The Transportation Lead will assist the Supervisor to assign drivers and oversee the day to day operations of the transportation department. They will ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed timely and efficiently while maintaining safety. Key Responsibilities
- On a daily basis inspect all vehicles and ensure all lights, windshield wipers, and other safety equipment are in-place and working properly

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for conducting visual scans on products in effort to assure quality and safety of products intended for consumers. QA Techs will be responsible for tracking the weight of each sample and keeping track of what cultivar is currently being worked on. Job purpose
A Sampler establishes the chain of custody of products sampled between the customer and the laboratory, to ensure the sampling takes place using appropriate methods, clean tools, and protective wear.
Shift available
7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure the area is as clean and free from contaminants and filth as possible and sanitize tools;
- Obtain both primary and duplicate samples from each batch;
- Assign a unique sample identifier to each sample and sample increment;
- Follow chain-of-custody protocols to ensure that sample integrity is such that it may be maintained from point of collection to receipt of samples at the laboratory;
- Wear proper personal equipment items during the entire sampling process;
- Properly store and handle samples;
- Properly record in the Sample Field Log;
- Sample Unpackaged Harvest Batches and Medical Cannabis Goods;
- Complete the Sampler Training Requirements;
- Package samples in tamper-proof packaging;
- Transport tamper-proof packaging to the Laboratory;
- Randomly select samples for testing using the appropriate procedures;
- Enter order with required sample information into the laboratory's LIMs system;
- Responsible for developing positive customer relationships;
- Perform other duties as requested.

In this role, the Data Analyst is assigned to the Data Team within the Trulieve processing facility. Data Analysts will provide support for the Data Supervisor in the entry, compiling, and organization of data, as well as reviewing reports from 3rd party labs.
Job Responsibilities:
· (30%) Reviews Certificates of Analysis to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal regulations. Compiles all paperwork to support daily third-party sampling of newly finished products.
· (15%) Enters data and completes stock transfers in SAP database
· (15%) Collaborates with Data Technicians and Data Analysts to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
· (15%) Assists other departments with inquiries and requests for data and analysis
· (10%) Locates and fixes errors in database and Excel worksheets
· (15%) Assists Data Supervisor with compiling data for reports to leadership
Required Education:
The minimum qualifications for the position include a Bachelor’s degree. Data entry experience is strongly preferred.
The incumbent should possess the following KSA’s (knowledge, skills and abilities):
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. SAP familiarity is preferred.

The ideal candidate for the role of Maintenance Technician is a multi-trade problem solver who is both highly skilled and highly motivated. This facility will be a processing center for a variety of medical cannabis products. The ideal candidate for this job should have extensive experience in troubleshooting processing and packaging equipment. Our Production Maintenance Technicians will also be responsible for maintenance to the facilities HVAC, lighting, and safety systems. This role will require someone who is flexible and ready to take on any task that is presented to them.

About the Role:
The Implementation Technician supports Trulieve’s Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering department via the National Implementation Team. This includes end-to-end support at our expansion sites across our national portfolio, and is a hands-on/in-the-field technical role as well as a potential path to project management. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with industrial cannabis processes, equipment, and regulations. This is an exciting new role working for a team that gets to solve new problems every day, all while traveling the US and being cannabis pioneers in many states. This job requires a candidate that is well versed in cannabis technology and equipment, and that is ready to contribute to team efforts on multiple projects at once. Position Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various pieces of equipment across the US
Travel as needed to Trulieve expansion sites to perform essential duties
Project assistance in all equipment facets – planning, vetting vendors, equipment selection, etc.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of direct experience with Industrial/Cannabis Equipment, processes, regulations, and safety
High School Diploma with completion of Trade School, Apprenticeship, or relevant Military Experience strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
Ability to travel given best notice possible
High level knowledge of maintenance and installation best practices, equipment vendors & types, and cannabis manufacturing
Background in troubleshooting equipment
Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Well versed in maintenance safety protocols including PPE and LOTO.
Able to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis; prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching on a daily basis; and working in confined spaces.

