Role Summary:
Safety Tech - to assist in the overall supervision and administration of project safety to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. The successful individual will coordinate safety efforts with each business unit and communicate details of safety conditions/behaviors with all levels of management. Responsible for developing, enhancing, inspecting and evaluating the workplace environment, equipment and processes in manufacturing, cultivation, warehouse, grounds, laboratory and office working areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain applicable records and documentations demonstrable during an inspection or audit. Champions a culture of preparedness and safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion all safety programs and initiatives
Grow the safety culture by training, personal interaction, and developing relationships with all hourly and salaried team members
Participate in developing and conducting compliance training
Manage Worker Compensation claims
Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safe work practices
Conduct hazard assessments to determine appropriate personal protection equipment. Observe employees to determine appropriate use of prescribed equipment
Inspection of specified areas for fire-prevention equipment, first-aid supplies, and other safety devices
Test working areas for hazard exposures (noise, toxic, etc.) using associated testing equipment
Prepare report of findings with recommendations for corrective action
Investigation of accidents per program procedures to establish root cause for use in recommending preventive safety measures
Build cross-functional safety teams to drive a world class safety culture
Maintain chemical inventory, SDS and waste inspections per EPA guidelines
Documenting all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions, or behavior
Implement and manage a behavioral based safety program to reduce incidents and drive engagement
Assisting in development of standardized job safety analysis (JSA) as well as project specific safety plans
Conduct safety meetings with associates to instruct them on project safety practices and requirements
Demonstrate use of equipment and develop safety related standard operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 or more years of experience or education in a safety related position. (Preferred)
Demonstrates competency in understanding and correcting data discrepancies; data querying; identifying root cause analysis; understanding and identifying data trends
Possess computer proficiency, speed and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of OSHA / EPA regulations and practices.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing / transportation safety a plus
OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications (Preferred)
Must acquire OSHA 501 Certification within a specified time period
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and navigating day-to-day oil extraction laboratory operations. This includes working with extraction equipment to assist with the extraction process, cleaning equipment, and conducting general extraction lab duties, to ensure products consistently meet specifications. In addition, ensure processes and procedures are optimized, equipment is maintained regularly, and workflow meets the necessary specifications. Our goal is to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing consistent, safe, and quality products. Core Duties
Under direction of the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Processing Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide supervision and leadership to the Extraction Lab, regarding production schedules, associated testing, continuously improving quality, reducing waste, and increasing throughput.
- Leading the operation and maintenance of extraction equipment.
- Help develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the front-end processing of raw materials, including weighing, grinding, cleaning and general lab work.
- Ensure preparation of the workspace, equipment, and materials daily.
- Oversee washing and sterilization of laboratory glassware and equipment.
- Schedule and perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of all equipment.
- Direct administrative tasks, such as documenting all machine maintenance, logging test results, printing labels, and auditing products and supplies with Supervisors.
- Ensure accurate weighing and recording all product weights.
- Oversee samples to be sent to lab.
- Responsible for inventory, recordkeeping, quality of product, and maintaining inventory via the ERP System.
- Develop, discipline, and coach Supervisors, Leads, and team members.
Essential Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of chemical extraction and distillation/refining theory.
- Experience with extraction, preparation, and purification of cannabinoids via, Ethanol, CO2, and Hydrocarbon extraction methods.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in chemical process operations.
- Experience with detailed record keeping, proper labeling, and data tracking.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

JOB SUMMARY*
This is an entry level technician role responsible for safely performing basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to building and/or process equipment under the direction of supervisor or more senior technicians. This role also includes janitorial responsibilities, that are not limited to routine cleaning of the facilities. The Facilities Technician I role may also be responsible for collecting operational information through log rounds or data acquisition systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Actively enforces site safety policies.
- Performs minor repair of all buildings and equipment per equipment manufacturers instructions or proven industry practices.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, etc.
- Cleans and inspects process boilers; tests and treats water with proper chemicals.
- Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds.
- Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.
- Maintains records of maintenance in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
- Performs minor plumbing repairs on building and/or process equipment.
- Assists with diagnosing equipment malfunctions and correcting as necessary.
- May be required to be on call to support business needs of the organization.

