and execute the expansion strategy of Trulieve Inc. and requires collaboration across the organization to deliver on site goals, operational excellence initiatives, and quality improvements. This position is initially located in Tallahassee, FL but will be capable of travelling to support expansion into additional regions and be prepared to take leadership roles in new states of operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Promotes safety programs: Develops subordinate leaders to drive safety improvements; ensures safety programs are appropriate; creates a culture of employee engagement around safe operations.
- Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other areas of mandatory regulatory oversight.

- Champion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency to eliminate waste and reduce COGS with the manufacturing operations.
- Assist with development and maintenance of the Site Master Plan.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics for site manufacturing activities and communicate department progress to management and staff.

JOB SUMMARY
Our Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production processes dedicated to converting oil to finished formulated products, while ensuring the safety of manufacturing agents/technicians during operation. Key activities for the role include oversight of day-to-day functions of the production areas; managing manufacturing agents/technicians focused on formulation; ensuring that the manufacturing agents/technicians posses appropriate training and experience; and ensuring that all company processes, policies and procedures are followed, and that the manufacturing production goals are met.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Serves as a role-model and resource for manufacturing agent/technicians concerning products and services, policies and procedures, and industry news.
Delegates manufacturing tasks to agents/technicians
Responsible for manufacturing schedule adherence
Responsible for equipment maintenance
Ensure adherence to cleaning and sanitation protocols
Biomass extraction with hydrocarbon and ethanol processes
Oil post processing including filtration, winterization, and distillation.
Respond to all manufacturing agent/technicians questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
Coordinate with the manufacturing manager to ensure accurate information and documentation is provided.
Responsible for the execution of Cresco Labs manufacturing SOPs, Work Instructions, and Manufacture Formulas.
Ensures consistency and efficacy of product.
Assist with third party product testing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Proficiency in windows-based software.
1-2 years of cannabis hydrocarbon extraction experience.
1-2 years of cannabis ethanol extraction experience.
1-2 years of cannabis formulation experience.
1-2 years of cannabis oil post processing experience.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. Proficiency in windows-based software.

· Release all outgoing orders (ENSURE ACCURACY AND TIMILINESS)
· Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing areas.
· Create and Implement policies
· Create and follow production schedules
· Monitor environmental and mechanical systems within the production facility
· Communicate to the Operations Manager broken or malfunctioning equipment, missing or needed supplies, policies that require review
· Lead the manufacturing team and ensuring team is on-task
· Collaborate with Operations Manager to propel positive growth within the Company
Education- High School graduate at a minimum with 2-4 year degree preferred