Job purpose
A Sampler establishes the chain of custody of products sampled between the customer and the laboratory, to ensure the sampling takes place using appropriate methods, clean tools and protective wear.
Duties and responsibilities
- This is a position that REQUIRES DRIVING.
- Full-time positon/ shifts will be scheduled on any day of the week.
- Ensure the area is as clean and free from contaminants and filth as possible and sanitize tools;
- Obtain both primary and duplicate samples from each batch;
- Assign a unique sample identifier to each sample and sample increment;
- Follow chain-of-custody protocols to ensure that sample integrity is such that it may be maintained from point of collection to receipt of samples at the laboratory;
- Wear proper personal equipment items during the entire sampling process;
- Properly store and handle samples;
- Properly record in the Sample Field Log;
- Sample Unpackaged Harvest Batches and Medical Cannabis Goods;
- Complete the Sampler Training Requirements;
- Package samples in tamper-proof packaging;
- Transport tamper-proof packaging to the Laboratory;
- Randomly select samples for testing using the appropriate procedures;
- Enter order with required sample information into the laboratory's LIMs system;
- Coordinate intake activities with Client Services Representative(s), Laboratory Manager(s), and Scientific Team;

The Assistant Processing Manager is responsible for assisting in managing all departments of our processing operations including but not limited to the extraction, analytical lab, batching, production, edibles, shipping, quality, and receiving areas.
Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in overseeing and managing all processing employees to perform the tasks necessary to process and get ready for market high quality cannabis products
Assist in overseeing production by creating and reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating processing requirements
Responsible for all plant management activities during the off shifts
Ensure processing operation is fully compliant with state and federal regulations
Assure that operation adheres to all business and industry license requirements
Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory and documents production by completing forms, reports, logs etc...
Assure that the production schedules and manpower requirements are properly met and monitored
Required Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment

5+ years relevant experience in business operations
5+ years as a Supervisor, manager or leading others

- (15%) Reviews, maintains and assists in updating the laboratory’s standard operating procedures (SOP). Collects, records or tabulates pertinent QC, daily test mix or other similar data and reviews findings with supervisor at least monthly or as events dictate. Participates in the evaluation of new or improved methodology and training of new subordinates.
- (10%) Actively participates in the care and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment according to both the manufacturers recommendations and standard operating procedures. Assists laboratory in the routine inventory and ordering of consumable supplies so that at no time is laboratory out of stock of routine items. Assists laboratory director in the recommendation, evaluation and order of new laboratory instrumentation or equipment.
- (10%) Practices and actively participates in laboratory safety and performs other work-related duties as required.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Analytical Lab Technician is responsible for the analysis of specimens by various analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC-FID, GC-MS and other laboratory instruments); interpretation, review and reporting of results in a timely manner; assistance in review and updating standard operating procedures, participating in safe laboratory practices and maintaining laboratory instrumentation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- (60%) Performs test sample extractions or dilutions and executes instrumental analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC) equipped with various detectors according to established standard operating procedures. Tunes, calibrates, evaluates analytical instrumentation daily before use and incorporates quality control (QC) tests within batches of test samples. Reviews and prepares accurate sample results and findings.
- (05%) Maintains an accurate list of test specimens received into the laboratory. Reviews each specimen for proper number and tracking throughout testing. All errors or discrepancies must be identified before sample testing begins.
- (15%) Reviews, maintains and assists in updating the laboratory's standard operating procedures (SOP). Collects, records or tabulates pertinent QC, daily test mix or other similar data and reviews findings with supervisor at least monthly or as events dictate. Participates in the evaluation of new or improved methodology and training of new subordinates.
- (10%) Actively participates in the care and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment according to both the manufacturers recommendations and standard operating procedures. Assists laboratory in the routine inventory and ordering of consumable supplies so that at no time is laboratory out of stock of routine items. Assists laboratory director in the recommendation, evaluation and order of new laboratory instrumentation or equipment.
- (10%) Practices and actively participates in laboratory safety and performs other work-related duties as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of scientific principles, terminology and techniques related to cannabis processing and testing. Previous HPLC and/or GC experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of laboratory practices which ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the policies and procedures which guide employees at Trulieve.
