Reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Position Overview: The Facility Coordinator works closely with the facility leadership team to assist with day-to-day operations of the cultivation/manufacturing facility. The Facility Coordinator oversees the safekeeping and security of all cultivation and production/manufacturing inventory books, records, invoices, reports, and other documentation, both confidential and otherwise. In addition, they serve as phone receptionist, and liaison for visitors and vendors.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensures complete compliance with state statutes and regulations as required for cultivation facilities, maintaining records required by public health law.
- Maintains systems for record keeping, record retention related to all product and purchase orders at every stage of, storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution.
- Orders and maintains records of inventory and supplies and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery.
- Works with facility leadership team to maintain product line inventory to reflect patient demand, assisting departments with routine inventory and cycle counts, providing checklists, aggregating and disseminating results to appropriate entities.
- Ensure that electronic and paper business (product inventory, employee files, petty cash transactions, training records, P&P) records are properly maintained and systematically recorded to show a true, accurate, legible and complete record of business activities.
- Answer phones, greet visitors and vendors, assist leadership in responding to vendor questions/issues.
- Issues and maintains security badges for employees and occasional visitors, outside contractors and employee terminations; maintains logbooks and visitor sign-in book.
- Assists in resolving local issues with computers, printers, software, network.
- Works with facility leadership to on-board new employees, making sure they have been fingerprinted, paperwork signed, etc.; tracks license and/or state cards.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years administrative support in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or agricultural environment.
- Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including inventory, supply management, administrative support, and coordinating facility visitor schedules.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.

Reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Install, troubleshoot and repair all electrical equipment as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining the condition of all mechanical systems
- Working closely with outside contractors and vendors
- Performing troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform mechanical maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals at night; inspects doors, windows, and locks to see that they are properly and securely fastened
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
- Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, snow or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- May perform ground maintenance including removal of snow from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, etc., at an office site.
- Other duties as needed/required to meet goals
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years industrial work experience preferred, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- General knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Ability to install, program, and troubleshoot variable frequency drives.
- Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work. Work effectively with minimal supervision
- You will regard safety as a core value; serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
- You will need to have strong service and quality focus; address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate / education team in a timely manner.
- You will need be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
Travel: There will be light travel between our two Florida cultivation facilities. Candidates will need reliable transportation.

- Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope production activities, both operations, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of medical cannabis and cannabis-infused product production from seed to sell. Alternatively, a background in horticulture and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with inventory control methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management,
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and experience working with senior level executives.

- Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones
- Washing pots/trays/lights, etc. returning them to the appropriate Clean Room

- Staking weak plants.

Production Technicians are responsible for all aspects of plant processing from crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team. Major Areas of Responsibility include
- Assisting in the harvest and post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis
- Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Hand trim fan leaves from medical marijuana plants before harvest using shears, scissors
- Transport harvested plants to drying and hang to be driedOperate a trimming machine (if needed) to remove guard and/ or sugar leaves from medical marijuana
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution
- Take instructions and assist on tasks as delegated by management team

- Works on the plant floor to coordinate and monitor production, identify, elevate and resolves production delays, and oversee other production related issues

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery in accordance with established regulations, labeling requirements, etc.
- Work closely with Inventory Control Manager, company associates, and other department managers to determine supply needs, quality and delivery requirements.
- Update computerized and physical inventory ongoing and ensure inventory counts are accurate at all times.
- Input purchase orders to assist with order fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Record, count, and stock items received.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical inventories with records.
- Shipping and receiving duties: Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary.
- Monitors reorder POC's (point of contacts) to initiate action to replenish stock.
- Assists with physical inventory of warehouse stock.
- Assist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods audits.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS *
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting in areas related to inventory, packaging, or order fulfillment.
- Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.

As a Cultivation Assistant, you will: Report to the Cultivation Manager and perform any tasks related to the growth of medicinal cannabis plants within the greenhouses, including (but not limited to): irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease scouting, transplanting, cloning, pruning, trimming, harvesting, and greenhouse sanitation.

Requirements:
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends, holidays and overtime as required
- Ability to safely lift 30 lbs, work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must wear PPE when required (hair/beard nets, safety glasses, respirator masks, etc.)
- Follow GMP protocols and practice Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
- Must be 21+
- Must be able to pass all background checks and fingerprinting
Preferred, but not required:
- Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, farming, cannabis cultivation, etc.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of the medicine, specifically, must have knowledge of various strains, genetics, THC content, and all relevant terminology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or other relevant field of study

JOB OVERVIEW*
The Sr. State Director directs all of Harvest's operational activities across business lines in the assigned state or region. This position works closely with executive leadership to establish overall direction and strategic initiatives. The ideal Sr. State Director has proven business acumen, ability to motivate, mentor, and lead, and has demonstrated success in driving growth, efficiency, and profitability.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- State/regional expert on regulatory compliance for all business lines in the territory (Cultivation, Processing, Retail, Delivery).
- Work closely with Senior Directors and VPs of business lines to influence success in assigned territory.
- Gain and build relationships with all cultivators, processors, dispensary, and wholesale partners.
- Oversee pricing and new products in state/region for wholesale and retail, with regular competitive analyses completed.
- Assist with oversight of any construction projects within the state/region.
- Maintain relationships with all state regulators/inspectors.
- Ensure managers across all business lines are experts in state and site regulatory requirement and can facilitate successfully passing state inspections.
- Communicate with corporate marketing department; ensure implementation with state managers.
- Help maintain relationship with state bank and cash pickups/deliveries in partnership with accounting, treasury, and finance.
- Assist with auditing in partnership with corporate licensing and compliance department.
- Visit state/regional facilities frequently and consistently.
- Facilitate compliance spot checks on every visit (inventory, SOPs, cash, tags, etc.)
- Ensure regular maintenance on all equipment and utilities is being performed in partnership with relevant departments and managers.
- In partnership with sales department, visit wholesale customer dispensaries on a rotating basis; confirm sales associates are making effective visits.
- Ensure state compliance training manuals and required trainings are up to date in partnership with learning and development, compliance, and management teams.
- Ensure all department heads are training staff accordingly and collecting/filing required proficiency assessments and training acknowledgements.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Harvester will be responsible for completing the weekly harvests and maintaining the facility grounds and plants as directed.
- Take direction from the Harvest lead and complete harvest in a quick and safe manner.
- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest.
- Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Ensure a high standard of quality during all harvest processes.
- Assist facilities managers in basic installation, maintenance, and cleaning of cultivation equipment.
- Maintain the facility grounds.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure proper care of all products during the harvesting, drying, curing, and extraction preparation process.
- Set goals and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day
- General tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills. Must be able to use a 12' extension ladder.
- Working safely in a warehouse setting.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations.
- Ability to communicate through various formats including email and phone.
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Proper employment documentation.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
- Environmental requirements and exposure:
- Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables
DESIRABLE
- Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture.
- Previous manufacturing/ laborer experience.
EDUCATION
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO *
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations of the cultivation department in accordance with our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Attending to a large-scale cultivation facility.
- Working to maintain the health of plants by feeding and pruning throughout the growth cycle.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other cultivation team members.
- Maintain accurate documentations of executed tasks.
- Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure no product leaves the facility without going through proper channels.
- Follow all safety regulations set by supervisors.
- Ensure consistent quality.