Trulieve is currently in the process of hiring maintenance personnel for our new processing and packaging center in Tampa. The ideal candidate for the role of Production Maintenance Technician is a multi-trade problem solver who is both highly skilled and highly motivated. Those who are comfortable working in a clean food grade environment will be especially comfortable in this facility. This job requires a candidate who is well rounded and able to troubleshoot a variety of equipment. We are looking for experienced technicians who can work as a team to accomplish big picture goals. This facility will be a processing center for a variety of medical cannabis products. JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a member of the Trulieve Manufacturing Integration Team who will become proficient in the seed to sale cannabis business model in Florida and be prepared to support acquisition and expansion activity. This role will collaborate with the cultivation, processing, supply chain, and retail teams to facilitate growth, improve operating infrastructure, and assist in making the business systems more robust and reliable. This position requires deep operations knowledge as well and advanced problem-solving capability.
This position will lead improvement activity and execute the expansion strategy of Trulieve Inc. and requires collaboration across the organization to deliver on site goals, operational excellence initiatives, and quality improvements. This position is initially located in Tallahassee, FL but will be capable of travelling to support expansion into additional regions and be prepared to take leadership roles in new states of operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Promotes safety programs: Develops subordinate leaders to drive safety improvements; ensures safety programs are appropriate; creates a culture of employee engagement around safe operations.
- Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other areas of mandatory regulatory oversight.
- Ensure that reporting staff understand the shared accountabilities for goals and priorities.

- Champion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency to eliminate waste and reduce COGS with the manufacturing operations.

JOB SUMMARY*
Manufacturing Compliance Technician will work under direction of the Quality Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality and safety programs. The QSC Technician will support efforts to maintain compliance with the GMP and safety programs and all regulations set forth by the State of Florida.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting unacceptable materials
- Approves in-process and finished production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Management
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Assists with and coordinates daily prioritization of raw material, packaging, product and other QC testing
- Ensures product is manufactured, stored and distributed in accordance with the proper Standard Operating Procedures
- Performs weekly Safety Inspections
- Monitors training plan and matrix as required ensuring ongoing compliance and staff proficiency
- Assists with management of critical programs such as pest control program, calibration program, retained samples, etc.
- Maintains and improves level of quality by implementing inspection criteria consistent with all applicable standards and specifications
- Takes active role in investigating and resolving issues related to quality, safety and/or compliance
- Responsible for calibration of instruments and verification of scales and other equipment
- Assists in monthly GMP/compliance inspections and follow up on corrective actions
- Performs pre-operational and in-process checks including sanitation swabbing
- Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in the Quality Manual
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Minimum High School diploma required
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Quality related experience in food, horticulture, pharmaceutical or other related field strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be over 21 years or older
- Must be able to pass a Level II Background Check
- Work authorization United States (Required)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time (i.e. gloves, lab coat, hair net)
EDUCATION *
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
As an Inventory Manager, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to motivate and mentor 20+ employees. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Harvest the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
- Working knowledge of P&L and retail business operations including controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
- Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute and enforce compliance efforts.
- Support and partner with management on inventory and training management.
- Assume all duties of a key-holding employee with opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
- Ability to assist with customer and employee issues, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, complaints, suggestions and compliments.
- Administrative duties to include working with POS system and reporting.
- Advanced product knowledge, with ability to disseminate to and mentor associate staff members.
- Ability to open and close the store and follow all SOPs in the dispensary environment across all departments.
- Thorough knowledge, and ability to train all state specific SOPs to the staff.
- Balancing cash registers and cash handling duties.
- Support and partner with store management team on employee communication and recognition to promote positive team interactions.
- Involved in entire training of new employee process, as well as ongoing training and development of associate staff.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment on the sales floor and amongst all team members by approaching the job with a positive attitude.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS *
