JOB SUMMARY
FMFL Facilities, LLC & Redbud Roots, Inc. is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join their growing team. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for the care of marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting, and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, to focus their role and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within
- Assist with mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe, document, and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow facility to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 + years of general labor experience preferred

Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in packaging or order filling. The Production Specialist is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufactured products. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products from our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. Redbud Roots is seeking a Lab Technician. The main focus of the position will be day-to-day vapor cartridge filling operations in the laboratory. The Lab Technician completes tasks assigned by the Laboratory Director, to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas well as maintains quality control measures.

- Work under the supervision of the Lab Director to achieve production goals
- Monday through Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Perform vapor cart filling operations
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of cartridge filling and capping equipment
- Blend distillate with terpenes to create flavor blends for cartridges
- Perform general lab cleaning and organization as needed
- Weighing/prepping bulk biomass for extraction
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, email, text) and ability to follow written directions
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the lab to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Production Specialist - 2nd shift to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in packaging or order filling. The Production Specialist is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufactured products. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products from our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
- Preform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of packaging supplies when directed by the Packaging Plant Manager
- Effectively communicate any issues or constructive criticism with product packaging directly to Packaging Plant Manager
- Other duties as assigned by management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Prior packaging and inventory experience a plus
- Experience using inventory software and Excel a plus
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability and willingness to work overtime a plus
- Good verbal and written skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots is seeking a Procurement Representative for the Michigan territory to join their team. This will be a Hybrid Remote position with travel required throughout the State of Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for pursuing new and existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Procurement Representative will also identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
- Create and manage a budget.

- Travel the state to visit prospective vendors.

Redbud Roots is proud to be the first licensed producer of cannabis-infused beverages in Michigan. We are seeking a Beverage Manufacturing Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience producing beverages in a food-grade, manufacturing-type environment. Reporting to the Laboratory Director, the Beverage Manufacturing Supervisor will work directly with the Beverage Manufacturing technicians to meet production goals, maintain the sanitization of production areas, maintain production equipment, and meet all quality control standards.

- Work under the supervision of the Lab Director to achieve production goals
- Production and canning of carbonated beverages
- Clean-in-place of beverage production equipment
- Ordering of ingredients, supplies, consumables
- Ordering maintenance or repair of production equipment as needed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, email, text) and ability to follow written directions
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the beverage production facility, to ensure sanitary practices

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots is seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Technician for our growing team. This position may perform a multitude of duties which include the following: organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another. Monitoring company packages from start to finish and ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices. Monitoring bio-mass waste and trash removal in accordance with State licensing requirements. This person must become very knowledgeable about our shipping process and act quickly and efficiently in accordance with such directives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving personnel are responsible for keeping records of all products received and shipped with in the company.
- Packing goods in shipping containers outbound for other departments, develop mailing labels and shipping documents and ensure that all orders are correctly filled.
- Receiving, tracking, and delivering orders to all our locations in a timely manner.
- Computing cost of freight, putting together invoices and verifying product shipment.
- The use of radio frequency identification (RFI) equipment to scan barcodes for inventory control.
- Operating equipment such as counterbalance forklift, narrow isle standup forklift and pallet jack.
- Stacking and unstacking pallets in correct locations.
- Monitoring and processing secured biomass and trash disposal.
- Forklift training instructor and record completed certificates.
- Monitoring and maintaining propane tanks and lock cages at all locations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing transport bays, forklifts, golfcarts, and storage areas.
- Maintain and conduct preventative maintenance on shipping and receiving equipment.
- Upkeep records and invoices for forklifts, floor scrubbers, golf carts and personal lifts.
- Monitoring packaging area and keeping it filled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experiences:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- General maintenance skills required.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, etc.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate between departments and buildings.
- Candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well on a team as well as independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the facility.
- Must be able to lift -up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to perform in a warehouse setting as well as a variety of weather conditions.

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Compliance Associate to join their growing team. This position will be responsible for reviewing Redbud Roots, Inc. materials and ensuring all facilities and departments remain compliant under state law. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in interpreting, understanding, and applying rules and regulations as well as internal guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with reporting all cannabis activity in the METRC Track and Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, harvesting, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Provide timely communications for any issues with METRC Track and Trace reporting.
- Help to develop, implement, and manage corporate-wide compliance program.
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Provide assistance with third party state required compliance testing of product in multiple facilities and other post testing duties.
- Weigh product after trimming.
- Assist with internal audits and reconciliation.
- Prepare, submit, and file internal and state required documentation and forms.
- Work with inventory and sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Create manifests for all orders.
- Ensure that every order that leaves the building is 100% compliant from a track and trace standpoint.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- College Degree or prior office experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Prior compliance experience a plus
- Proficient in METRC & other Cannabis related software (state compliance and manufacturing software) preferred

JOB SUMMARY
Our company is seeking a Part-Time Security Technician in our growing company. This position may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The purpose of this position is to help maintain and secure the facilities, grounds, and properties in a condition of optimal operating excellence, so that full use of the facility is always to be attainable. The Security Technician must become very knowledgeable of SOPs and act quickly and efficiently in accordance with such directives.

- Prepare a daily security report and report security concerns or activity.
- Greet, sign-in visitors, contractors, vendors and into the building, consistent with company standard operating procedures.

- Create and maintain incident reports.
- Issue and maintain key card access to employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Cultivation Technician to join their growing team. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for the care of medical marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Cultivation Technicians execute operations pertaining to plant care such as pruning, transplanting and up-potting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, and inspecting plants for signs of deficiency or infestation. They implement cultivation practices as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and often operate in specific areas, as separated by plant production areas, in order to focus their role and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the health of immature, vegetative and flowering plants through observation and adherence to established SOPs
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company’s standard for quality
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within
- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts of plants
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to: pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches and prepare to transplant new crops
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
- Assist in inspections, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow facility to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in agriculture, landscaping, horticulture or marijuana cultivation preferred
- Knowledge of uses and benefits of cannabinoids preferred

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Licensing & Compliance Associate to join their growing team. This position will be responsible for reviewing Redbud Roots, Inc. materials and ensuring all facilities and departments remain compliant under state law. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to collaboratively to oversee multiple projects at once, and have previous experience in interpreting, understanding, and applying rules and regulations as well as internal guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with reporting all cannabis activity in the METRC Track and Trace system that pertains to the intake, processing, packaging, labeling, harvesting, and waste of cannabis and cannabis products.
- Provide timely communications for any issues with METRC Track and Trace reporting.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information need for the timely submission of various regulatory applications, METRC Certifications, and license renewals.
- Prepare and file any regulatory state and/or local license renewal applications, permits, and/or authorizations required for Company to operate, including maintaining such licenses in good standing (and tracks all applicable pertinent dates relating to any such license, permit or authorization).
- Analyze and interpret regulations to coordinate regulatory applications and license renewal submissions.
- Serve as a resource to clarify, monitor, and research regulatory requirements for licensing and compliance matters.
- Assist with preparation of and maintain updated investor relation documents.
- Assist with developing standardized documents and implementation tools for compliance plans and operational procedures.
- Maintain physical documentation for commercial cannabis activity.
- Keep an inventory of tags, labels, and other supplies necessary for Track & Trace.
- Assist with third party state required compliance testing of product in multiple facilities and other post testing duties.
- Weigh product after trimming.
- Assist with internal audits and reconciliation.
- Work with inventory and sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Create manifests for all orders.
- Ensure that every order that leaves the building is 100% compliant from a track and trace standpoint.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- College Degree or prior office experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles, legal research techniques, legal terminology, and government regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Prior compliance experience a plus
- Proficient in METRC & other Cannabis related software (state compliance and manufacturing software) preferred
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
- Ability to understand and maintain records with a superior degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

JOB SUMMARY
Redbud Roots is seeking a hydrocarbon extraction technician to assist with day-to-day extraction operations in their laboratory. The extraction technician completes tasks assigned by the Laboratory Director, in addition to monitoring and maintaining the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas, and maintaining quality control measures.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Six months to one year of experience in hydrocarbon concentrate production
- Experience with closed-loop butane extraction equipment (Extraction Tek MEP)
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment
- Perform general lab cleaning and organization as needed
- Weighing/prepping bulk biomass for extraction
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, email, text) and ability to follow written directions
- Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the lab to ensure sanitary practices
- Abide by high personal hygiene standards

Redbud Roots, Inc is looking for a Production Specialist - 1st Shift to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in packaging or order filling. The Production Specialist is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufactured products. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products from our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging cannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical and recreational sale
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Maintain forms and database to precisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for all products
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes and shipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, and place/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automated sorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt and distribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
- Preform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of packaging supplies when directed by the Packaging Plant Manager
- Effectively communicate any issues or constructive criticism with product packaging directly to Packaging Plant Manager
